Guest Reviews
- Johnny (8/5): Whistler condo - Our hot tub was filthy, but they were quick to service it and was immaculate after cleaned. Everything else was great. Excellent location
- Kayaker (6/5): - Location was great but 3 bedrooms turned out to be 2 bedrooms and a tiny loft. A truck was parked into our parking place so had to track down the owner to move it. My credit card was compromised when I proved it for a security deposit No smoking policy did not exclude neighbours from smoking marijuana till 3:30am on the deck right up against ours so had to keep all doors and windows closed due to noise and smoke
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Nice property, clean, quiet, close to Lost lake walking distance to the villa
- JG (2/5): - The condo at Ravencrest was dirty... not to mention it was a few miles away from downtown Whistler village, which is different from what it stated on the Expedia ad... we found a used chip bag in one of the chairs, as well as dirt all over the floor.
- Kevin (4/5): Lower your expectations - Place was run down. and very poor management communication. Bedspread was ripped, service people where deployed and showed up days late. Place was dated and run down. I would consider it a low end 3 star place. Feel like I way over paid.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Require improvements in housekeeping - The Villas Snowberry is a nice place. However, it requires better houskeeping. When we check in, we found the bedding was dirty: pillowcases, bed sheet had stain (even blood stain). We tried to wash pillowcases with insuite laundry but we found dry didn't function well, no heat to dry. It took 3/4 cycles to make it dry. Wasting our time! We told the office next day and they sent staff to replace bedding. But it was already a bad experience last night. We were worrying that we may catch diseases with hygiene issue in bedding.
- Azita (10/5): - quite and still close to village, we had a great family time.
- Mary Ellen (10/5): Nice stay, difficult entry - The condo was comfortable, clean and perfect for our stay. The only problem was getting in to the condo. After a long day of travel, it was too difficult to get the key. It should be made easier. Other than that, the condo is in a great location and was perfect for our needs.
- Christopher (8/5): #50 Sunpath at Stoney Creek - We rented #50 - Sunpath at Stoney Creek with another couple. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths were fine for the four of us, and location was great - minutes to Village, but away from the noise. Kitchen, living & dining area roomy enough. Unit was a bit dated, with a few repairs needed: door to 1st bdroom had no latch and could not be properly closed; screen did not fit window, just lay against the frame; frying pan warped, not good for cooking eggs.
Booking is more work than Airbnb who email entry code, directions, etc. once you've paid. Signature Condos require an online signature - two actually. We failed to see both Rental Agreements on our cell phone screen, and had to redo them on the laptop before we rec'd directions and entry code.
We also had to pay the dreaded Resort Fee of 7% which we all resent.
- Bruce B. (6/5): Nice - as advertised - The condo was nice, clean, convenient. The view, the bedrooms, the furniture, all very comfortable. We had a problem with the fact that there was only one key for a condo that sleeps 8. This made it VERY difficult to come and go. Fortunately we were only there for a long weekend, but when you need the key two or three times to even enter or exit the building (at the entrance door, at the elevator, at the hot tub, even to get to the garbage), it almost required a major planning session to coordinate your entry, or waiting at the coffee shop for the person with the key to come back.
Also, the hot tub is only a six man size which made for a very cozy experience when eight people from one condo want to get in at one time, and you do that because there is only one key to get back into the building. At one time, we counted 14 people in the hot tub.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Lovely, spacious, comfortable, convenient - Super, comfortable and well equipped apartment with secure underground parking space, located just a 5 minute trip on the shuttle bus (every 15 mins) from the main ski lifts. Recommended.
- Mister T (8/5): Good condo near the hill - The place was great. The living area is not that big but we weren’t spending too much time at the unit. The only complaint I have is that it would have been nice if the dishwasher was empty when we arrived. I also found the parking instructions needed to be clearer. The instructions said obey all signs and the signs say you need a parking pass, however after several phone calls to get a pass I was told I don’t need one. Issues like that are a waste of time to deal with and could be fixed with clearer instructions.
- Victor M. (10/5): Good spacing! - The rooms are big!
Its right next to a shuttle stop.
- Gerardo A. (6/5): Cozy and conveniently located. - Didn’t enjoy the last minute resort fee but the property and location was worth it. Beds aren’t the most comfortable but for the time we were there it’s fine. Thank you for having us. No hot tub in this village.
- Jirgal A. (10/5): Love the place! - Perfect for family get always
- Verified traveler (10/5): Lots of space - Large, roomy
- Ethan (6/5): Nice location room ok, terrible access in and out. - We loved the location, room was ok, dryer and fireplace were broken but fixed after we called it in. Hot tub and pool are not good locationaly as well as not great in general.
- Dr. N (8/5): Very convenient - Good for family!
Very quiet day and night
Everything is closer
I want to go back again
Just underground parking space is tight for
large vehicles.
- Verified traveler (10/5): great stay - we had a blast, the hot tub was great and a very clean suite. just wish the windows had curtains, it was sooo bright!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The accomodation was as described. Great location close to the village! Really comfortable and good quality facilities. I'd definitely stay here again!
