• Mikhail (9/5): The place you want to come back to. - The Relais is on the top of the hill, with olives and vineyards around. There's a spacious free parking enough for several cars. In front of the building there's a terrace and a small pool overlooking the valley. It's a private business and when you are there you deal with a family owing and running it. Extremely nice and helpful people. The restaurant of the Relais is a must to visit together with the wine cellar. Amarone wine that is made on site is definitely worth tasting. Guest rooms are 6 in a row and if your neighbors are noisy you might hear each word they say.
• Pia Maria (10/5): Ein toller Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen - Wunderschönes Landhaus mit einer tollen Lage. Im beheizten Pool kann man auch im Herbst noch traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Das Essen und der Wein waren fantastisch und die Gastgeber sehr herzlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal da. -

Alles perfekt, die Zimmern das Frühstück die Lage, der Pool, das Abend Essen ein Traum und natürlich der Wein. Es ist perfekt zum entspannen! Bisschen schwer mit der Kommunikation da nicht alle englisch sprechen, aber halb so wild.

• Michael (10/5): Dieser Ort hat unser Herz berührt - Da weis man nicht wo man anfangen soll…… die Lage mit diesem unfassbaren Ausblick, der schöne Pool, das tolle Haus, die Zimmer, die sehr herzliche Familie, das sehr,sehr gute Abendessen, das liebevoll gestaltete Frühstück, einfach alles! Nichts!!!! Es war perfekt.

• Bedrich (10/5): A place at the top - This was our 2nd stay in recent years in this very special place and Relais located in Mezzane di Sotto green valley close to Verona, Soave and Vicenza. We enjoy the very personal family friendly touch, the elegant facility and its amenities as well as the location high over wineyards slopes with magnificent views of the valley from the Relais di Campagna I Tamasotti surrounding, the room terrace and especially from the infinite pool/whirlpool. We like the very tasty and fresh breakfasts as well as dinners with delicate offer of meals and wines in the Relais restaurant. We enjoyed the winery tour and excellent wine tasting. We will be looking forward to come back next year.
• Outi (10/5): Exceptional - I had such a wonderful time at this hotel! The area is lovely, the restaurant is great, and my room was so nice. their wines are very good! I definitely recommend spending a day or two here if you’re traveling in this part of Italy. There are not many options available in restaurants for vegetarians.

The family are all lovely and couldn’t do enough The facilities were well maintained and it was very clean and spacious! It wasn’t an issue for us, but you would need a car to get around. We had one so no issue for us but something to think about
• Nick (9/5): Luxuriating by the pool, soaking up the gorgeous view, enjoying delicious food prepared con amore - The pool, the lounge area around the pool and the view from the pool are the stars of the show. We had dinner one of the nights we stayed and it was delicious. It felt both very personable in that it is truly a family labor of love and pride, but also the dining experience and space was tasteful and elegant. Breakfasts were also delicious. The room itself had a wonderful balcony with a gorgeous view and interior was clean, minimalist and spacious. We also very much enjoyed walking around the grounds of the working farm/vineyard. While the family was present onsite, it didn't feel obvious or intuitive to find someone that might give you quick information or tips on the area. I think b/c the family is working and busy at their tasks, so you have the feeling to an extent that you are left to your own devices.

The Tamasotti wine is excellent and worth buying a case or two if you - Lovely location (although you really need a car as taxis are not locally available). Pool area well looked after and generally everywhere was very clean (rooms were pristine). We had a really excellent tour of the property and wine tasting session from the owners. The wine they make is excellent and clearly a result of lots of hard work. Breakfast was good with produce/eggs from their own gardens. It’s run by the family and they are very stretched with managing their own family life and wine production (we visited in the busy wine making period in early October). They were a bit absent and didn’t respond to requests for help with transport to the local village. They charge for mineral water which is unnecessary. We can’t comment on the restaurant as it’s not open Monday to Wednesday which was a shame as it has great reviews.

• Tj (10/5): Don't book for a weekend, book for a week! - i Tamasoti was a delight for the senses. The long-range views of the valley filled with vineyards, orchards and olive trees, the sounds of multiple church bells in the distance and the rooster on-site accentuating the peacefulness of the property, the fresh squeezed grapefruit juice served in Zafferano crystal glasses and personal Bialetti of espresso at breakfast are just a few of the things that still make me smile and truly made me feel cared for. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, the grounds and the rooms were impeccable and met every wish. Loved the mini-bar filled with full bottles of their wine. The most impressive however, was the hospitality. Alessandro, Louisa, Sabina and Giacamo make their guests feel like friends who have come for a visit. Grazie a tutti! I wish our stay was longer to more completely enjoy the spaces - the private balcony overlooking the valley, the pool area with spa jets, a walk through the vineyard. Due to travel delays, we also missed the pleasure of Chef Louisa's creations for dinner.

• Annie (10/5): A fabulous family run hotel that exceeded even our high expectations! - The Relais is brilliantly located about 30 minutes from Verona and is situated high up over the valley with a commanding view of the vineyards and wineries below. There are also several terraces that take advantage of the location that is truly spectacular. The rooms are really comfortable with little touches such as a basket containing towel, robe and flip flops to take to the infinity pool and a mini bar containing, amongst other drinks, home produced wines that are delicious; of course the view from the balcony is a feature highlight. The restaurant is superb and very reasonably priced for such superb quality dining.

The view was amazing over looking the winery. Loved the jacuzzi with a view! The on site restaurant was the best - we ate there twice! Shower wasn't the best, shower head sprayed everywhere, not the best flow but everything made up for this minor thing
