Det skjer hele tiden noen aktiviteter på morgen og kveld som passer både for voksne og barn. Vennlig personell. Kort avstand til strand (ca 200 m). Det som kunne vært bedre er daglig renhold på rom slik at sengetøy blir skiftet oftere. Ellers topp hotell!

Temizlikten başlayalım isterseniz çocukların odasına girdiğimizde hamam böcekleri ile karşılaştık peçeteyle alıp dışarıya attım sonrasında çocukları tramvayla tedirgin bir tahsil geçirdiler. Daha sonra Wi-Fi’nin ücretli olduğunu söylediler odalarda diğer otellerde bulunan hatta ve hatta yıldızsız otellerde bile odalarda su ısıtıcı çay vs yok resepsiyona sorduğumuzda konseptimiz de yok dedi yemek çeşitleri çok az genelde aynı yemekler çıkıyor Yemeklerde lezzet yok aşıları gözden geçirmek lazım. Personel ipek güler yüzlü ve anlayışlı bulmadım. Tatlı yelpazesi çok dar ve ısrarla her gün aynı şeyler çıkıyor. Satın alma ekibi gözden geçirilmeli ürün kalitesi çok düşük ürünler tercih ediliyor. Pide fırını ustaları değiştirilmeli ne demek istediğimi pide fırından çıkan ürünleri yediğinizde anlayacaksınız. Daha çok şey var ama uzatmak istemiyorum bu durumlardan yönetimin haberin olmadığını düşünerek yazıyorum denetleyip düzeltebileceklerini düşünüyorum. Çünkü konum ve yer olarak çok güzel doğayla iç içe. Bu haliyle bir daha tatil tercihlerimizin arasında olacağını zannetmiyorum.

Our toilet was never once cleaned during the entire stay, room service was terrible, we had to ask for fresh bed sheets because no one was changing them after 4days, only the rubbish in the bin was removed, reception guy working night shift on the 08 of August was so unprofessional busy chatting on WhatsApp when we asked him about room service hours he said he didn’t know, he was on his cellphone. The massage guy who called himself the manager was soo annoying, always nagging asking us if we needed a massage, we couldn’t move freely, everytime we saw him we had to walk the other way afraid of being asked if we needed a massage. Guy please let people enjoy their holiday stop nagging. Very thin cheap toilet paper, flies all over the food, children touching the food, dirty soup containers, the rice was slightly sour, uncovered food not clean enough for a 4star hotel, NEVER coming back

- Alrubaye (5/5): Boring stay - The place is clean. The pool is nice. The room is good. The food was super boring. You have to pay for the internet. They give you only one room key even if you are two or more people. The mini disco for kids on the main stage is everyday which is extremely boring to keep listening to kids music for one hour in the evening. I dont recommend rooms that have view on the pool because they start play music at 10 am till 12 pm so you cant sleep during that time. I will definitely not go there again.

- Babenko (8/5): Nice hotel with a good spa complex - Good place for family holidays) Great location, very cosy, nice view on the maintains, beautiful nature!!the hotel also is close to the sea, just 3-5 minutes. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools are clean. Very polite and great staff, the animation crew is active and creative!! The nice spa complex with professional masseuses! Lack of fruits: there were just apples and oranges. Also juice and other drinks were not good quality....and it's definitely time to upgrade the ping-pong table and rockets, the volleyball ball is also tough ....

Ama odadaki TV çok eski ve çok küçük 37 ekran ve ayaklı. yıl 2024 olmuş duvara asılı büyük LCD TV koymak çok ta zor olmamalı. Markası önemli değil en ucuz modelde olur, yeter ki büyük olsun. Ayrıca terlik yoktu resepsiyonu arayıp kağıt terlik istedim, bizim konseptimizde yok dedi. Kağıt terlik nedir ki 10 TL lik birşey. Yemekler orta kalite çeşit çok yok.

Positiv war: + Die Lage ist gut + Der Pool hatte uns gut gefallen + Das Essen bzw. Buffet war besser als erwartet + Wir hatten stehts einen freien Parkplatz + Einige Hotelmitarbeitende, insbesondere der Bademeister, waren freundlich und motiviert Negativ war: - Ab und zu roch es wegen der Kläranlage in der nähe nicht sehr angenehm - Die Mehrheit der Hotelmitarbeitende waren eher kühl und nicht so motiviert - Die Zimmer könnten eine kleine Renovation vertragen - Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer hätte besser sein können - Die Liegestühle am Strand waren uns zu nahe aneinander gestellt - Der Spa Bereich im Hotel war überhaupt nicht einladend und die männlichen Spa Mitarbeitenden waren total unfreundlich Auch wenn wir trotzdem eine schöne Zeit hatten, würden wir das nächste Mal in einem anderen Hotel absteigen.

I didn't like that there was the same stuff to eat every day. I also didn't like cleaning regime and the toilets were never cleaned properly.

Plenty of sunbeds and snack bar at the beach was nice. Also Spa in the hotel is nice and worth the visit Poor selection of drinks. Basically beer, wine and vodka. Nothing else to choose from. The worst part was a room. The room I was given was absolute health and safety hazard. It had loose electrical wires (including bathroom), cracks, mould on the walls. It was disgusting and not safe! No person should be allowed to stay in roo like that. No safe in the room and fridge wasn't working. And if you have carpet in the room it should be hoovered at least once per stay!

- serhat (4/5): - I would stay here again, we stayed for my sons birthday, messaged hotel befpre hand and were told on arrival all would be fine, we arrived, reception were rude, especially manageress, she wasnt helpful, the hotel is dated, and the family room we booked and paid for had room just for bed, no room to actually walk to the other side of the room. Food is basic and not something you will enjoy, entertainment team, they jave stuff to do during the day for example teaching dance, but stated clearly no children, not be politely either. There is no parking either. When we chexked out, the guy took key from me, no thanks for staying with us, or have a nice day, just took key. I wouldnt recommended this hotel to people, for what i paid its pretty poor, basic and staff very poor, lady in reception in particular.

- Andrei (8/5): Good value for money - Big pool is a great plus, room was very clean and modern. The beach is just a 5-7 minute walk from the hotel and has nice bar, showers, WC, sunbeds, etc. Food and drinks were great both at the restaurant and at the snack bars. The TV in the room could be bigger and have a more english channels. The tennis table was in a very poor condition and they removed the net at 17:00 and quite often forget to put it back in the morning, so you have to search someone from the animation team to put it back. It was very frustrating that they did not allow to play after 17:00 as before 17:00 it is very hot outside and not much fun to play. Anyway, I believe this tennis table should have been replaced long ago and people should be able to play whenever they want.

- Mohamed (6/5): Needs a lot of work to become a real 4 stars hotel. - Entertainment, and restaurant. Staff negative attitude, very poor WiFi (0 inside the room), poor house keeping, weak air conditioning in rooms, no air condition in main lobby and other public areas. I paid for the rooms a month before checking in through Booking application, and the receptionist warned us that if they did not receive their money from booking yet, he will not check us in. I requested an early check in cause my flight was arriving at 4 am and received a confirmation email (free of charge), but after arriving at the hotel at 6 am, the receptionist denied this approval claiming that BOOKING sent it without referring to them. I had to debate and quarrel with 4 or 5 different staff members over 4 hours to have one room at 10 am instead of 2 pm (they already had vacant rooms). I sent a complaint to BOOKING application and I received the reply in Turkish!!! This simply proves that the approval was issued by the hotel and that they see and respond to my requests/complaints. After checking in to the first room, I found the shower hose totally cut, it got fixed. 30 minutes. Soon afterwords, electricity went off (including AC) for 1.5 hour until they could fix it.

Yatak akşama doğru yapıldı, havlular yoktu 3 saate geldi, 3 gün asansörün biri bozuktu, engelli park yerini bırakın normal park yerini bulamayıp 3 kere dolandık olmadık biyere koyduk, eşim engelli haliyle sıcakta baya yürümek zorunda kaldı, denize gitmek sıcakta bir işkence 500 metre, sabahları 7,30 da tüm havuz şezlongları doluyor, her gün 6.30-7.00 arası şezlonga eşya bırakmazsanız yer bulunamıyor, otelin buna ilişkin hiç bir girişimi ve çözüm yolu tedbiri yok, şezlonglar kalanların yarısı yada 3 te biri kadar, yemekler güzeldi, ancak onda da akşam 7 de başlayan yemeğe 20 kala sıraya girmezseniz onda da yer bulamıyorsunuz, 8 den sonrayı beklemeniz gerekiyor, dinlenmeye gidilecek biyer değil, bir daha gitmem, tavsiye de etmiyorum. Çalışanları iyi yemekler güzel, günlük temizliği yapılıyor bilgi.

There are lots of Russians who are treated very differently since they tip big the waiters so they can reserve tables during the meals and serve them better even though it is a self service style, while others have to wait for long to get tables.

- Reyad (8/5): It’s was great experience and I would like to recommend and do it again especially for my kid as he enjoyed the activiti - The view from the room was great as I had pool and Mountain view, activities all day long which I enjoyed the most, the beach was very good with plenty of sun beds and mine bar so we didn’t need to go back to hotel for drink or food. Also I like the shower in the beach. Friendly staff however some of them they don’t speak English but most of them speak Russian as most guests are from Russia, Food was very delicious and fresh. Location is good as it’s only 45 minutes from Antalya airport , price is affordable compare to the other Resorts in the same area I would definitely recommend and I’ll go back again next summer Thanks Eldar Resort Hotel for having us 😊 Restaurant not very clean but was ok because of the high season it was expected with the crowd , the food was fresh and delicious

- James (1/5): Never again. - Free Parking They have the music going so loud until midnight even with no one down there to listen to it. My bed was shaking when Boom Boom Pow by the Black Eyed Peas came on. Rooms are not sound proof at all, if you want to stay here, bring very very good earplugs. Food was strange and hotel seems very catered to Russian / Eastern European demographic.

Kahvaltı,yemek,içecek kalitesi ve çeşitliliği güzeldi. Konum olarak iyi bir yerde plajda şezlong ve tesisleri mevcut. Tekrar gelebileceğimiz tesisler arasına girmiş durumda.

- Guljan (1/5): Bad - Unfortunately I was disappointed. Booked Eldar Resort Hotel via Booking.com. We were confirmed via email: we arrived at the hotel early in the morning, a non smoking room with mountain view on the last top floor and early check in. In fact, we were expecting a terribly smoky room on the second floor overlooking the pool. Oksana, the Russian-speaking girl at the reception, tried to send us off nicely, explaining that all guests smoke and that what was promised by mail is not important, just take what is. When I wanted to meet the manager, who also speaks and understands Russian perfectly, Oksana suddenly switched to Turkish with him, so I did not understand what they were talking about. It was extremely unpleasant, not welcoming and could have almost ruined the entire holiday as I have asthma and it is important to me to get what I ordered. The manager, who was initially ready to meet with us, refused us after our conversations with Oksana and said that we should wait until 14-15 until the other rooms are vacated. Tired and hungry from the road, we had to leave something at reception and went for a walk in the 40 degree heat. As a result, a slightly less smoky, not very clean room awaited us until the evening, and not on the top floor. Fortunately, a few days later there were vacancies at a clean and pleasant hotel nearby, which we gladly escaped from the Eldar resort Hotel. I do not recommend!
