• Jola (10/5): Great place - would stay again - Excellent location, easy to find and get to from the airport by bus, close to the old town. Easy to access - we arrived late at night. Big, comfortable room with a small garden, great to have a morning cup of coffee in the sun. Communication from the host was good, bed was comfortable and the place was clean. Perfect stay.

• Roya (7/5): - The location is amazing, very close to the funicular and museums and also next to the bus station that comes from the airport so for sure location was amazing. The staff was very lovely and helpful too and also quite flexible, loved that! The room is for sure much smaller than it looks but for us it wasn't an issue. I would say the biggest issue for us it was the ants that were present in the room and house ( for me especially it was an issue as I am allergic) so be aware of that when booking... and the cleanliness I maybe expected to be much better.
• David (7/5): - Appartement propre avec cuisine commune. Proche de la ville Haute où tout se concentre avec le funiculaire à 500m. L'absence de parking est un gros problème à Bergame et je regrette de ne pas l'avoir intégré dans mes recherches Booking. Nous sommes arrivés tard le samedi soir et nous avons galéré pour trouver un parking pratiquement tous complet. L'appartement se trouvant dans une Zone ZTL il est impossible de se garer, les places disponibles étant réservées aux résidents. Seul était disponible et ils restaient peu de place le parking à 3.30€ de l'heure dans la ville Haute. Absence de climatisation.

Домакините проявяват мило отношение при посрещане на гостите си. Никъде не видях да е отбелязано, че предлаганото настаняване не е самостоятелно. Мястото прилича по-скоро на хостел, което не беше вариант за нас. Спалнята беше директно срещу огромни прозорци, гледащи в отсрещната сграда. Вариант беше да се пуснат пердетата, но тогава в стаята настава пълна тъмнина. Имахме ранен полет, но за съжаление нямаше топла вода за сутрешния тоалет.

• José Manuel (6/5): Alojamiento para estar un día o dos, caro. - El alojamiento estaba relativamente bien situado, alrededor de 1 km. del centro de la ciudad alta. Nos permitieron dejar el equipaje en el hotel hasta la tarde del día de salida. No había armario ni mesitas de noche y a la ducha le faltaba una parte de la mampara, de modo que se salía el agua al ducharse. No vimos personal en ningún momento, aunque la comunicación por whatsapp era buena. Me pareció bastante caro en comparación con la calidad

• Réka (8/5): Barátságos, kedves hely. - Szuper környéken van a szállás, közel a Citta Alta-hoz, a repülőtérről pedig közvetlenül busszal is elérhető. A szállásadó nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. Külön kedvesség a tea és kávé pult.

In generale il primo impatto è di un ambiente carino con bagno grande e spazioso Tante piccole cose che però hanno reso il pernottamento poco comodo. All'arrivo il check in è stato un po' brigoso. Avevo ricevuto chiare informazioni su come arrivare ma una volta arrivata avrei preferito poter entrare un po' più agevolmente e invece ho dovuto lasciare tutti i bagagli per leggere le informazioni lasciate in una busta davanti alla porta. Non c'era internet e io avevo una riunione online al pomeriggio. La host si è resa disponibile al telefono spiegandomi che in quei giorni avevano avuto dei problemi ed aspettavano la manutenzione. Mi avrebbe aiutato saperlo prima anche perché in generale nella struttura anche sul cellulare internet prende poco. In bagno l'anta della doccia è rotta, si riusciva a chiudere ma con fatica. In doccia non è chiaro quale sia il dispenser per lo shampoo e quale il bagnoschiuma perché non è specificato. Il cestino del bagno non aveva la busta e non me la sono sentita quindi di usarlo. Non c'erano i comodini, il letto matrimoniale aveva un avvallamento importante e non c'era riscaldamento. La privacy era limitata però, l'unica finestra (con sotto il letto) senza imposte è affacciata direttamente sul cortile dove sono parcheggiate delle macchine. C'era una tenda coprente ma non poterla mai aprire per privacy è limitante.

Comodo avere la possibilità di una colazione/merenda veloce nella sala comune ad altri appartamenti. Volendo proprio trovare qualcosa, il box doccia tondo non chiudeva agevolmente.

• Ardyll (9/5): Very good accommodation in an excellent location. - Excellent location, very good communication grom the host. Very hood accommodation at reasonable price. For improvement; tv in our room not working during our stay. Arrive late (late check-in agreed) and when I check the tv following morning, can’t switch on. Didn’t bother to contact the host as we’re leaving at 11am .

Maybe for other could be good - there is no internet there is no airport transfers ( on your own , there is a taxi number wich you can find on the internet ) there is no communication with the host. The property is in ZTL , I ask for a help for permission etc... and the host wish me Have A Nice Stay ( !!!) and if I have an emergency etc... A lot of lies on the presentation as I mentioned. Is not Ok for the turist.

• Oriana (8/5): Bella struttura ma servizio da migliorare - La posizione, a 1 minuto dalla fermata che porta alla città alta o giù a valle, lo stile bellissimo. Gli spazi sono enormi Non mi è per niente piaciuta la modalità di check-in, abbiamo trovato 2 buste sul davanzale all'ingresso (accessibile da chiunque con il cancello aperto), non abbiamo ricevuto indicazioni su quale fosse la nostra busta. All'interno delle buste c'erano le chiavi per entrare in casa (porta di ingresso e porta della stanza). Abbiamo dovuto prenderne una a caso e una volta entrati abbiamo capito che si trattava della quadrupla prenotata. L' altra era una matrimoniale. Al checkout abbiamo lasciato, come da indicazioni tutto all'interno della busta e siamo usciti. A nostra sorpresa abbiamo scoperto che l' altra busta (con le chiavi per entrare, sempre accessibile a tutti) era ancora sul davanzale all'ingresso!!! E non si trattava di un checkout in quanto ti viene chiesto di lasciare le tasse di soggiorno nella busta quando vai via, e in quel caso non c'erano!!! Ci hanno fatto dormire con le chiavi avanti la porta! Cucina e soggiorno sono in comune (non scritto nell'annuncio). Angolo caffè con tè, biscotti e frutta...senza caffè
• Carvey (10/5): Great location, easy self-check in and amazing value, just be careful not to damage the facilities. - Location was excellent as I went there to watch Atalanta vs Chelsea, and the place was within walking distance to the stadium. Also I arrived pretty late at night and they made the self-check in process very easy. The shower doors, soap/shampoo holders and toilet flush panel were loose, meaning you have to be careful when interacting with them so you don't accidentally damage the property. You also have to remove the flush panels and pull the lever back to the original position to stop the toilet from flushing.

Automatyczna brama wjazdowa bardzo głośna (skrzypi) + zacina się, więc wraca do początku i próbuje się zamknąć na nowo - szczególnie uciążliwe w nocy/nad ranem. Kuchenka gazowa wyłączona z użytku (nie było takiej informacji na stronie). Kilka starych/spleśniałych owoców na talerzu dla gości. Kilka zdjęć nieaktualnych - obecnie w miejscu wspólnym jest dodatkowo biurko (sporo dokumentów, komputer itd) - więc nie jest tak swobodnie i przestrzennie (w korytarzu) jak na zdjęciach. WiFi bardzo słabe. TV może i był, ale brak żadnego programu na liście do włączenia.

• Maddalena (7/5): - La struttura è ben curata, la stanza era grande ed il bagno molto funzionale. Ci è piaciuto molto il fatto che all'ingresso della cucina ci fosse un angolo con bollitore d'acqua per prepararsi tè e caffè, accompagnati da biscotti e fette biscottate. La host, Sabrina, è stata molto gentile e disponibile. La nota negativa di questo alloggio è stato l'arrivo. Essendo il check-in autonomo, Sabrina ci aveva prontamente comunicato tutte le indicazioni per entrare nella stanza. Solo che le uniche chiavi che abbiamo trovato aprivano una stanza doppia, invece della tripla che avevamo prenotato (facendoci capire che uno degli altri ospiti aveva occupato la nostra camera). Comunicatolo a Sabrina, si è subito resa disponibile, ripulendo la stanza ed il bagno. Credo sia uno dei rischi del check-in in autonomia: succede molto raramente, e questa volta siamo state sfortunate.

• Marion (7/5): Berghame octobre 2025 - Nous avons aimé la possibilité d'arriver en toute autonomie, l'emplacement entre la ville haute et basse. Le confort du lit et les petites attentions en cas de petit dej sur place. Nous n'avions pas compris en arrivant qu'il s'agissait d'un bas de maison avec 3 chambres côté à côté donc je dirais mauvaise insonorisation et la lumière qui rentre facilement car juste des stores. Taxe ville à régler en sus.

Nieprzyjemny zapach z łazienki. Brak działającego oświetlenia nad umywalką. Rozwalające się drzwi pod prysznicem. Problem z zamykaniem drzwi do łazienki - trzeba było je unosić do góry aby zamknąć. Pomimo potwierdzenia na bookingu o 2 osobnych łózkach , nie wywiązał sie obiekt.

• Hebnes (5/5): Bergamo er sjarmerende og vi kommer tilbake for å gå på tur i området - Beliggenheten var veldig bra i forhold til Citta Alta og Citta Bassa. Korte avstander og gåavstand til det meste. Rommene var rene. Det var mye rot på kjøkkenet, her kunne mye ha vært bedre med litt opprydding. Vi savnet også kaffe. Det var traktekaffe, men ingenting å trakte med. Til slutt måtte vi kjøpe pulverkaffe selv, selv om dette skulle være inklusiv i prisen.

Closest free parking was at least 10 min by foot from apartment, really thin walls, is someone was in kitchen - you hear everything, also in kitchen stove was not working so you can not cook anything if you want, just cettle.

• Diana (9/5): Неплохой вариант для остановки в Бергамо - Хорошее месторасположение рядом со старым городом и недалеко от вокзала жд (несколько остановок на автобусе). Удобные апартаменты с общей кухонной зоной и диваном в коридоре. Был чайник, микроволновка, холодильник. Чай, кофе, фрукты. Прелестный внутренний дворик. Очень чисто. Идеально чистое белье и полотенца. Нельзя было пользоваться плитой, на кухне не было ни обычного полотенца, ни бумажных полотенец. Продуктовые магазины находятся не так-то близко

• sylvie (9/5): Emplacement parfait - L'emplacement est parfait, juste à côté de l'arrêt de bus en provenance/ destination de l'aéroport et à 2 pas du centre ancien. Il y a des collations pour le petit déjeuner et du thé et la chambre est très propre et calme il n'y a pas de liquide vaisselle dans la cuisine, ce qui n'est pas pratique et le sèche cheveux n'est pas des plus pratique.

• David (9/5): Fabulous stay , great location and easy to find ! - What a location , bus stops literally outside both ways to/from airport and city alta , walking distance to lower funicular! Comfy room with good fan (it was the hottest week ever!) , free tee and coffee and fruit/biscuits. Great communication from host! WiFi was extremely slow but didn’t affect me as I have European roaming on my phone
