Buena seguridad Al principio hubo un problema para pagar y tuve que pagar al llegar al destino. la comunicación no fue muy fluida.El spa y la sauna no funcionaban y la piscina no estaba limpia. Hubo un problema de ruido por caída de agua y les pedí que lo arreglaran y no lo hicieron también les pedí que me cambiaran de apartamento y no lo hicieron.

- pmkaverin (3/5): Terrible servicio, malos olores, cucarachas. Ubicacion y apartamento esta bien si limpiarlo. - Ubicacion esta bien Olor de ambientador esta tan fuerte que no pudo dormir. Mis cosas ahora huele con este fragrancia quimica. Es terrible. Parece que estan aplicando ensima de la ropa de cama tambien. Con la ventana abierta copletamente es deficil respirar. Hay cucarachas en la cocina y bano. Servicio de Alvares Alugueles es muy mal. Todo que vende este empresa es servicio y no hay servicio. No me contactaron con anticipacion para enviar el link de pago. Tuvo que estar en cafeteria para hacer todo este, tuvo que esperar el codigo. Los instrucciones no fueron claros de como ingresar. El codigo de internet enviado fue errado. Respondiendo lento. Solo en la maniana recibi el codigo de internet correcto. Imagino limpieza esta organizada tambien por esta empresa. El dueno debe saber que esta pasando con imagen de su apartamento.

- Maximiliano Canga (10/5): La mejor ubicacion - la habitación/apartmento es muy comodo y esta ubicado en el mejor lugar de Buenos Aires a mi gusto. El barrio es ideal para salir a caminar y la plaza que tiene al frente del edificio es muy linda. Con cafeterías y restaurante muy buenos en los alrededores. Los puntos negativos son detalles que no influyen en mi elección.- En el baño había una pieza de porcelanato despegada y no había copas para vino.

O cofre estava com pilhas fracas e ficamos com receio de utilizá-lo. O ponto mais decepcionante foi o banheiro. O box estava com vazamento e a cada banho que tomávamos, tínhamos que secar o banheiro todo. O chão ficava tão molhado, que tínhamos que torcer o pano. E em um dos dias da estadia, a água estava suja, ou seja, tivemos que tomar banho e escovar os dentes com aquela água. Este caso, considero que foi pontual (talvez a caixa de água estivesse esvaziado ou a água da rua entrou suja).

La ducha (no sé cuál es el motivo) pero pierde por la mampara y empapa todo el piso del baño. Eso nos molestaba bastante en la diaria.

Había alquilado una habitación para 3 personas y solo habia camas para dos

Portaria remota, mas com câmeras 24 horas ( segurança não é problema) Não é hotel. Tive dificuldades na solicitação de toalhas ( fui informada que trocam de 3 em 3 dias , período idêntico para a realização da limpeza da hospedagem). A piscina só funciona até as 19:30 hs. Não fui informada da disponibilidade de toalhas para a piscina.
- Karla (9/5): Piscina lo mejor para un verano en Baires - La comodidad de ingresar sin llave, lo bien aislado de ruidos y calor. Disponer de espacios comunes como la piscina y spa. Que en la cocina no hubiera lo mínimo para poder cocinar como sal y aceite. Faltó tener plancha.

La pileta, era pequeña y no tenía mucha profundidad, las reposeras están al nivel del piso, imposible de usar para personas q tienen problemas en las rodillas o una persona mayor. El jacuzzi no estaba bien mantenido, había una madera suelta y estaba sucio. El desayuno es seco, había dos sobres de té y café para preparar, junto a dos sobres de crema.... La tele es pequeña y antigua.

- Marius (2/5): Check in went wrong, dirty flat - DONT BOOK! - The location was great. Recoleta is a lovely part of BA to stay in. The floors were dusty and unswept, there were hairs in the shower, sink and toilet when we arrived- I don’t think it was cleaned. There was a very long delay to check in when we arrived. We had a very late night flight and arrived at 3am the next morning, we purposely booked the flat the night before so that we could just get in and sleep but no one sent us a code for ages. We were so tired and annoyed! From the other reviews it looks like other people have had the same experience. The woman on security was so unhelpful too. The description states that the kitchen is equipped for cooking- it is not. There was barely anything in the cupboards, everything that was there was dusty. Only one wine glass when we bought a bottle to enjoy on the terrace. There were just so many annoying things that went wrong and it wasn’t cleaned. They need to fix their check in process. Save yourself some stress and book a different flat!
