- michele (4/5): Close to beach/still disappointed - Although it was close to beach/getting applications and digital signatures to 3rd party was a nightmare...worked in this for 3 days and still trying to get reservation processed as we were arriving to facility. Could not access codes, apt number, etc.
- MIKE (2/5): Non stay! - Did not stay here. This so called hotel, which it"s not!, is a run down, shabbily kept apt complex with no staff present. Looked around for several minutes. Could not find anyone! Immediately called to cancel and went elsewhere. Orbitz person we spoke to refused to refund the charges! Also spoke to some women on the phone who claimed to be the owner, (refused her name & info!) who also refused to cancel the charges for a room we never used. Outrageous price! Should be considered a scam! Not sure why any reputable business would recommend or have this place as a listing.
- Nickola (4/5): If you have no other options - I was able to get a room last minute here at 11pm on a Saturday night which was awesome BUT.....Offsite management sends a bunch of paperwork electronically that you have to fill out before gaining access to the room and it refused to render correctly on my phone and took roughly an hour of messing with. the elevator button for the floor I stayed on was broken so I had to take the stairs with luggage. Not fun. The room smelled strange. The comforter on the bed was ripped and losing stuffing - one of those $20 comforter from Walmart. Very old. The onsite management is not available outside of normal operating hours- they don't turn their phone on until 8am. . I will def NOT come back.
