- Joakim (2/5): Dissapointment - according to hotels.com it was supposed to include breakfast. but it wasn't. A bottle of wine was included in the booking. but there was no wine opener in the room. we told the reception about this and they were going to solve it for us. but it took until 9:30 pm before they brought it, and then we were going to go to bed. so there was no wine for us. so it wasn't a good stay. we are very dissatisfied.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Komfort nachts sehr schlecht, nicht zu empfehlen ! - Das Apartment ist an sich zu empfehlen. Leider gibt es keine Möglichkeit die wandbreiten zu Verdunkeln. Was bei Lichtern der Großstadt, der Ostausrichtung der Fenster und der um 04.00 Uhr in der Früh einsetzenden Morgendämmerung das Schlafen sehr stört. Auf meine Anfrage an der Rezeption direkt nach Bezug des Apartments hat man mir geantwortet, dass die Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit nicht in der Beschreibung erwähnt ist !. Auf meine Frage nach einem anderen Apartment bekam ich Antwort, dass es eventuell möglich wäre, aber gegen einer Zuzahlung von etwa 50 EUR. Damit war das Thema für das anwesende Personal erledigt. Frisst oder stirbt, wenn Du in Not bist. Absolut keine professionelle Betreuung der Kunden und auch nicht höfflich dazu. Ich reise viel und übernachte sehr oft in verschiedenen Hotels bzw. Apartments, aber so etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Deswegen NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN !
- Verified traveler (4/5): Great view, but…. - Great view and beautiful apartment. Unfortunately, the bed was very worn out and uncomfortable. The oven was not usable due to the very loud fan. The shower door opened regularly by itself. As a result, it was not a good shower

- Julia (8/5): - Es war wirklich sehr schön. Allerdings war der Whirlpool nicht ganz sauber und im Badezimmer waren einige Sachen kaputt. Ansonsten war alles super.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Inte den nivå jag hade förväntat mig - Inte riktigt vad jag hade tänkt mig och inte riktigt känslan av god service. Receptionen stänger kl 21.00 eller 20.00, hade väl tyckt att dörrvakten som jobbade dygnet runt kunde ha receptionens uppgift. Vanlig nyckel till dörren, hade gärna haft kort för enkelhetens skull. Hyfsat förvirrande system med hissarna. Omfattande system för belysningen men ingen aning om hur något fungerade. Toalettartiklar typ schampot osv bestod av ett antal mindre (15ml) förpackningar i en hög, kändes oprofessionellt. Soffan var förvisso säkert ny men kändes sådär äckligt smutsig som bara plysch kan göra. Dock väldigt bra läge.
- Lena (4/5): Anbefales ikke - Hadde store forventninger til dette oppholdet. Eneste som var bra var utsikten. De skiftet ikke håndkler eller rengjorde rommet en eneste gang. Eneste som gjorde at dette var en leilighet var et lite t kjøkken som var dårlig utstyrt. Ingen oppvaskmaskin eller stekovn. Vannet fra dusjen rant ut i rommet og det hadde begynt å komme råte på deler av vegg. Dette var et dyrt og dårlig sted.

When we asked for the complementary upgrade that Expedia platinum gives we were told the rooms are available but we would have to pay an upgrade fee. The view was incredible the room was super clean. Did not wake up in time for the breakfast so I cannot comment on that

Leider fand ich die Wohnung mit aufgeplatzen Farbwänden vor, teilweise bröckelte der Putz an manchen Stellen ab, eine Lampe funktionierte nicht und der Abfluss in der Dusche war verstopft. Das waren dann auch alle Mängel. Aber trotz allem eine qwunderbare Nacht mit einer hervorragenden Aussicht. Der Preis war einfach viel zu hoch mit den Mängeln.

Receptionist even said "very nice apartment with bathtop". 15 min. from "downtown and train/busstation. But the first mentioned criterias "overrules". Negatives: experienced day 1 evening there was no water working to fill the bathtop. Informed the reception day 2 noon. answered "we are aware that there has been a problem, but should be solved." Day 2 evening. Desparately wanted a bath to loosen back and leg pains. No water. Day 3 morning: informed again reception and got same answer as above despite I said there was no water when I left apartment 5 min. ago. "We will check and it will be solved during the day"" Day 3 evening. My back and legs needed a nice and comfortable time in the bathtop in the evening. Same result: No water.!!!!!!! Very disappointed. Normally you pay for what you get. Here I paid for something I did not get! Then why top scores when I paid for something I did not get? - Daniela (8/5): - Wir waren von dem Apartment und von der Aussicht überwältigt. Dies war für uns ein sehr schönes Erlebnis. Schade nur war es, dass für die Unterhaltung ( Radio, Fernsehen) nichts in unserer Sprache gab. Schön war es, dass Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Sehenswürdigkeiten, und die wundervolle Altstadt zu Fuß erreichbar waren. Wir haben während unserem Aufenthalt nicht alles geschafft und werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen.

Hätte für diesen Preis anderes erwartet! mein Fazit ...absolut nicht zu empfehlen!
- Nicholas (4/5): - I was very excited about stay in this hotel. Unfortunately pictures of property online are misleading and I was truly expecting WOW effect. First of all - it is confusing to find reception, poor signs, second of all - difficult to contact reception for basic needs. There is no phone in room, not enough towels - it was 4 of us and we had only 3 bath towels and two small rolls of toilet paper. Third of all and most disappointing was bed in a second bedroom. It was some kind of small sleeper bed, uncomfortable and we could barely fit on it. I had to sleep on sofa in living room- it was much more comfortable. I am thinking of getting part of my money back. I do not understand how they can mislead people like that. The only thing we enjoyed was the view.
- Michal (4/5): - Ur stay at sky tower was disappointing. The check-in was quick however no instructions were given on how to manage the systems control panel placed in the apartment. The flat wasn’t in the best condition. Paying this amount of money you expect some kind of luxury ... the only thing that we couldn’t complain about was the view and size of the apartment, the rest ... everything was broken, used or not working! Shower not working, dirty seals. Bulbs across all apartments were missing or not working !!! The coffee machine not working! No slippers as promised. Unable to open the window. The cooker didn’t work. We had to call someone to come and fix it. I can keep going but the big disappointment was that we got the wrong apartment. Not the one we booked through the website! Customers service ... the worst I came across ever. They ignored us completely. I asked to move the apartment and I was told someone will contact me. Apparently, they were fully booked and obviously no one call me back as they promised! I have also sent an email directly but again no one replied. Really poor Customer service which makes the whole experience disappointing.

- Tim (8/5): - It was a remarkable building with gorgeous views of the city. Elevators were slow and no services or hotel type features were on the property. Now mind you in had a grocery store, liquor stores, coffee shops, and other shopping but nothing so notable you wanted to stay in the area. Also each room of my party of 3 was entirely different..I had a bathtub in my bedroom but no furniture or seating, my friend had a full kitchen and living area with tables but a.tiny bathroom, and the last room had a completely different setup. Just confusing from the pictures shown at booking. Would I stay again and the answer is Yes but I would plan my trip differently

Musiałem sam iść i kłócić się z pijakami. Sam widok z okna przepiękny a apartament w pełni wystarczający i dobrze wyposażony. Parking niby w obiekcie ale trzeba było iść do auta ponad 5 minut.

- Steven (10/5): Penthouse living with the best view. - I’ve been fortunate enough to stay in many hotels. Sky tower was the nicest, most amazing place I have had the pleasure to stay in. This really is penthouse apartments worthy of royalty. Full of technology, fully fitted kitchen, living area, bedroom and bathroom. All with the latest technology of lighting & air conditioning/heating. The view…. Breathtaking, Floor to ceiling windows, with seating to admire the view and curtains, which I never drew as the view is something you cannot get enough of. Fast WiFi, huge wardrobes & storage cupboards. Also a Sony sound system in the living area which is Bluetooth enabled. The lifts are also hands free, just scan your room card & the lift knows where you need to go, fascinating. All of the furniture was clean & comfortable, huge pillows and a great coffee machine. Amazing place, I will happily stay here again.

(Suggested we call instead). Not ideal.

- Marzena (6/5): Polecam, ale bez śniadania ! - Piękny widok z 46 piętra, apartament nowoczesny i gustownie urządzony z klimatyzacja.Wizerunek całego pobytu psuje absurdalna cena śniadań. 120 zł za skromne śniadanie z kawą dla dwojga. Cena takiego zestawu w menu tej samej restauracji to 60 zł . Dla gości hotelu do wyboru są tylko 3 pozycje śniadaniowe(w karcie restauracji jest o wiele więcej pozycji do wyboru). Zdecydowanie odradzamy wykupienie hotelu ze śniadaniem ,bo "apartamenty"pobierają 100% marży .

You are located above the mall so you have grocery store, restaurants, bowling alley, and movie theater all under you as well. Parking is a bit confusing for checking in but otherwise it was well worth it ibstsyed there for a week and will stay there again. Also no housekeeping unless you want to pay extra so if you are doing a ling stay bring extra towels. They have all amenities to include a washer and dryer
- Verified traveler (10/5): Marvellous apartments - Wow! For less than the price of a hotel room in many cities, you can have a wonderful apartment at Skytower. These amazing individual apartments are so spacious, light, clean, and airy. With floor to ceiling windows bringing in natural light, and giving you the most spectacular views over Wroclaw. Whether it be at sunrise, sunset, nighttime, or just anytime of day. The staff, the building, the apartments, are all just super. I'll very much look forward to staying here again. The building is located just above a shopping centre, with a selection of shops, food places, and a supermarket. Local transport passes by the apartments also. My only negative point, is that it took 8 days for my deposit to be released back to my card.

- Kevin (2/5): Disappointed - Good morning , I was really disappointed because I had a really small room when I paid a lot of money and my colleagues they paid even less money and they had a better room on the same floor and in a higher floor . The room was dirty and the bathroom it was a disaster because the shower was horrible dropping water to the floor all the time which is not following the health and safety aspects, last time I stayed the experience was good however this time even at reception the manager was not being helpful at all.

- Steven (8/5): Awesome View - Excellent views over the city from a great high-tech apartment. Reception services were very helpful and explained the procedure for our early check-out. Plenty of places to eat and drink in the vicinity but a 20 minute walk into the centre if you want to see the main attractions on the main square.
- Ray (2/5): The Only Good Thing is the View - I have been going to Wroclaw for a few months now on business. I wanted to try the Skytower since my stay was going to be for 18 days. I was so wrong. If you want to stay at a place where customer service is a priority, do not stay there. The ads for this place is missleading. The rooms don't even a microwave ( for example). You have to pay extra to get fresh towels.... I will just stop here - Just don't stay at Skytower. You will regret it as I did.
- Grzegorz (6/5): Killed experience by very poor service - The whole experience was skewed by unprofessional and lazy staff. We arrived at 8:55 pm and a gentleman at the front desk told me to basically that I'm in the wrong spot, that I need to go to the first floor of the mall. No other information! I parked under the mall, went up, but when I finally found the place it was closed! I went back to the guy at the front desk and As soon as I walked in he says: I guess you didnt make it before they closed... and he pulls out the keys and paperwork to fill out!!! Wasted 30 min of walking around for nothing. Then turns out that I had to go back to the mall garage and get my car to drive it to where I was supposed park. All could have been avoided and i could have checked it within 10 min if it wasnt for that guy. Place was super modern, clean and very nice, great feel and quiet. Too bad experience was killed by poor service

- Celia (10/5): Good experience with one exception - Sky Tower was a terrific choice for us. We were visiting family and friends in Wroclaw and having a home base of our own allowed us some time to ourselves and a place to entertain others as necessary. It was also fun to see the city from the 16th floor! Our own complaints are that: one surly security guard was extremely unhelpful; and one night we arrived home late (11:30) to discover that there was a planned power outage. We had to walk up 16 flights of stairs. While there was a sign in the elevator, it was in Polish only and wasn't very clear. My husband who reads Polish didn't pay attention to it. And I don't read Polish. None of the security guards we saw all day bothered to tell us about it. The 16 flights were a bit much for my husband who has a number of health issues. Seems like the property management company does not communicate well with the building security which is a problem. Otherwise, the place was great.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Nice room, good location but horrible staffs - This is the 4th stay this year to Sky Tower. Every time when I am in Wrocław, I stay there. If you are staying in Superior rooms, it would be great. They also have some rooms which was one flat but they made it into 2 small ones. So the room I stay this time is nice. The location is great for me. But their service is terrible. First, you have to go shopping mall for keys. But I got a heavy luggage with me and the security guy there would not let me to drop by there for 5mins. So i had to take this 25kg luggage all the way from apartment to mall and take it back all the way again after. It was really stupid I must say. Also, their wifi was broken on the 2nd day and I tried to call their concierge and of course nobody answers. I would say the apartment itself is excellent but the services there are totally disastrous.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Unpleasant check-in experience - I had requested by email that my friend would get the key for me as their reception would be closed at 9 and I wanna strict to room for football match. I gave them my friend's name and they said OK. Then I got a message from my friend that he was not allowed to take the keys even he offered to pay the deposit or leave his ID. It was not a pleasant check-in experience coz they should tell me earlier about this so my friend don't need to get there for nothing.
- Dieter (8/5): I would stay there again - The images on the hotel webpage are no exaggeration - my apartment had a great view over Wroclaw. The wifi was of reasonable speed (no problem with webex etc). Spacious rooms and an equipped kitchen were great event though a few samples of coffee (capsule machine) would have been nice. No complaints regarding the bathrooms either. I can recommends staying there - clean, spacious and comfortable apartment. Info you may need (which I could not find (or ignored) on the webpage): check in is in the sky tower mall (1st floor). Park below the mall (free for 30 min or so) for check in. There is parking for the apartments in a different parking garage (same building). I needed some time to find my parking space.
