Esra (7/5): Goed maar hygiene mag echt veel beter! - Het personeel was erg vriendelijk! Fijne locatie midden in KL. De dag dat we aankwamen en de kamer in kwamen was de kamer niet schoon. Beddengoed, de muren, hoofdbord van het bed, badkamer was erg vies. Alle hoeken vooral op de grond in de badkamer en in de kamer zelf was niet schoon. Dit hebben wij aangegeven bij de receptie en ze hebben ons meteen geholpen en de kamer opnieuw schoongemaakt. dit was erg fijn. Alleen de dagen erna zagen we weer vlekken die niet schoongemaakt werden. Onder het bed was het ook vies en op de grond ook oud geplakte kauwgom. handdoeken vond ik ook muffig. Buiten de kamer was alles wel schoon en het zwembad/lobby ook.

Pierre (9/5): Les yeux qui brille - Personnel à l'accueil à l'écoute. Très respectueux des familles. Serviable de la porte d'entrée aux chambres. Très funny très familiale. Et respectueux du culte de chacun. Tout le monde s'y retrouve sincèrement je recommande fortement cet hôtel de part son emplacement entre les mall suria klcc tour petronas, en face de la tour klcc tower au passage la plus grande tour d'Asie chaque matin vue direct sur cette architecture. Les transports chauffeur s'y retrouve facilement, c'est vraiment l'accès parfait au petite boutique de bukit bitang et les mall pavillon farheneit, suria klcc, klcc tower, et le service est premium sans aucun doute. Je recommande fortement et n'oubliez jamais de laisser un petit pour boire le personnel le mérite, sincèrement on a été traité comme des hôtes de luxe et cela sans forcer. Certains pays devraient prendre exemple. J'aurai aimé resté encore c'est mon regret et pourtant j'y est séjourné un certains nombre de nuit. Et surtout j'aurais aimé que l'offre repas all inclusive existe c'est le point négatif. Pour une famille c'est important, après il y a de quoi faire autour les offres gastronomique ne manque vraiment pas, Samad al iraqi a quelques mètres halab restaurant, burger king, family mart ... Ya de quoi dans ce coin. Attention tout de même au fuite au dernier étage en temps de pluie ça peut surprendre mais c'est rapidement résolu.

T4462JPcrystale (10/5): Cosy, quiet stay near KLCC and KL tower - Despite being in the city centre, there is peace and quiet in the room away from main roads and traffic. Walking distance from convenience stores, banks, eateries and malls makes it ideal for walking around. The room amenities was superb, with washing machine/dryer in the room and cooking facilities. If you are lucky like me, I have a stunning close up view of KL tower just outside my window. I didnt have time to use the swimming pool or gym, but I believe it is equally good as well. Will definitely stay here again in my next trip!

krystel ellaine (10/5): Quiet stay with convenience in the heart of KL - The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. I love that there is a washing machine & dryer in the room, detergent powder provided as well! Equipment for light cooking, and cooking utensils provided. Location, although in the middle of KL, was still very peaceful and quiet. There is no blarring traffic noise. KL tower was just there outside my window! Easy to walk to convenience stores, fast food outlets, banks, and malls nearby. I would totally stay there again! Just beware if there is a thunder storm, you might get a fright from the thunder strikes to KL Tower nearby. Other than that, all good!

850raymondy (6/5): It's an apartment, not really an hotel. - Felt it was more like an apartment, but it was stated as a hotel on Booking.com. The space needs to be renovated. Other than this, it's walking distance (about 10 minutes or so) to KLCC and a bit longer to Pavilion/Bintang.

Ray (6/5): If you want a hotel stay, this should not be your choice. It's more like an apartment for me. - The space. Aircon and water pressure are good. I think the property is a bit old. It is stated as 5-star, but I think with the condition, it should only be 4-star. A hand towel should be provided, or at least a face towel, since it's rated as 5-star. I felt this was more like an apartment rather than a hotel. It shouldn't be classified as a hotel, which booking.com needs to look into.

Marlene (8/5): - Sehr gutes Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Das Bett ist bequem und sauber, genauso wie das Badezimmer. Der Pool ist gepflegt und angenehm kühl und auch das Gym ist top ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Mitarbeiter – alle waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist leider ziemlich teuer, sowohl das Abendessen als auch das Frühstück. Ich habe einmal das Frühstück extra bezahlt weil ich es nicht dazu gebucht hatte (Buffet), aber für die Auswahl war der Preis nicht gerechtfertigt. Außerdem gibt es am Pool keine richtigen Liegen, sondern nur Sitzmöglichkeiten, die auf Dauer eher unkomfortabel sind.

Gaelle (9/5): Vous pouvez foncer les yeux fermés je recommande! - Le personnel était adorable et au petit soin, l’établissement est beau et propre. La literie est très confortable! Ça n’est pas la faute de l’établissement mais il y avait de nombreux travaux autour de l’hôtel ce qui rendait la détente un peu compliqué autour de la piscine et parfois en journée dans la chambre.
Reena Kaur (3/5): Unimpressed - Location was good, but that was about it. Pool was very small. The rugs in the room looked like they had never been cleaned. The window-sill was all black and the curtains were dirty and there were stains on my bedsheets. Poor housekeeping and poor maintenance overall. Further, they damaged my suitcase whilst storing it, and then claimed it was already damaged before bringing it to them! They are refusing liability and compensation. I would not stay here again.

Jennydor2014 (10/5): A great budget option for a short stay - The hotel's facilities are quite outdated, in need of urgent renovation and modernization. Therefore, I would rate the hotel's category at 3 stars, it definitely does not correspond to 4. If this fact is excluded, the hotel is a great, budget option for a short stay. Its location is excellent. The presence of a restaurant in the hotel building is very convenient and functional if you don't feel like going out in the hot, humid weather. The staff is competent, polite and helpful. The luggage storage room is an excellent addition to the services provided by the hotel.
ChooA (10/5): Weekend stay - My friend and I had a wonderful weekend stay at Oasia KL. Staff were welcoming, friendly and responsive to our requests. The rooms were spacious and larger than most hotel rooms and the bed was comfortable with 4 good sized pillows. Although the property is tucked away at the end of a small road, it is walkable to Jalan Alor, Lot 10 and other shopping malls. There are also several local eateries and amenities around the area.

annabelleb467 (10/5): A great stay - I stayed in Oasia Suites by myself for a family occasion. My daughter in law comes from a family that live in Kuala Lumpur and recommended the hotel. It was a lovely friendly clean hotel with a lovely cool swimming pool. The staff were really helpful and called me for early starts on a couple of occasions. I met several families there and there was a nice family atmosphere.

AdamF3508 (10/5): Support at its best! - Great location and suites and staff are friendly and amazing. I had a late flight and they kindly let me hang around in the pool after checkout. But most notably, I had left my phone and cards in the grab that dropped me back to the hotel 2 hrs before I had to get to the airport... somewhat stressful... but the staff were all hands on deck, pulling together and calling my WhatsApp, speaking with the driver to get my belongings back within an hour. Amazing work! I want to personally thank Linda, Sue, Eugene, Razak, Epin (and anyone else I may have missed) because they all were absolutely instrumental in helping me. That alone provided an outstanding experience! You are all incredible, thankyou again so much!! <3
Dylan (10/5): - Wow, wow, wow — our first time in Kuala Lumpur and this hotel truly wowed us. The room had every facility you could possibly need. We loved our stay at Oasia and stayed for 5 nights, wishing we could have stayed longer. The staff were so nice, friendly, and always helpful, which made the experience even more special. We already miss our stay! The location was excellent too — everything was within walking distance. Highly recommended! Nothing to dislike

Happiness09642545394 (10/5): Wholesome experience - I recently stayed at Oasia Suites Kuala Lumpur, and really warmed my heart. Ammar ah, very steady one, soft spoken, always smiling, make me feel comfortable like family. Eugene and Zoul more cheerful type, like to joke and tease, always make me laugh. Every time I pass the lobby, they greet me nicely. Small thing, but big difference you know. Room clean and quiet, very nice for rest. But what I remember most is the people nowadays not easy to find such sincere service already. Very grateful, will recommend to my friends and family!

PaulB4882 (8/5): Excellent and friendly staff. Building showing it's age. - 4 night Stay after two weeks in Penang. First impressions were very good, staff most friendly and welcoming. Room was large enough for a couple for a few nights, however as is common with most hotels, there isn't much storage space for clothes, and the wardrobe in our room also stored an iron and ironing board, very handy to have but took up most of the actual hanging space ( I stored it under the bed) . Room was "clean" however the furniture and wall covering is definitely ready for replacement, marked, stained and scuffed every where. Shower was brilliant, hot and powerful, shampoo and shower gel provided. Tea/coffee and bottles of water were provided/replaced every day and the room was also serviced every day. A small safe and fridge also provided. The view from our window was of the KL tower, unfortunately I don't think the outside of the windows have been cleaned for a considerable time. The walls don't appear to be very thick and unfortunately, our room being behind the very busy and very noisy lift shaft meant our sleep was disturbed the first time, the purchase of ear plugs proved a sensible option. Hotel Location is within comfortable walking distance to both KLCC and Bukit Bintang. We did not eat at the hotel, nor use the lovely looking pool. We were very thankful of being able to leave our luggage after checking out and use the showers later in the day before heading to the airport for our long flight home. Thanks again to the very friendly reception staff.
