- Winston (1/5): Really donโt know how the hotel got the good ratings on both Booking.com and also Google Maps. - The location was quite close to the conference that I was attending. Staff were nice. 1) Dirty - floor, toilet, bedsheets, etc. 2) Noisy - can hear the traffic so clearly and had to sleep with ear plugs 3) Breakfast - same food everyday and low quality, e.g. salad was stale 4) Housekeeping - never really cleaned; very sloppy. 5) Pricing cannot be trusted at all - first time I booked, the price was TWICE of what I paid the second time I booked. I cancelled the first booking and rebooked at HALF the earlier price.
