Danielle was helpful and helped us with renting a car, gave us advice on places to visit and where to go for a good meal. There are even 2 supermarkets and a train stop within walking distance

The atmosphere is peaceful, cozy, and surrounded by beauty, making the stay genuinely special. We loved everything — every detail is thoughtfully designed with care. A special mention goes to the host, who is incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. We would be more than happy to come back again!

• Sorin (10/5): - O vilă la malul mării, aproape de gară, parcare proprie. Proprietarul Daniele este drăguț și de ajutor. Nefiind sezon, plaja arată rău, multe mizerii. Probabil, în plin sezon este gălăgie mare, căsuțele sunt lipite unele de altele.
• Mark (8/5): We had a lovely week despite the cold weather. - Responsive and friendly service (Daniele), wonderful location near the beach, supermarkets and the train station (by train to Palermo much less stressful than by car). Nice seating areas outside the house, car parking space, locked gate. It was a cold and damp week so it was very draughty in the room upstairs (no door). But there were extra blankets.

Cela permettait de se réveiller et partir tout de suite sur la plage avec les enfants! L'accueil possibilité d'avoir un extérieur était agréable. Probablement l'absence de porte pour la deuxième chambre. Pas trop de barrière physique pour les enfants :)

Ensuite il fau - L’espace, la salle de bains extérieure un délice avec des températures clémentes Un petit manque d’espace commun à l’intérieur mais l’extérieur est immense et le fait de rentrer par une chambre cela empêche quelqu’un de sortir sans réveiller celui de la chambre

• Aude (9/5): Un lieu idéal pour découvrir la Sicile en famille en toute autonomie ! - Un logement spatieux, un accueil très agréable, une localisation pas très loin de Cefalù qui est une ville magnifique. Très bien pour les familles avec un grand espace extérieur fermé. Quelques accessoires supplémentaires : bouilloire électrique, machine à café (tous le monde ne sait pas faire le café à l'italienne), éventuellement quelques jeux pour les enfants seraient bienvenus mais on a pu se débrouiller sans !
• Christian (9/5): Wir verbrachten tolle und unvergessliche Familienferien, vielen Dank Daniele! - Daniele ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Er hat uns rechtzeitig kontaktiert, übergab uns persönlich den Schlüssel und informierte uns über alles Wesentliche. Darüber hinaus gab er uns Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt (Restaurants, Ausflüge). Die Unterkunft liegt in Gehdistanz zum Meer, ruhig in einem Ferienhausquartier. Zweistöckig und sauber mit allen notwendigen Einrichtungen. Kein Luxus, jedoch mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Betten sind eher weich. Tendenziell ringhörig, insbesondere wenn man als Familie mit Kindern unterwegs ist.

• G. (9/5): - Het huis is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien, het was heel schoon en voor ons vieren perfect. De grote buitenruimte was echt heel fijn en je kunt de zee zien en horen. Het strand ligt slechts op een steenworp afstand. De privéparkeerplaats is ook zeker een pluspunt. Het station is heel dichtbij, perfect voor een bezoek aan Palermo en Cefalù. De gastheer is echt geweldig. De ontvangst was hartelijk en hij gaf ons enorm veel tips voor uitstapjes en restaurants. Hij reageerde super snel. Het huis is wat gehorig. Wij waren vrij laat in het seizoen, waardoor we niet de hele periode buren hadden.

• Csilla (8/5): - A ház, a kert, a teraszok, a tenger közelsége. A konyhai felszereltség korrekt volt. Az egész ház tiszta volt. A leírás nem tartalmazza, hogy a 3 szobából 2 szoba alagsorban található, illetve azt sem, hogy csak a konyhában van légkondicionáló, illetve 2 fürdőszobából az egyik kinti helyiség. A szállás adó 3 apartmannal rendelkezik, de nincsenek külön apartmanra szedve a képek, így nem tudni melyiket foglaljuk... Ez csak az érkezésnél derül ki.. Hiányzott a szelektív kukákból a zsák. Az ágymatrac, nem volt rossz, csak mivel nagyon puha volt a dupla ágyon rendkívül érezhető volt a másik minden fordulása.
• Vitalii (10/5): - Ідеальне відношення ціна-якісиь. Однозначно рекомендую. Дуже тихе місто для відпочинку. В будинку є все необхідне. Дуже добре розташування, до пляжу 50 метрів. 20 хвилин на автомобілі до Чефалу та приблизно 50 хвилин до Палерм. Дві з трьох кімнат знаходяться в підвальному приміщенні та не мають вікон, для декого це може бути проблемою, але завдяки цьому там завжди прохолодно. Господар дуже привітний та завжди готовий допомогти. Все було просто чудово. Дякуємо Даніель.

• GIORGIA (9/5): Consigliato! - Casa assolutamente funzionale in tutto. Spazi esterni veramente comodi e accoglienti. Cucina fornita di moltissimi utensili e stoviglie varie. Di certo questo non l ho mai riscontrato in questo modo in altre case. Lavatrice nuova Assenza di zanzariere quindi eravamo privi di aprire anche un solo spiraglio perché le zanzare sono veramente tantissime. E questo è stato brutto soprattutto quando si doveva cucinare. La spiaggia ahimè non è adatto ai bimbi perché piena di pietre. Ma a 10 minuti c è Cefalù che è bellissima e soprattutto con la sabbia!

• Viktória (10/5): 100% recommend - It is a well equipped super cosy apartment which is located very close to the beach. For a family vacation it is more than perfect. The area is very quiet. The host was super helpful and responsive.
• Jill (8/5): Daniele the host went out of his way to make our stay perfect, gave us some amazing information on places to visit and w - The property was in a perfect location with views to the beach and also in a great location to be able to visit Sicilys many wonderful tourist attractions. (also only a five minute walk to the station and a ten minute walk to a very good supermarket where you could buy everything you needed). Everything was provided for in the villa which you would require for self catering and also an excellent restaurant ten minutes walk away along the beach called Lido delle Palme which served amazing food and drinks at a very reasonable price and the staff were friendly. Nothing everything was good.

The owner Daniele is helpful, nice and friendly. The facility is very clean, equipped with everything you need. I recommend it to everyone who likes to divide their rest between relaxing peace and intensive sightseeing. I had a rented car but I also used the nearby train. I recommend Adam

• Michael (8/5): A great place especially when it is sunny - The outdoor space is wonderful with plenty of chairs and sun lounging areas. Unfortunately, it was raining when we were there so we didn’t have the chance to enjoy the beautiful outdoor space too much. We did, however, take advantage of the hot water outdoor shower, which was relaxing and private from neighbor views. Daniele is a super nice guy, helpful, and very accommodating. Although we were only two people, there is ample space for many more as there are two bedrooms downstairs as well as the one upstairs. The location is 2 minutes from a long stretch of clean beach. Parking is within a gate, easy and safe. To reach the old town of Cefalu it takes about 20 minutes by car. Kitchen had plenty of utensils, dishware, and pots/pans. A bottle of drinkable water was provided (but you will need more from the store). This property would be enhanced even more with a comfortable couch, having some basic kitchen amenities provided like salt, pepper, oil, and paper towels or napkins, as well as having some shower soap provided. Maybe having mattress topper(s) for guests who prefer a softer bed would be a nice upgrade as well. The outdoor space and location to the beach are definitely the fantastic features of this place, along with a wonderful host.

• Msim1 (10/5): comfortable holiday - Very comfortable, really very spacious, clean and well equiped apartament. Communication with host was perfect, was helpfull (he came to fix problem with WiFi, gave us recommedations what to visit, where to go to buy fresh fish, etc.). Outside toilet and bath is very good when returning from beach. The beach is very near. Air conditioning is in the kitchen and with the help of fan the air can flow to other rooms. One bedroom is on the ground floor, the other bedrooms are in the basement, which has less daylight, but it is good in hot temperatures there. Villa has another one apartement, but architecture ensures privacy also from other villas. It is in enclosed area with closed gates and a space for parking the car. -

• Oleksiy (10/5): A large and comfortable villa equipped with everything one would need for a family vacation - A comfortable villa equipped with everything one would need, one kitchen / dining room, 3 large bedrooms, large terrace, quiet area in a beautiful environment. A nice beach is in 2 minutes of walking. The landlord met us, even though we arrived late in the evening, showed everything around. We enjoyed our staying, would be glad to visit this place again.
• Charlo (9/5): Superb - Fantastic location! Just 15 minutes away from Cefalu, property is just a 100 meters away from a beautiful beach and a few minutes away by car from a small village with all amenities. Its equipped with a bbq area and surrounded with private terraces ideal for entertainment or simply to enjoy some relaxation time. Kitchen was also fully equipped and all bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Private Parking is available right near the property.
• Jedrzej (10/5): A nice family house with a big terrace and a private backyard, just by the sea - Great location, close to the train station, close to the sea. Not too far from bigger supermarkets and some restaurants It is a calm neighborhood (at least in April), and a beautiful Sicilian seaside scenery with the mountains in background. The house well equipped and clean It has a bice big shaded terrace by the kitchen, Small shaded terrace in front of the house, and a great backyard for sun bathing with a family sized barbecue place The water from the tap is not drinkable, has to be boiled before drinking, or you have to keep some extra water bottles. The internet is sometimes slightly unstable (occasional delays during video calls) Minor things, it is a realy great place!

Extremely clean, very family friendly, excellent communication and service from the host. Many great restaurants nearby. Shopping is difficult if you don’t have a car.

Host was really pleasant and helpful - 5 stars for that! Beds etc comfortable, lot of alternative seating areas outside to catch the sun or shade. would definitely recommend. Missed a comfortable sofa or chairs but not a big problem.
• Svatava (8/5): Very good - Spacious holiday home with two terraces, the advantage is an outdoor shower. Close to the beach. In a quiet street. Small hot water boiler not suitable for four people. (We were here in April when it was very cold). Dishwashing detergent was missing from the kitchen. If there are noisy neighbors, it could be a problem.
