- Evelyn (10/5): - Just a few hundred feet from the train station and the mall.. walkable to many tourist areas like the aquarium. Easy ticket, taxis, or bus or Metro… the apartment is well equipped with a gourmet kitchen/dishwasher/washer… electric blinds.. stand up balcony in living room/kitchen and bedroom has a window too. The building has an elevator and someone at the front desk for many hours throughout the day..

- ADRIANO (10/5): Excepcional - Apartamento enorme, limpo, equipado e com a melhor localização possível. São 3 quartos sendo uma suíte com banheira. Os outros dois quartos são atendidos por um banheiro em comum. E o apartamento também possui um lavado. Tem máquina de lavar roupas, lava louças, freezer, geladeira, microondas, forno elétrico e cafeteira. Todos os cômodos possuem ar condicionado independente. Acomoda 6 pessoas confortavelmente.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Great location - The apartment is very well located, close to a shopping mall, public transportation, and many restaurant options. Communication with the property management was smooth and friendly from the beginning. The apartment is quiet and comfortable. A larger TV would be a nice addition, and a few basic bathroom items — such as a toilet paper holder and a soap dish in the shower — would make the apartment even more appealing. Overall, it was a good choice!

- Lenira (10/5): Fantastische verblijf voor grote groepen - Wij zijn voor een langweekend naar Lissabon gegaan en zijn toen in appartement 25 verbleven. Wat echt super prachtig was fijne kamers, schoon en netjes. Maakte onze verwachtingen helemaal waar. Dichtbij het winkelcentrum trein metro en van alles te doen in de buurt. Heerlijk gegeten in de buurt. Contact met de eigenaar was ook superfijn al voordat we in portugal waren en daar ook. Wil je een beetje luxe en toch goed bereikbaar zitten dan raad ik iedereen aan om te boeken en hierheen te gaan. Mochten wij nog een keer gaan dan zullen wij zeker terug keren naar orient 25

Non ci sono i ristoranti dove poi godere una cena buona e questo e grave anche per fare una semplice colazione diventava stato dafari...perche bar carino non esiste. In bagno noncisono i ganci per atacare asciugamani ...percio devi portare con te in camera da letto. Pulizia abastanza bene. E altra cosa vedendo il prezzo si puo mettere per la colazione almeno due biscotti invece cerano solo capsule di cafe e il te....

- Paul (10/5): Good for families and for business travellers - Very nice appartment, very large with plenty of space. nice lounge/dining area and the kitchen was very large. a family could easily stay here. I was 1 person on a businessa trip and what I really liked was they had coffee available for me in the appartment, very nice touch. Check in really smotth, called and someone was there inside of 10 minutes.

Falta mantenimiento en los baños , el baño tiene problemas con la ducha y no hay agarre seguro para salir de la bañera, el aire acondicionado no funciona en la habitación principal. Se habló por teléfono con la persona encargada del apartamento y se reportó el aire pero no tomo los correctivos necesario para solventar el problema

- Ching (8/5): First time in Lisbon with family. - Overall it's a good stay, nice apartment close to shopping mall, car park available within the building with reasonable price. there are a couple of things which can be better: there is a dish washer but no no tablet, washing machine but no washing powder.....these handy machines are all there but we couldn't make use. suggest they can privide a few tablets or washing jellys for guest's usage. That won't cost much but will be very helpful.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Meh - The apartment is really well located in the modern part of town, close in walking distance to any thing you may need and public transportation. The apartment itself is just nice, very depleated of decoration or comfort, no coffee or tea, just the exact amount of towels, no hairdryer, just a simple all in one wash in the shower. Yes it is not that expensive, but I have stayed in other places same price in Lisbon, that had that home feeling you look for and expect when you book an apartment. It needs more love this one.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Comfortable Apartment and Conenient - Check in was smooth. We just had to make a call for the check in. The apartment is very big and spacious, clean and comfortable. It is very near to Lisbon Oriente 3 mins walk to the opposite shopping mall and transportation is super convenient. Hop on and off is right at the front of apartment building. We have made a great choice to stay in this apartment.

- Wolfgung (4/5): Caution! There is no reception. - This is not a hotel but a private apartment, so there is no reception. To check in, you need to make a phone call to a person who open the room and let you in. The phone number will be listed on Expedia's website after your reservation is done. I was so confused in front of the apartment and a resident helped me to call Expedia. She said she often see such people in trouble like me. And I also met a Russian couple who were seeking help at the entrance. I helped them to call manager.

- Monice (10/5): I recommend for sure! - Loved the apartment, super equipped, safety, clean and 5 minutes walking to the metro and Vasco da Gama Shooping. The Expo Park area is super modern and under the building there are several restaurants. Check in was easy, I just needed to call 30 minutes before arriving and they were waiting for me at the apartment door.

- Rafael (2/5): Not recommended for business trips - The apartment is just fine, decorations are depressive and windows are old and you here the noise from the busy street (in the photos seems to be better). The problem is that the personal working at this company is not serious. I had to make a previous appointment and I had to wait 30 minutes on the street until they arrive, since they do not have any reception at this hotel because they had flats at different locations in Lisbon. On the top, I am still waiting for an invoice from them. Furthermore, the shower was blocked and water was not going down, it shows the lack of maintenace. For all of this, I would not recommend this hotel for business trips.
- juan carlos (6/5): Bien, pero qué lástima de detalles... - El apartamento está muy bien: super amplio, limpio, moderno, cómodo, con wifi, etc. Nos lo dieron en la planta 17, por lo que las vistas eran preciosas. Yo había pagado un extra para "vistas al rio", y efectivamente había vistas al rio, pero tan solo desde la ventana lateral del salón, que se veía el rio parcialmente. Por otro lado, tenía el parking incluido, pero al llegar allí me dijeron que nunca está incluido en el precio, que era un error de Hoteles.com, pero que igualmente no me lo iban a cobrar, detalle que se agradece. En el lado negativo, al apartamento le faltaban detalles básicos como cafetera, tostadora o incluso escoba y recogedor. De "amenités" tan solo estaba el dosificador de gel, no hay champú, ni secador de pelo. El rollo de papel higiénico estaba sobre el borde de la bañera, porque no hay dónde colgarlo. De otro lado, la incomodidad de, como no hay recepción, tienes que llamar por teléfono cuando te falte una hora para llegar. Eso si, la chica que acudió a atendernos, encantadora, simpática y super amable. Al abandonar el apartamento, tienes que dejar las llaves sobre la mesa y tirar de la puerta. Ojo porque al llegar hay que pagar en efectivo la dichosa tasa turística: 1 euro por adulto y noche (otra estafa de los gobiernos) La zona es la parte moderna de Lisboa, en lo que fue la antigua Expo 98. En resumen, el apartamento está muy bien, pero esos detalles le restan muchos puntos, lo cual es una lástima. Aún así, sitio recomendable.
