Guest (3/5): 失敗 - 元湯快リゾートだけあって食事は朝も夜も大変よかった部屋が古すぎるまず入口がとってつけたような引き戸で、今までホテルでみたことないチープな多目的トイレの入口のような軽い引き戸で、中も天井も低く壁紙もお化け屋敷を思わせる昭和なもので、何より我慢できなかったのがホコリっぽいこと。家族が喘息もちなので、部屋に入ってすぐ窓を開けて換気を数時間していましたが、換気をするとカーテンについたホコリが舞って本当に居心地が悪かった。

Nao (8/5): コスパ良くて食事もお風呂も大満足でした - お風呂が豪華な作りで露天風呂も広くて脱衣場はとても涼しいのでお風呂から上がっても汗をかくことなく楽しめました。そして夕食も大満足でアップルパイもすごく美味しかったです。朝食もお茶漬けがあっさりしていて美味しかったし、大満足でした。お部屋に入った時に異臭がしてしばらく我慢出来なくて一回に避難するくらい部屋から出て空気の入れ替えしてました。不満と言えばそれくらいです。
Verified traveler (8/5): 静かに過ごせました - ２回目です。全体的に古さは感じますがきれいにしてあると思います。畳の部屋でしたが、い草の香りはなかったものの、緑な感じできれいでした。外や廊下の音も気にならず静かに過ごせました。食事が色々あっておいしかったです。

Guest (8/5): 家族旅行の記念になった。 - バイキングの食事で色んなものが選べて、焼きたてのものも美味しかった。チェックインした時には感じなかったので、その後の来客だと思うがフロントあたりが、かなり汗くさく臭っていた。その後も風呂あがりに通りがかった際、同様だったので消臭して欲しかった。

Kozo (7/5): 小さな子どものいるファミリー向けホテル - 必要なものはひと通り揃っているし、無駄なアメニティや過剰な接客サービスもないのは快適だった。マッサージ機と露天風呂は気持ちよかった。周辺散歩にも便利な場所だった。障子がめくれていたり、壁紙にシミがあったりするのを丁寧に直した方が良いと思う。客室の換気扇がうるさかった。チェックアウト時に入湯税だけ支払ったので、初めから支払い総額に加えて欲しい。

rie (8/5): がんばれ、嬉野館 - 宿泊を当日に決めたので、心配していましたが、無事宿泊できてよかったです。サウナが苦手ですが、９０℃くらいで今までより長く入れました。洗い場が畳式ですべらずよかったです。デザートの種類を増やしてほしいのと、佐賀なので、カステラよりも抹茶に特化したもの等が欲しかった。女性用のアメニティグッズが部屋にもう少し欲しかった。ゴムやヘアクリップなど。布団でしたが、私には少し固かったです。

yukio (10/5): もう一度泊まりたいHOTEL - ホテルを予約する時食事を確認して無かったので、フロントで素泊まりですよて、言われたけど、食事の事話したら、すぐ食べられる様に、対応してもらったので、素晴らしいと、思いましたと、子供夫婦が話してました有り難う御座いました。海外からの旅行のお客さんの食事の時のマーナの悪さが目立ちました。

Accueil minimum à la vas vite, prix exhorbitant par rapport au lieu et aux prestations. Une espèce de lieu qui a besoin d'un bon coup de rafraichissement et qui accueille des cars de touristes bruyants. Jeux d'arcade dans le hall. Un buffet bien garni mais bruyant. Rien à voir avec un ryokan traditionnel...sauf le prix bien trop élevé pour cette prestation à fuir.

CHUNG WEN (10/5): 優質的溫泉旅館 - 和式房間很寬敞，其他設施也非常多，除了溫泉浴池之外，兒童娛樂設施等等，也相當多，尤其是餐飲部分，雖然是buffet，但菜色都具有一定水準，可作為旅遊的住宿選擇！

keiyuu (9/5): 落ち着けた温泉旅 - 夜中3時に入浴したが、承知していた浴室清掃がきちんとされていた。又　朝食後入浴したが、温水のサンプリングや水温測定がきちんとされ　温度を聞くと40,5度と返答してもらえた。　管理がきちんと出来ていた。朝食時もスタッフに確認するとその場所まで案内をしてくれたり　きちんと説明もしてもらえ教育が行き届いている感じがした。特に見当たらない。宿とは関係ないが　嬉野温泉としての特徴が乏しく行政の問題ではあるが　もう少し嬉野茶とか全国的に知られている特産物などを宣伝し街の活性化を図る事が必要かなと感じた。　　新幹線も開通したのに勿体ないと思います。
