• Jiří (6/5): - very good location abt.3 minutes walk from the subway station, nice staff There is not any sound insulation-the walls between the rooms are very thin, you can hear everything from adjacent rooms-On top of this there is as very noisy plumbing equipment in the bathroom-once you flush the toilet or turn the water tap on you hear an annoying noise of the plumbing. Hot water delivery is unstable (the temperature of the water changes several times within 5 minutes) We would not recommend to stay here more than 2 nights

• Sarah (7/5): I stayed for 2 weeks and just really needed a place to crash and sometimes work. It was great! - Super close to the Songjiang Nanjing MRT, less than a 5 min walk. The room was clean--but you request for them to clean and take out the trash as needed. WiFi was great. I had to make sure I had a place that I could work. I also loved that the doors had electronic code locks so I didn't have to worry about losing a key. Laundry was super convenient because all of the rooms are on one floor and so is the laundry. The walls were very thin and I heard everything in my neighbor's rooms. The bed was a bit too hard for me.

• Tina (1/5): - 訂房的時候，原則上看照片跟你們訂什麼房間，那就代表我接受那個房型，如果說我訂的那個房型，你們先給了其他客人，也沒關係，但是我訂的是有窗，外部浴室的房間，現場的給我無窗的小房間，我就不太能接受，如果知道你們是這樣安排，我就會多花幾百塊去住其他旅館，雖然我當下反應，現場的工作人員也馬上換，但是感覺很差。再來，入住後，我坐在椅子上吃宵夜，床都沒有動，睡覺前，才發現枕頭上有很長的一根頭髮，還是正面，另外一個枕頭聞了一下，我也直接丟旁邊。隔天透過LINE傳照片給你們，客服跟我講一堆，非要我跟你們提醒，住那麼多次，我第一次碰到這種狀況，跟你們反應，不是吵架，對方才跟我說會再注意，一開始跟我講這種話就好了，有很困難嗎！？？

• WanShih (2/5): 看官自己判斷吧 - 首先我必須說，服務人員的態度非常好，一開始我的房間窗戶很大車流很吵，所以他耐心的幫我換房、解說電子所也很細心，服務方面可以說是一百分。房間的大小比起太多同價位也很舒適，有飲水機洗衣機烘衣機都是加分點。但.... 旅社的隔音奇差無比，牆壁感覺只是塊木板還是什麼紙糊的牆嗎？！ 半夜被隔壁人的人吵醒兩次，大聲到就像有陌生人坐在你旁邊聊天，非常驚人與差勁。半夜三點左邊吵、凌晨五點右邊吵，因為夜間沒有值班人員要自己冒險去敲門提醒，一間旅社無法提供安穩睡覺的功能 整夜就毀了。 需要睡眠的人請三思！後來不得已早早退房，再找ㄧ間安靜的旅館睡，沒遇過這麼奇怪的情況。

• Chong-Wei (6/5): 普通、還行，有一個落腳的地方。 - 整體裝潢風格還算不錯，也有設計行李放置的地方。對外窗很大一片（剛好面路）。整體入住的客人感覺都還算安靜，不會大吵大鬧，很不錯。服務部分都還不錯，會實際帶領教學如何使用密碼鎖。能夠下午兩點才退宿對晚起的很友善。 入住雙人房兩夜，但房間只有一個空插座可以使用（撇除浴室內的兩個插座），並且距離床鋪有段距離，沒辦法睡覺時充電又當起床鬧鐘。最近距離的插座被除濕機、檯燈佔據。可以考慮提供延長線等方式。 浴室熱水並不穩定且不夠熱，第一天洗澡以為是因為太晚洗所以沒有足夠的熱水，水溫僅略高於體溫一些些（已轉至最熱…）。第二日較早洗澡，但只有開頭不過三秒有足夠溫度的熱水，接下來一樣是僅略高於體溫的溫水。剛好在最低只有10度C的日子入住，只能洗到溫水有些不太滿意。 使用官方賴進行一些入住通知及自主退房很不錯，但建議服務人員在收到訊息後可以回覆，例如「退房」，「您好，這邊已經確認退房完成，期待您再次入住」等，讓旅客能清楚知道訊息有傳達到。 隔音部分都還算正常，因爲面向道路，所以注意聽能聽到一些車聲或救護車，但不至於到吵雜或被影響到，隔壁房不小心敲打、碰撞的聲音能夠聽到，於房門外能聽到其他間房客聊天的聲音（進房後聽不到）。

• Camilla (8/5): Posizione centrale e letti comodi. In linea con la descrizione di booking. - Posizione super centrale, al stazione della metro è a due passi dall'Hotel. Ci hanno lasciato posare i bagagli in struttura nonostante fosse molto presto e prima dell'ora del check-in. C'è una sala comune in cui sono presenti guide sulla città, e c'è anche un distributore di acqua fredda e calda, con anche dei tè e caffè solubili a disposizione degli ospiti. L'ora del check-in è un po' scomoda, è alle 16. nonostante avessimo chiesto la possibilità di anticiparlo, anche di qualche ora, ci hanno risposto che non riuscivano.

• Diana (7/5): Not accurately presented - I wasn't sure really what rating to put.. On one hand, staff was just amazing, very accommodating, super helpful and friendly, they rebooked me another room no problem, even gave me a welcome gift! Bed was also clean and comfortable, good pillows On the other hand, its economy rooms are just weird.. Both rooms have no sound isolation whatsoever, you hear AC attached outside on the wall, whooing all the time. You hear every movement... Bathrooms are strange, very cold rooms and so moldy, every corner, especially of the shower cabin.. You can have hot water max 5 min, then it starts cooling down. In one ot the rooms hooks were broken, so there was nowhere to hang your towel. Toilet paper was not provided in neither of the rooms, only limited amount of napkins. One of the room doesn't have a bathroom, it was separated from the bedroom, so you had to unlock your main room in order to visit it, it was kinda annoying , because you always need a code to unlock your room Sadly, main bedroom didn't even have a mirror, so if you wanted to use one, you had to go to the separate bathroom... Now, design of the rooms definitely do not match what was presented in the booking, many walls are smeared with dirt, weird things hanging on the walls, its very strange

• Noriko (7/5): 交通至便 - MRT松江南京駅の4番出口（エスカレーターあり）出てすぐの雑居ビル。 夜遅くチェックイン早朝出発のため一泊したが、前払いしてフロント無人で部屋に入れた。 連絡はラインにて。 電子ロックのパスワード画面が少し変わってるが動画が送られてきたので、難なく入力できた。 ラインは日本語対応でした。 専用トイレ付きシングルルームは、廊下から奥まった２枚のドアで行き来する。 廊下側にカーテンなどあれば、いちいちドア開けないで済むように思う。 洗面台にものを置くスペースが無く、しかも部屋に鏡が無いので何度も行き来した。 一番のストレスはトイレに紙が流せないこと。 あと壁が薄く、隣のテレビの音が聞こえる。 連泊は無いなぁ。

• agenttom (6/5): For a short stay when you wish to save a few bucks. - The security system was pretty useful to get in and out without a key. Good location next to MRT, YouBikes and 7Eleven. The room lighting was harsh, the bed was uncomfortable, the toilet does not flush toilet paper and has a machine attached that's very loud every time you flush.

• Adam (8/5): a good hotel with a great location, but thin walls. - the location is amazing, maybe 30 steps from the MRT station. the room had a fridge and provided bottled water, with a water station in the lobby. check in was very simple. the walls are very thin, you can hear any conversations in neighboring rooms.

• frank (7/5): - Reasonable price, nice lobby to do work and eat. I have stayed here before. I would come back again. The bed is on a platform. Little difficult getting in and out . Walls could use a paint job.

• Phuoc (8/5): Convenient and comfy stay. - The place is very close to the MRT and has a few convenience stores and eateries nearby. It's clean and has all the necessary amenities. The staff is also very helpful and responsive. The WiFi is also really fast. The toilet flush and Aircon in the smaller room can be quite loud at times.
