Vi fikk rom der først, og måtte bytte , da det var så høy musikk at vi ikke kunne snakke sammen på terrassen. Fikk nytt rom dagen etter. Ville bedt om rom langt vekk fra basseng.

- Ornella (8/5): Magnifique hôtel et très bien située. - Très belle hôtel dommage d’être fin septembre et plus de bar ni à la piscine ni à la plage juste les restaurants.. pas de musique à la piscine et eau très froide la mer est meilleur que la Piscine… piscine sur le toit fermé bien dommage !!! La chambre toujours très propre et les femmes de ménage sont adorables. Le personnel de la réception ne savent pas s exprimer et ne comprennent absolument rien limite on dirait des débutants ! Aucune communication entre la réception et le restaurant et ainsi de suite !

- Rieder (3/5): Sehr schlechtes Hotel nicht 5 Sterne. Nicht zu empfehlen! - Vom personal sind alle ausser die Putzfachkraft unfreundlich. Das Hotel ist nicht 5 Sterbe wert. Achtung auf Booking sind Apartments und Zimmer als 5 Sterne ausgeschrieben. Laut Personal ist jedoch das Apartment nicht 5 Sterne. Also aus meiner Sicht ist es ein Spam. Im Gym war ALLES kaputt!!! Nicht zu empfehlen!!! Empfehlen eher Airbnbs in Albanien!

- Tetiana (10/5): Nice large hotels by the sea - A very nice hotel, surrounded by flowers and with an interesting design. Close to the beach. My child enjoyed the pool. We booked accommodation without breakfast, but we saw the restaurant, which looked very romantic. There are many pleasant restaurants near the hotel. It was difficult for us to find our room number, as the sign with the number was placed in such a way that it was not visible when passing by. Our first elevator card did not work, and we noticed that we were not the only ones in this situation and asked the staff or other guests for help, as it is difficult to leave the hotel without an elevator.

The cleaners were amazing 👏 The towel lady was so friendly and lovely and helpful. The resturants food was to a high standard Beach pizzas very good aswel The pool bar service could have been better but only the pool bar. The room was well presented and had all things we needed. But in some areas things needed fixing which let it down slightly. Indoor pool was closed which was disappointing .

Samej sarandy nie polecam. Jungla nie wrócę tam mimo że hotel przyjemny aczkolwiek drogi. Jak na Albanię i okolice za drogi. Brak ścierki i ciemnej bądź ręcznika. Brak płynu do naczyń sama końcówka na dnie. Jak poszliśmy zrobić zdjęcie na górze na basen bez krawędzi gdzie wiemy że jest bez dzieci -barman chyba specjalnie puścił bardzo Głosno muzykę byśmy wyszli mimo że nikogo tam nie było oprócz nas, bo kolejnej nocy nie było tego słychać. Plaża przyjemna polecam bo nie widać jej na zdjęciach

- Ana Lagareiro (9/5): Ótimo - Apartamento muito espaçoso e limpo. Ter 2 WC foi um extra ótimo, pois éramos 4 pessoas. Vista da varanda e de um dos quartos espetacular para a piscina e zonas exteriores do hotel, praia, mar e Corfu ao fundo. O hotel tem estacionamento subterrâneo com custo adicional (12€/dia), mas é realmente uma mais valia pois a rua é bastante movimentada, confusa e com poucas opções para estacionar. Como fomos com a opção de apartamento, não escolhemos ter pequeno almoço nem outras refeições. No entanto, além de existir essa possibilidade, existia também um restaurante do hotel junto à praia com muitas opções e ainda pizzaria com possibilidade de take away. Espreguiçadeiras da zona da praia gratuitas para os hóspedes. De forma geral ficámos bastante satisfeitos com o hotel, embora a estadia tenha sido curta pois a nossa viagem foi um percurso de carro pelo país, sendo que ficámos neste hotel apenas 2 noites. O único ponto mais negativo foi a piscina, que achámos um pouco pequena para a dimensão do hotel e quantidade de pessoas. Além disso, a zona das espreguiçadeiras estava um pouco suja ao final do dia, embora este fator seja mais culpa dos hóspedes...

- Eliyahu (7/5): סיוט!! - העיצוב של החנייה והמלון היו מאוד יפים הבריכה הייתה נחמדה היית חופשה מאוד מאוד מאכזבת!!! הסיפור החל בכך שבקבלה אמרו ל שאקבל חדר אחר (זה לא החדר שהזנתי) אנו זוג ושלולשה ילדים שהחדר שהקצו לנו היה מיועד ל-4 אך הם הסכימו להביא לנו מיסה נוספת (זה בכלל לא מה שציפינו שיהיה מבחינת חלל החדר והפרטיות אבל זרמנו)... ואז החל הסיוט: המקרר בדירה (מספר 107) לא עבד, אד שהגיע טכנאי קיבלנו את הבשורה כי כבר מאוחר ולכן רק למחרת יוכל להחליף לנו מקרר. משם המשכנו לכך שהייתה חסרה מגבת, מכיוון שאין טלפון בדירה הלכתי את המרחק הרב עד הקבלה שוב פעם ואמרו שישלחו לנו מגבות. הגיעה לאחר חצי שעה אישה שהתחילה להתווכח איתנו על המספר המגבות וזה היה לא נעים בכלל. רק לאחר שנתנה אלי את הנייד ודיברתי עם הקבלה נתנה לי מגבת (פשוט הזייה). משם המשכנו לפתיחה וסיגרה של דלת שהיית מאוד קשה. כמובן שזה הסתיים בעיקרה של הידית ואי אפשרות להכנס לחדר. אבל כדי להשלים את האירוע הבלתי נשכח לא היו מים חמים לאשתי ואז טענו שצריך לבדוק את הבויילר כי בהתחלה היו מים חמים אך שוב למרבה הפלא לא הצלחנו לעבור את המשוכה הזו. למחרת ירדנו לחוף (יותר מ-100 מדרגות) ואז התבשרנו כי אין מגבות ע"י נער החוף ושנגיע עוד חצי שעה. הגענו ושוב לא היו מגבות. אמרנו לו מתי יהיו אמר תגיעו עוד חצי שעה. כמובן שגם כאן לא היה מענה. אכזבה מאוד גדולה. הם לא ערוכים לזה נכון. גם הליכה במרחבי המלון היא לא נעימה. צריך מפתח למעלית (ולא נתנו עוד אחד וזה בעיה כי לא כולם רוצים להיות תמיד ביחד) וגם בין המעברים במלון צריך קוד בין הדלתות. לא נוח בכלל. הדבר היחיד שהיה נחמד היא הבריכה אבל המחיר הכולל מאוד מאוד יקר ולכן לא ממליץ להתקרב למלון הזה.

- Lily (9/5): - The whole hotel was super clean, our apartment was cleaned daily and the cleaner was so friendly every time we saw her. The private beach was very convenient and spent most of our time there as it was less busy compared to the pool area. We really liked the location, it was an easy enough walk to the main strip but meant that when we wanted to go back to the hotel, we could leave all the noise of the bars and restaurants and head back to our more quiet location. There was not enough vegetarian options offered at the restaurants, therefore we didn’t eat at the hotel restaurants

- Hille (4/5): - De tuinen rondom het hotel zijn prachtig. We hebben de manager gesproken en aangegeven wat volgens ons beter zou kunnen. Onder andere: Bedden in appartement Keuken in appartement Reiniging zwembad Het betaald parkeren Uiteindelijk heeft ze er alles aan gedaan om ons toch nog een goed verblijf te geven.
- Sabrina (10/5): Pricey but worth it - The swimming pool were really warm and the food at the restaurant was next level delicious, especially the seafood sushi ! I also had a Swedish massage that was really good. The breakfast is worth every penny. The parking was expensive with no real other options to park outside, so you are kinda forced to pay their fee. I didn't like the beach with lots of rocks as my feet can't stand it, I didn't have the special shoes.
- Janneke (4/5): Slecht, outdated, veel te duur. - De prive boottrip die we geboekt hadden vanuit het complex was goed. Goede bedden, schoon. Onvriendelijk personeel, vooral bij de receptie. Alles is ingezet op massa en kassa. Je moet overal voor betalen, en flink ook. Hospitality is ver te zoeken. Het complex is gedateerd. Ons huisje viel zowat uit elkaar. De keuken is geen keuken, daar kan je niks mee, weinig servies/pannen etc. De badkamer is vol schimmel en ruikt heel muf. De zwembaden zijn klein en overbevolkt. Het complex is een doolhof en de bewegwijzering is onverklaarbaar. Personeel wat rondloopt op t complex weet nergens iets van. Zo wist een medewerker beneden bij het strand niet eens waar het ontbijt geserveerd werd. Echt de vreemdste plek die we gezien hebben in heel Albanië.

- Terje (9/5): Fin leilighet med super utsikt! - Kjempefin leilighet med super utsikt. Verten er meget tilgjengelig og hjelpsom. Fin beliggenhet med kort avstand til basseng og strand, gate med yrende liv og mange restauranter i umiddelbar nærhet. Tilgang til basseng, men det koster 7 euro pr. person. Aircondition på soverommet er defekt (mangler vifte på ute-delen).

- TCARD (10/5): - Família com 2 adultos e 3 crianças, ficámos num apartamento T3 duplex. As áreas do apartamento eram enormes, 2 WC e espaço exterior. As camas eram confortáveis.
- Andrea (8/5): - Nær stranden, stor leilighet med fantastisk utsikt fra familierommet. Personalet ved resepsjonen var meget hyggelige. Litt slitte rom, personalet rundt om ellers på hotellet kunne ha vært litt hyggligere.
- Sara (4/5): Je n’y séjournerai plus jamais ! Aucun sens de l’accueil, un service inexistant et un hôtel très vie - Cet établissement est loin de mériter ses 5 étoiles. L’accueil à la réception a été particulièrement décevant : les réceptionnistes étaient froids, peu aimables, et ne faisaient aucun effort pour souhaiter la bienvenue, même pas un sourire. Nous avons rencontré plusieurs problèmes durant notre séjour : • La porte de notre appartement était cassée, rendant l’utilisation des clefs difficile. • Aucun accès au Wi-Fi pendant toute la durée du séjour en raison d’un problème de box non résolu. • Nous avons dû réclamer un étendoir pendant trois jours avant d’en obtenir un. • Aucune solution n’a été apportée face à ces désagréments. De plus, l’accès à la piscine sur le toit était payant, ce qui n’était pas précisé à la réservation. Plusieurs équipements annoncés dans la chambre étaient également absents. L’hôtel, bien qu’ayant un réel potentiel, est vieillissant et nécessiterait une rénovation pour correspondre aux standards annoncés. Points positifs : l’emplacement est excellent et le cadre agréable.
- Hiba (8/5): - يوجد في المكان برك مطلة على البحر وبرك للأطفال ايضاً. سمحوا لنا بالدخول ابكر بنصف ساعة. قاموا بإعطائي كرت لمشروب بمناسبة عيد ميلادي مجانا على الرغم من أننا لا نشرب الكحوليات ولكنها لفتة جميلة. لقد أخذنا شقة كان من الصعب استعمال المصعد . الشقه يوجد بها درج ليس امن لأطفال صغار جدا . السعر كان جدا عالي مقابل ما اخذناه. ادرج الأوتيل كأربع نجوم وليس كخمسة.
- Christian (8/5): Central location, nice view but a resort as you might expect it - The view from the appartments is great. The parking works flawlessly. The spa and massage is of a very high standard. The beach restaurant is really good. Expect some noise from the street. The elevator is a bottle neck. The staff tried to solve by requiring an access card, which never worked for us. The gourmet restaurant is expensive but not really gourmet quality. Waiting an hour for the main course is for example not what I would except. There are better and cheaper alternatives in the vicinity. The fitness facilities are worn down. Last but not least, I would prefer s more ambient pool experience with less loud music.

- Elizabeth (3/5): Not recommended - Nice view to the sea and beach Very disappointing stay. The apartment only had air conditioning on the upper floor, so the living/dining area was unbearably hot during the day. Access to the apartment was complicated — we had to walk through the entire hotel and go up and down several flights of stairs. It’s also far from the city center, making it inconvenient for going out at night. Would not stay here again.

- Dirk (9/5): Met gezin 4 nachten heerlijk appartement - Perfecte locatie met een geweldig uitzicht op de zee en zwembad en een eigen parkeerplek in de garage. Hele lieve aardige host die ervoor zorgt dat alles goed is geregeld. Tegen een kleine vergoeding toegang tot het zwembad en strand waar je een bedje en parasol bij krijgt. Meer dan genoeg te doen in de omgeving. Niks
