Jessica (6/5): Great location but not smooth sailing - It is a fantastic location, and the place is clean however it has very noisy neighbours upstairs that woke us each night and a loud machine that would run intermittently,again waking us. Also the hot water didn't work at first and it took alot of communication to get someone to come and fix it - so cold showers for half our trip! It's also 80 stairs to reach the apartment so this may not suit some people.
Verified traveler (4/5): Ruim - A recepção fica super longe do hotel, não existe serviço de carregamento das malas. O apartamento fica em um beco escuro com uma porta que está sempre aberta. Além de tudo fica no quarto andar e ninguém nos avisou antes que não teria elevador. Estou grávida e não podia carregar as malas para cima, expliquei na recepção e mesmo assim não fizeram nada a respeito. Graças ao descaso tive um deslocamento na placenta.

Jo (8/5): Good location - Great apartment close to St Marks Square. Be aware that check in is on the other side of the city so it takes about 30mins by ferry to get from check in back to the apartment. You do get given a good map of how to get to the apartment. Also the apartment is on the 4th floor with lots of steps and no lift so please do not go here if you cannot manage them! Apartment itself is spacious, clean and well maintained. It's quiet and location is excellent.
