• Tracy (10/5): A little piece of paradise - Firstly the owner and staff were brilliant, welcoming, friendly, attentive and helpful when we needed medication or local advice. Secondly the resort is beautiful, the pictures do not lie, the rooms are comfortable, cleaned every day and the full size fridge restocked each day. You have 24 access to a complementary coffee and tea station and the breakfast was very generous and beautifully cooked every day. The gardens are stunning, surrounding the bungalows and the pool,, feeling like an oasis. The pool is cleaned every day and very inviting. The resort is perfectly located, just a few minutes from the beach where we swam with turtles every day!!! Here you will find small shops, bike rentals and numerous restaurants. It's about a 5 minute walk to the busier part of town, so you have the benefit of peace and quiet but more excitement if you fancy it. I honestly can't recommend it highly enough. If i come back to this part of the world then this the exact spot you will find me. Thank you to our host and his fabulous staff for such a great stay. The resort was faultless

Hotel je navíc nově zrekonstruovaný – všude naprosto čisto, žádný hluk a výborné zázemí. Dlouhý bazén je ideální na relax a pokoj měl vše, co jsme potřebovali, včetně plně vybaveného minibaru. Velkým plusem byl také opravdu široký výběr ze snídaňového menu. Skvělá zkušenost, rozhodně doporučuji!

• Gianfranco (9/5): Perfetto - Posizione molto buona in zona tranquilla, l'isola è stupenda tanto è che da 2 giorni prenotati sono diventati 7!! La stanza è carina Servirebbe più varietà nella colazione. Ti viene chiesto un extra se paghi con carta invece che con contanti.

• Marianne (9/5): Great location just down a little road leading to sunset beach - The location is supurb close enough to all restaurants and sunset beach.You can hire pushbikes from the property.Its in a sidelana away from the main street therefore away from most noise especially the music and mosque.We liked the pool area.Its about a 15 min walk from the harbour and about a 20 min walk from sunset beach.Tasteful breakfast the usual things like omelette and pancakes.Outside lounge on the balcony very pleasant with the breeze coming through.All rooms facing the pool.Staff very friendly.Try the restaurant down the road called Joli you wont be disappointed.Bookings advised. The room is small and quite dark.Mattress too hard for me with hard pillows.The room is overpriced.The watertemp of the shower lovely and an outside bathroom which we like
• Елена316 (7/5): - Небольшой отель в пяти минутах ходьбы от самой лучшей Turtle point. Т.к. отель не новый, в номерах всё старое, но плесени нет, достаточно чисто. Персонал очень приветливый и отзывчивый, сотрудникм откликались на все просьбы. Можно взять complimentary чай/кофе в течение всего дня. В отеле нет молодежи, достаточно тихо, не слышно дискотек с главной улицы. Есть смежные номера с дверью между ними. Нам достался именно такой номер. Слышимость ужасная. Слышно каждое слово соседа, как он храпел всю ночь. При бронировании уточняйте, я не знала этого ньюанса.

Having a nice clean room with plenty of space and the pool 3m from the door was perfect! Breakfast was served within 3 min of sitting down!! Fantastic service! Absolutely highly recommended!! We couldn't stay longer....had to go home.
• Shane (10/5): EXCELLENT - Gilli Palms hotel was excellent - for all of our stay. Lovely rooms facing onto pool nice and quite very relaxing. Bike rental and laundry facilities provided by the staff which was great - both very cheap. Room cleaned and fresh towels given anytime asked for. Breakfast every morning was lovely - fresh fruit/ eggs etc. Will definitely stay here again.

The room was perfectly good, clean and comfortable, and the indoor/outdoor bathroom was excellent. The staff were great - friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and a very nice, well maintained pool.

• Robert (8/5): A lovely little hotel - In quiet lane just off of the beach road, so only a short stroll to snorkel with turtles and the great little beach bars. And 10-15 minutes to the busy area for restaurants etc in the evening. Friendly staff, good breakfast and laundry. Good value... when the price is right. Would definitely go back and recommend to friends. Sometimes the water didn't work for the toilet system, but these things happen on an island.

• Emilie (9/5): Agréable séjour à Gili trawanga - Nous avons apprécié : - l’emplacement de l’hôtel : au calme, tout en étant à proximité de la plage, restaurants et commerces, - la gentillesse de tout le personnel que se soit à l’accueil, au service ou l’équipe d’entretien, - la propreté des lieux et de la piscine ( nettoyage des chambres tous les jours, lits faits tous les jours, entretien régulier des extérieurs) Les chambres sont confortables, présence d’un petit frigo dans chaque chambre avec quelques boissons et gourmandises (les prix sont moins élevés qu’au supermarché!), d’une table, tv, ceinture, serviette pour la piscine, Clim, ventilateurs à l’extérieur … Vous avez la possibilité d’avoir un petit déjeuner sucré ou salé avec des jus de fruits frais. Thé et café à disposition à toute heure !

• L'étoile Du Sud (10/5): - Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans ce petit Havre de paix sur une île magique... Cela nous a permis de nous détendre et de nous relaxer au calme, hôtel bien entretenu et personnel toujours à l'écoute. Chambre confortable nous avons bien très bien dormi. Une île sans voiture... Affaire à pied, en vélo ou en scooter électrique... Les calèches sont un plus pour le dépaysement ! Nous recommandons vraiment cet hôtel avec un esprit de famille qui faut du bien. Plus de choix pour le petit déjeuner et peut être les oreillers... Sinon tout était parfait.

Per il tipo di clientela dell'isola va bene ma se cercate qualcosa di più evitate...le camere sono spaziose..forse un tantino umide.

• Celeste (10/5): Top hotel! - De locatie is top! Het ligt op loopafstand van het drukke centrum, maar aan het einde en in een rustige straat, waardoor je geen last hebt van de drukte. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon en hebben een minibar, waar je tegen betaling iets uit kan halen. Het zwembad is fijn. Ontbijt is prima, veel verschillende keuzes. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en helpt graag bij het organiseren van tripjes, transport of fietsen. Wij zouden zeker terugkomen! Ze zijn op dit moment de ingang aan het verbouwen, maar daar heb je echt geen last van. De eigenaar denkt dat het over 2 weken klaar is, maar nogmaals, hier heb je geen overlast van. Wij hadden een snorkeltour bij het hotel geregeld. De snorkeltour werd uiteindelijk uitgevoerd door blue star. Wij vonden dit echt tegen vallen. De stops zijn superdruk en tijdens het lunchmoment moet je van de gidsen naar een bepaald restaurant om 'als groep samen te blijven', terwijl er veel leukere restaurantjes zijn waar je dus niet heen mag. Ik weet natuurlijk niet of dit bij elke snorkeltour zo is en het hotel zelf kan hier niks aan doen, maar houd hier wel rekening mee als je een snorkeltour via het hotel wil regelen.

• Santiago Nicolás (8/5): Recomendable - Habitación limpia y amplia con baño estilo balines (semicerrado). Cuenta con una agradable piscina, el personal es muy amable y el desayuno correcto con varias opciones. Ubicado a pasitos de la playa a unos 10/15 minutos del puerto y mercado nocturno (que es la zona más movida de Gili T.). Puedes llegar tranquilamente caminando con tu equipaje desde el puerto sin necesidad de rentar un cidomo.

• Uta (8/5): Ruhiger Rückzugsort auf Gili Trawang - Die Unterkunft ist ruhig, Nähe Turtelbeach, gelegen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war sauber, hatte eine AC und Kühlschrank. Erwähnenswert ist, dass die Getränke und Snacks in der Minibar keinen besonderen Aufschlag haben, so dass man gut versorgt war. Täglich wurde die Minibar aufgefüllt. Das Zimmer wird gereinigt. Die Anlage mit Pool ist schön angelegt und wird gepflegt. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend. Man kann täglich auswählen, was man möchte. Es war alles in Ordnung.

• Andrea (8/5): Buen lugar, tranquilo y perfecto para pasar tardes y noches relajadas - El lugar tiene buena piscina, es tranquilo y las habitaciones tienen terraza con un sofá tipo cama con ventilador,así q te puedes recostar ahí y relajarte. Habitación amplia, limpia, cama amplia y cómoda. El baño, pues tiene una abertura en el techo, es abierto y como el clima es cálido, entran bichos, un día en mi caso una cucaracha y otro día una araña pequeña. Sin embargo, debo decir que el baño es limpio. Solo que al ser abierto y con un clima húmedo y caluroso, es apto para que pasen bichitos.

• GemaPa (8/5): Calidad precio genial. Perfecto para desconectar - El sitio calidad precio estaba muy bien. La habitación era grande y tenía mini bar, que viene genial para enfriar las cosas. El aseo estaba bastante bien. La piscina del hotel estaba genial, con bastante sombra y tombonas, así como mesas. Además el hotel no está lejos de la zona de fiesta, pero con el beneficio de desde el hotel no se escucha nada de ruido El personal del hotel es muy simpático y te ayuda en todo lo que puede. El desayuno está bastante bien, puedes elegir entre las 7 opciones que tienen de comida y luego bebida. Tal vez que aunque la habitación se venía limpia, debajo de la cama estaba bastante sucio. Metí una mochila para guardarla debajo de la cama, sin darme cuenta de que estaba sucio la puse encima de la cama y acabo todo bastante sucio. Otra pega que le pondría es que la habitación que cogí tenía cama extra grande, estaba formada por dos colchones unidos entre si, como en la mayoría de los hoteles cuando coges esya opción, el problema es que un colchón era un poco más alto que el otro y se nota el salto. Por lo demás el hotel está genial
