- Verified traveler (6/5): 빌라동 30평 솔직후기 - 가족이 모여서 함께 지내기엔 공간이 넓어서 좋았어요~산꼭대기^^라 한적하고 조용해서 쉬는공간으로는 딱좋아요 시설이 오래되다보니 내부가 보기 좀 불편하고(문틀 시트지? 다 일어나있고 거실창 고장처럼 삐거덕💦) 특히 청소는 많이 부족했답니다.(곳곳에 과자, 창틀 벌레, 먼지가득, 화장실변기뒤 곰팡이 가득ᆢ) 퇴실하면서 보니 프런트 로비1층 화장실 변기가 막혀있었어요~ 전체적으로 원활하게 관리가 되는것같지는 않아서 아쉽네요ᆢ

- Verified traveler (4/5): 청결상태 최악인 숙소 - 지금까지 방문했던 숙소 중 가장 지저분하고 더러웠습니다. 침대시트 및 이불 얼룩 심하고 꿉꿉한 냄새납니다. 가장 최악은 욕실로 세면대 및 샤워부스 안에 물 때와 곰팡이가 심해서 사용을 하면서도 너무 찝찝했습니다.
- Nigel (6/5): - The hotel was advertised as providing access to Gyeongju, which it does if you don’t mind travelling 30mins each way. For that matter, it has few shops or restaurants near it at all. Even the hotel restaurant was closed the night we arrived. The flat itself was unexceptional, but it had no drinkable water (the staff, who were very polite, told us we needed to buy bottled water from the shop at the hotel). This was unacceptable to us and, given the inconvenient location, we cut our visit short.

- Jiseon (8/5): 하늘이 예쁜 숙소 - 리조트가 산꼭대기에 위치하여 하늘을 가까이보며 힐링되었습니다. 건물은 오래되었으나 청소상태좋고 숙소에 비치된 그릇도 깨끗하고 이불도 쾌적하고 벽지도 깨끗합니다. 그러나 외부는 관리가 잘 안된듯 하고 편의시설(마트 오락실 베이커리)이 열악합니다. 미리 시내에서 물부터 먹을것 준비를 다 해야하고 혹시라도 빠진게 있으면 30여분 꼬부랑 산길을 내려와야하는 불편함이 있습니다. 수영장은 어린 아가가 있는 가족들에게는 딱 맞습니다. 좀 큰 아이가 있는 집은 아이랑 놀 거리가 부족합니다.

- KEUNHO (4/5): 빌라 3동 좌변기 내 물 상태에 대해서... - 가족여행은 즐겨하는 편이고 마우나 리조트도 여러번 방문하였으나....빌라 3동은 처음 묵어보는 곳이였습니다. 늘 이용하는 곳이라 큰 이슈가 없었는데 이번 3동은 좌변기 내 물 상태가 별로였습니다. 꼭 용변보고 내리지 않은 것처럼말이죠... 초기 카운터에서 리조트내 물 관리 시스템에 대한 얘기만 있엇어도 감안하고 이용하였을 텐데 너무 놀라 후기에 몇자 적어봅니다. 다음에는 카운터에서 미리 공지를 주셨으면 합니다.

- YK (10/5): - 유일한 단점은 주요 관광지나 편의시설로부터 멀리 떨어져 있다는 점. 그 외에는 시설의 경관도 아름다웠고, 산과 바다가 어우러지는 경치도 수려하였으며, 내/외부 청결상태도 잘 유지되어 있고, 주차공간도 넉넉하며, 결정적으로 평수 대비 가격이 상당히 저렴하였음. 콘도이므로 호텔과는 달리 수건 외에 별도의 어메니티가 제공되지 않는 점은 참고할 것.
