• Błażej (10/5): - Świetne miejsce jako baza wypadowa w samej Weronie oraz na inne miejsca jak np. Jezioro Garda. Spędziliśmy w tym miejscu cały tydzien i na pewno z chęcią wrócimy. Do centrum starego miasta 15 minut spokojnym spacerem. Do wyjazdu na główną drogę łączącą inne regiony również 10 minut samochodem. Dodatkowo sklepy jak np. lidl 5 minut pieszo. Sam apartament - mieliśmy ten z własną kuchnią, przestronny, czysty i zadbany. Wszystkie potrzebne udogodnienia na miejscu a jeśli coś było potrzebne właściciele dosłownie w przeciągu kilku minut dostarczali to o co prosiliśmy i zawsze służyli wsparciem. Pomimo tego, że kamienica znajduje się na rogu ulicy to jest bardzo dobrze wyciszona, zwłaszcza okna. Nie było słychać zgiełku miasta oraz przejeżdżających aut. Jak wspomniałem na wyróżnienie zasługują właściciele, którzy dbają o pobyt gości w każdym aspekcie i służą pomocą przed przyjazdem oraz w trakcie pobytu. Chętnie dzielą się też różnymi wskazówkami np odnośnie podróży. Śniadania również na plus! Wszystko czego potrzeba we Włoskim stylu. Porcje solidne i bardzo smaczne. Dodatkowo każdego dnia coś innego. Bardzo polecamy to miejsce.

Nos encantó la decoración tipo vintage, con muy buen gusto.El apartamento muy espacioso, no le falta nada, la cocina bien equipada y todo un detalle que te dejan en el frigorífico leche, agua, mantequilla, zumos y yogures, además de café y té. El desayuno muy completo, te lo dejan en la puerta en una cestita de mimbre, todo un detalle. Si quieres no hace falta coger bus, en un paseo de 20/ 30 minutos llegas andado a lo más céntrico. Sin duda no perdería de visitar la Capilla San Zenón que está a 5 minutos andado.

Doručak je izvrstan - obilan, raznovrstan i ukusan. U frižideru su nas dočekali voda,sokovi, jogurti...Toplo preporučujem ovaj smještaj i ove divne domaćine.

• Margaret (10/5): Excellent accommodation - We had a beautiful spacious apartment within walking distance of the old city. Roman was a wonderful, helpful host and made sure we were very comfortable. The fridge was amazingly well stocked with milk, fruit juice, butter, water and other goodies. There was a communal washing machine which was much appreciated. Overall, a great stay.

• Madleen S. (10/5): - Die Gastgeber Roman und Anna waren sehr nett, es war auch am Tag der Heimreise kein Problem, unsere Koffer noch im Haus abzustellen. Das Frühstück war super, abwechslungsreich und für Tagesausflüge auch theoretisch gut zum Mitnehmen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man läuft in ca. 20-25min in die Innenstadt und in 25min zum Hauptbahnhof. Wir kommen beim nächsten Verona-Aufenthalt gerne wieder! Die Matratze im Zustellbett/Sofa war etwas dünn und hart, aber das ist wirklich nur eine Kleinigkeit. 😊

• Fanni (10/5): Életünk egyik legjobb szállása, finom reggivel, vendégszerető, kedves, korrekt szállásadókkal. - Nagyon ízletes, változatos volt a reggeli. Kaptunk kávékapszulákat, teát is, ügyeltek az ételérzékenységekre is. A szállásadó minden üzenetre nagyon hamar válaszolt, könnyű volt a kommunikáció és nagyon kedves volt. A szállás buszhoz, óvároshoz magyon közel van. A felszereltsége is kiváló, egyik legjobb szállásunk volt, szívből ajánljuk!

• Venturoli (9/5): Piacevole sorpresa a Verona - Appartamento molto ben curato e ben organizzato/arredato. Silenzioso, dotato di tutti i confort, e in buona posizione. Ottimo il cestino con la colazione Dolce+Salata+Frutta. Roman il gestore è molto gentile. L'appartamento era al secondo piano senza ascensore e forese per qualcuno con bagagli ingombranti potrebbe essere un problema. Materasso della camera matrimoniale forse un po' troppo morbido... ma non scomodo.

• Barylova (10/5): - We would like to thank you for an absolutely perfect stay. The apartment (specifically No. 8) is truly charming, with a fully equipped kitchen, slippers, a hairdryer, a beautiful and spacious bedroom, and a lovely balcony. The bedroom is located in a very quiet and peaceful part of the building, which ensured a calm and restful stay. The bus to Garda stops directly in front of the accommodation, and the city centre is easily accessible either by bus or by a pleasant walk. The house itself is beautifully decorated; we were lucky to stay during the Christmas season and enjoyed a wonderful Christmas tree in the entrance hall. The food was excellent – coffee, tea, juice – everything was provided and nothing was missing. If we return to Verona, we will definitely choose this accommodation again.

GA greatbreakfast was brought each morning to our door, the filling of the fridge included yoghurts, juices, milk, butter and cream for coffee, also, coffee and a great selection of tea and a fully equipped kitchen was at our disposal. The owners live in the same building, so they are always there to help. The apartment is spacious and is enough for a family of 3. The apartment was beautifully decorated, spacious and spotlessly clean and had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. • Andreea Beatrice (10/5): Very nice option for a visit to Verona - Very nice and spacious apartment, there is a 15-20 minutes nice walk to the city center. I was surprised by the fact we received slippers, this is something that usually is provided in hotels (and sometimes not even there). We liked everything, the apartment provides all the necessary amenities.
• Chik (9/5): - 1. Roman was absolutely incredible. Friendly, helpful, and polite. He and his wife responded quickly to questions. He can organise transport from and to airport. 2. Location. My wife and I loved it. 10 minutes to a lovely piazza (square) with many restaurants and cafes. The Basilica there is amazing. Another 10 minutes to Verona itself but a little further to the main Arena. 3. Apartment is clean, comfortable, and spacious. There's a communal outdoor area. Some people may find it a bit noisy as it's near a main intersection. However, it's quiet at night. 4. Verona is beautiful! Take your time and enjoy it. 5. Breakfast is provided in baskets to your door. Varied and enough for a snack at lunchtime! All in all, I would recommend it. You'll love staying there. You'll like Roman! He's wonderful. He can also speak 5 to 6 languages! Walking 20 to 30 minutes into the main town area was not a problem for us, as there's plenty of sights along the route. This includes a riverside walk. But you need to ring for a taxi if you need one. That can be problematical. Unless you get Roman to help.

• Dorothy (10/5): Perfect apartment - Beautiful large apartment,very clean, comfortable bed, breakfast basket delivered each morning to the apartment, had more food than we could eat, different selection each day. Roman is a lovely host, Area was lovely 5-10 mins walk to San Zeno where we found some lovely restaurants. 20 minutes walk to the old town, 25 minutes to Porto Nuovo train station. Apartment is on a busy road junction but once windows are closed you don't hear the traffic. Lovely terrace area to enjoy a glass of wine Nothing to dislike

The terrace is cozy, a garden offering shade in daylight and beautiful lit in night. Host was helpful. We spent just a night travelling home but I would come back for a longer stay.

Sisse minnes, oli kohe tunda, et meid on sinna oodatud. Tõeliselt mõnus kogemus . Kohtusime hommikul ka omanikuga- väga tore ning abivalmis inimene. Pluss mega ilus suur terass oli ka. Hommikusöök oli ka väga piisav ning maitsev. Tõeline pärl Veronas :) P.s toidupilt on üks osa hommikusöögist, toitu oli muidugi rohkem aga need saiad olid imelised ning väärisid kohe pilti :)

The accommodations were lovely and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast basket in the morning was a feast ! We had plenty of food for both breakfast and lunch and it was incredibly delicious!!! I can’t say enough. Best hosts ever!!!! Great location as well. About a 20 min walk to the arena. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Roman and Anna for a wonderful stay in Verona!!! While it personally did not bother me at all, the location is on a busy intersection so there was traffic noise. I didn’t mind it. At bedtime it was quiet.

Every detail was thoughtfully designed, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The fully furnished kitchen, complete with a coffee machine and even a cappuccinator, allowed us to enjoy authentic Italian cappuccinos each morning—a small but wonderful touch. The apartment was impeccably clean, extremely comfortable, and truly spacious, making it feel like a real home in Italy, even for just a few days. Nestled in a charming old palazzo, the cozy terrace added to the authentic charm, providing a lovely space to relax. Love for the smallest details surprises you right from the entrance. All those antique items create a special ambiance and give the feeling of a typical Italian style. Very special, very authentic! The owners were exceptionally kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. One of the most special touches was the breakfast basket left outside our door each morning. Thoughtfully prepared with love, it offered a delightful variety each day, making us feel truly cared for. We absolutely loved our time here and felt like we had found a home away from home in Verona. Highly recommended! For us, it wasn’t a problem, but some might find it a bit noisy due to street traffic, as the house is located at a crossroads. Bring earplugs just in case!

• Molly (10/5): Excellent stay and great value for money - The room was spacious, clean, well kitted out with everything we needed and just a lovely environment during our stay. We didn't make use of it due to the weather but there was even a balcony outside. The breakfast was delicious and such a nice touch! We loved our stay and would 100% stay here again or recommend it to anyone visiting Verona! If I had to choose one I'd say that the town centre was a little bit far away but it wasn't an issue at all as there is a bus stop right outside the block or it's about a 25 minute walk.

The breakfast was served in a picnic basket by the front door, containing some croissants, meats, cheeses, fruits, and there were yoghurts in the fridge as well. The host (Roman) also helped us understand how to use the washing machine so we could do our laundry. The oven didn't work, but Roman was also very quick to respond via message and even came to have a look at a late time of night, which was very appreciative. The shower pressure was good, but the handle for the head can use tightening up/replacing to stop the head from falling/moving around.

• M (9/5): Great host and location - Great host, excellent communication. Clean and comfortable. The house is set on a busy intersection, so you get a lot of traffic noise. On the other hand it makes it really convenient to get around the city.
• Abbey (10/5): Exceptional - We loved our time in the apartment! The host was super kind and easy to get a hold of. The apartment was clean, spacious and looked exactly like the photos. We found it so comfortable that we stayed an extra night! The highlight was the breakfast box delivered to our door in the morning. It was different every day and SO good. We got an assortment of pastries, fruit and sandwiches. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Verona. Thanks for everything!

• Flora (9/5): Beautiful place with lots of space and great vibe - The space, the bed, the little basket every morning with pastries and sandwiches, the beautiful decoration very old school very charming The building is at a crossover so it’s very very loud and you can’t open the windows even for one second. Even with the windows closed, you can hear the traffic. The location is convenient to go downtown but regarding the noise it’s not very soothing
• Aida (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was good, Roman is very kind and helpfull, breakfast is good. We sad that we don't eat something and breakfast was without that :) Big terrace is great, full of flowers. Location is good. Centar is about 20-30 minutes away and Gardaland 30 minutes same. We love it. Nothing :)
• Loulouda (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed in the beautiful balcony apartment and the experience was great! The property is sparkling clean , the staff very helpful that accommodated all our needs even going the extra mile in some things (like reserving restaurants, calling taxis for us). Their hospitality is exemplary!
• Petra (10/5): Beautiful apartments and terrific food and the service was great. - Beatifull apartments and good service.
• Louise (8/5): Great value, generous hosts. - Loved the breakfast and the care taken in providing that variety each day. Delivered to your door as well. What more could you ask for? Plenty of coffee pods and tea bags. In fact , the breakfast was so plentiful it was enough to be lunch as well. Great value. Premises were also very clean. Never actually met Anna or Roman but they responded quickly to any messages. Air conditioning in the bedroom was also much appreciated and needed. Air conditioning in the living room would have been a great help as the location makes it difficult to open the windows (we knew this when we booked). It was very close when we were there so another A/C unit would be a bonus. We didn't have a balcony room though. Kitchen chairs could do with being a little higher for the table.

• Gordon (10/5): We loved it - This is a very well equipped apartment and we loved it! Breakfast was left in a basket outside your door which was really nice as you could eat before you leave or, as the contents were well packed, could take it with you if you were off exploring early. Plenty restaurants close by but excellent facilities if you wanted to eat in. Hosts were extremely helpful and very easy to contact if required. When we're back in Verona, this will definitely be our place of choice to stay.
