• Elennas (8/5): Nice, clean apartment in a good location - Nice, clean apartment in a modern location close to a bus stop that takes you to the Oriente station and from there you can easily get anywhere in Lisbon. The communication and the staff have been really pleasant. We asked for an additional frying pan and a blanket, and they were delivered to the room the same day. AC would be a great plus, especially in the summer months (we visited in May and it was not an issue as it was a bit colder, but I can imagine it would be nice in summer) and also some additional kitchen equipment for cooking.

• Jens-Raimer (8/5): - Die Lage in unmittelbarer Flussnähe. Nur ca. 250m is zu einem sehr gut sortierten Supermarkt. ÖPNV war auch fußläufig erreichbar. Der WhatsApp Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut. Wöchentliche Reinigung bei Langzeitaufenthalt. Dunstabzugshaube und Deckenventilator ohne Funktion. Missstand wurde angesprochen, aber nicht behoben. Apartment entsprach nicht dem bei Booking.com angebotenem Standard und befand sich in einer anderen Straße.

• Elaine (5/5): Attention! Tout ce qui brille n’est pas or! Lit catastrophique, aucun sensé d'hospitalité. - la déco et l'espace dans l'appartement. Le parking dans l'immeuble est aussi un facteur important surtout pour ne pas avoir une amende devant le bâtiment. Le pire que j’aie eu depuis quatre ans de voyages professionnels! Et le lit est quand même la pièce principal quand on voyage. Deux matelas très mous collés l’un à l’autre, formant au milieu une véritable faille de San Andreas : on paye pour un lit de 1,60 m, mais on ne dort que sur la moitié. Le tout est recouvert de plusieurs couches de couettes étouffantes. Les draps sont aussi en microfibre, ce qui rend l’ensemble encore plus inconfortable. Les oreillers, hauts, remplis de flocons et beaucoup trop chauds, n’arrangent rien. Le matelas dépasse du sommier, rendant le lit instable, et impossible de trouver une position vraiment reposante. À éviter surtout si vous avez le moindre souci de dos et si vous avez besoin de repos! Le kit de bienvenue est minimaliste : 1 capsule de lessive, 1 capsule de liquide vaisselle, 2 capsules de café pour 3 jours, 1 sachet de thé, 1 de tisane, 1 litre d’eau, quelques rouleaux de papier toilette, une demi-torchon, une éponge et un peu de savon. Aucune théière (pour nous français cela est compliqué) , aucun produit d’entretien, pas de sel, pas d’huile d’olive — rien de ce qu’on attend d’un hébergement censé accueillir deux personnes. J’accueille moi-même des voyageurs sur Airbnb, et franchement, il ne coûte rien de laisser quelques produits de base à disposition. D’autant plus lorsqu’il s’agit d’un séjour professionnel. L’impression que cela donne ici, c’est une certaine mesquinerie. C’est avant tout une question d’attention, de bienveillance et de souci du confort de l'autre. On sent que tout a été pensé pour la rentabilité, pas pour le confort du voyageur. Je voyage pour le travail mais aussi pour mes vacances. Je suis vraiment déçue. En résumé : Beau en apparence, mais sans charme ni âme. TROP cher pour ce que c’est. Si vous comptez cuisiner le basique, prévoyez de tout acheter vous-même : torchon, sel, sucre, huile, théière, aussi les produits ménagers. Mieux vaut aller au restaurant — ou, franchement, choisir un bon hôtel.

Por lapso esqueci-me de 2 carredores de equipamento electronico especificos, dispendiosos e dificeis de arranjar. Quando contactei o servico e reportei a situacao, disseram-me que nada foi deixado no apartamento, o que nao e' verdade. Fiquei sem o meu equipamento. O colchao e' pessimo, extremamente mole sem suporte nenhum. Dormi mal nas varias noites que passei no apartamento. O WIFI supostamente gratuito nao funciona. E' anunciado que o local tem estacionamento privativo, mas e' pago a' parte. Pelo alto preco de aluguer, por um TO pequeno, a garagem devia estar incluida. ---------- By mistake, I forgot two specific, expensive, and hard-to-find electronic equipment chargers. When I contacted the service and reported the situation, they told me that nothing had been left in the apartment, which is not true. I ended up without my equipment. The mattress is terrible, extremely soft with no support at all. I slept badly during the several nights I stayed in the apartment. The supposedly free WiFi does not work. It is advertised that the place has private parking, but it is charged separately. Considering the high rental price for such a small studio, the garage should be included.

A caução dos 150 euros que eu não me encontrava informada. Devia ser mais especificada, porque alguém pode ter surpresa em cima da hora!

• Ofir (7/5): Great apartment with little things that need to be improved. - The stay was very nice and enjoyable, the house was very very well equipped with all of what you need to cook and enjoy your daily lifetime, also the apartment is so beautiful furnished and decorated - I would buy myself the same house exactly. 1. The train station was not that close, and bus 708 has to make long way until it gets to chen he st. Which is the closest one to whete I stayed - so I can say that public transportation to the city center was not yhat easy and convenient. 2. The extra large bed I ordered consisted of two separate mattresses rather than one large mattress which was supposed to fit the size of the bed frame in ine unit - I must say that it was very uncomfortable. 3. The hot water at shower ram down too fast. 4. It was better mentioning that trash can be thrown out of a shaft at the end of the same floor as the apartment. 5. The fan at the living room made noise.

• Jeremiah (2/5): Hate the fact that a property like that doesn’t have an air conditioner system at all. Apt was very hot and just one lit - I like the location and it was close by the city center. And shopping center I dislike the fact that the property didn’t have an air condition system AC. For the money I spend for 5 nights I could’ve been better off getting a hotel instead. My stay was miserable it was hot all five days and nights no AC. I will never stay there again or recommend to anyone. I didn’t enjoy my stay and I was told if I cancel I won’t be refunded

• Pedro (6/5): Ridiculous check in. If I had known would not have stayed there. - The young man that handed the key to us was pleasant. The buliding has an elevator. There's outside parking and on weekends its free. I didn't appreciate having to wait till 5pm to check in because this property still uses the old form of scheduling a time to hand over an actual key. If I hadn't reached out to Sandra, it would have been later. First day in Lisbon was a right off because we waited over 2 hours for a studio apartment to be ready for us. There was list handed to us of what´s expected from their renters. One being take out your own trash. No Air Conditioning in the apartment and only 1 ceiling fan,(bedroom is separated by a wall). Overall not impressed

The kitchen was very poorly equipped, kitchen and bathroom fans did not work, and main front entrance door did not lock. Bathroom seat was broken or improperly installed. Super slow stove top, hard to cook anything on it. The grill/broiler was also slow. Only way to get air in was to open the doors - no aircon and no windows. Only a small ceiling fan over the dinning room table.

Arrived late for the check in and was basically telling us off for not sending our ids to an email when the check in email said to either do an online check in or if that didn't work to send an email. The online check in worked and had nowhere to attach our ids therefore we didn't send them but we had our ids with us to show at time of check in. The bed wasn't a double bed. It was 2 singles joined together and you could feel the separation between the beds. The beds moved constantly so that made it uncomfortable and inconvenient to sleep as a couple. The kitchen could be better stocked with pots and pans. There was only a very small frying pan. The house is extremely hot, no ac. The fans weren't very good at keeping the flat cool.

Wait to check in - no contact details to working and cleaner from another building luckily knew who to call. Honestly, we should get a refund!!!!!

• Dilsa (6/5): It was okay overall - It was fine but I did pay for a premium apartment only to be informed after I arrived there that it hadn’t been cleaned so it wasn’t ready and I was moved to another one. Which was great but didn’t had a balcony. Sadly no compensation was for different of prices was offered. Also I wasn’t able to check in immediately and they didn’t reply when I asked for a late check out. I wish they had done everything way more smoothly. The apartment itself was actually great and I would recommend.
