- NATHALIE (10/5): Enchantée - Un très bon accueil, attention à l'eau chaude de la douche l'eau a du mal à chauffer et le robinet est dur à tourné. Ensuite j'ai profité d'une heure de spa, une petite pendule serait la bien venu et un fond musical zen serait aussi le bien venu. Le personnel est parfait, aux petits soins pour les clients, la chambre face à la mer génial, le petit déjeuner parfait. Les commerces et restaurants à proximité et non loin de la gare vraiment je recommande cet établissement.

- Lena (10/5): - Trevligt på alla sätt och vis! Hotellet ligger vid stranden och strandpromenaden och nära även till affärer och många restauranger. Vi hade ett rum med en liten balkong vilket förhöjde vistelsen även om rummet var lite trångt. Den delikata frukosten serverades i en vacker liten matsal ut mot stranden. Vi stannade en natt extra än vi planerat för att vi trivdes så bra. Badade när tidvattnet tillät.

- Monique (10/5): Sejour en mai 2022 - Sejour tres agréable malgré un temps moyen, l'hotel est tres bien situé face à la plage et pres du centre ville et des commerces sejour propice à la promenade à pieds .le personnel est super gentil et attentionné, rien à dire sur la propreté , petit dejeuner copieux , en conclusion ne changez rien nous retournerons avec plaisir
- Jeannine (8/5): Bon séjour en famille - Séjour en famille convenable. Points positifs : Rare hôtel à proposer un logement pour 5 personnes. Idéalement situé, il suffit de traverser la chaussée et vous voilà sur la très belle plage de Chatelaillon. La chambre était propre et le personnel a été très agréable. Effort écoresponsable (serviettes changées à la demande, flacons de produit d'hygiène rechargeables...) Points négatifs : J'aurais aimé trouver une cafetière à capsules et des sachets de thé dans le studio. Cela nous a manqué. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est à notre goût un peu juste. Nous avons l'habitude de buffet bien garni. Bon séjour tout de même !

Excellent hotel, nice staff, very clean, good continental breakfast including freshly baked bread/croissants etc. Room small, but with all amenities, over looking beach, from small balcony. Pity all beach’s in area have no dogs rule May to September. Close many restaurants. Has some larger rooms on 2nd floor, well worth the extra €10 per night.

Très calme et hors saison, juin, possibilité de se garer à proximité. Idéal pour quelques jours et pour visiter la région. Seul bémol: la douche très exiguë.

Petit déjeuner de bonne qualité. Pour moi le seul point négatif était l'état des fenêtres, qui sont vieillissante et qui laissent passer l'air, surtout en cas de vent. Sinon très satisfait de mon séjour.

- Christophe (8/5): escapade à Châtelaillon-Plage - Nous avons passé une nuit sur Châtelaillon. Accueil exceptionnel et room service impeccable. La chambre n’est pas exceptionnellement grande. Le confort est correct. Lit un peu petit mais plus grand ça ne passait pas ;) Insonorisation moyenne mais nous avons passé un très bon moment.

La chambre avec vue sur mer était spacieuse, l'équipement au top et la literie très confortable. L'emplacement est idéal, sur le front de mer, commerces à proximité, parc avec jeux pour enfants tout près... Nous recommandons et y retournerons avec plaisir...

Mulighed for bad på lækkert badeværelse i gården efter strandtur, så man ikke sander sit eget til. Mulighed for at låne strandhåndklæder og parasoller. Ingen aircon. Fint til få dage:)

- rickc47 (8/5): Very satisfied - We wanted a place for several nights and chose this hotel for the location. The staff was very friendly. The room is small but very adequate. We chose the breakfast as well and it offers enough variety to satisfy our needs. We chose a superior room and the view was great. Nothing between us and the ocean. We did take our dog and I must say the hotel fee for the animal is better than any other we have stayed at. I feel it is a very good deal for the money and location.

- Kerry (8/5): Lovely hotel in a lovely town. - The hotel is lovely. It is right on the beach. It was very clean and the staff were charming. The rooms are quite small tho. Breakfast was delicious- croissant and bread, jams, cereals, yogurt, coffee, orange juice and tea. Just right. The town is very pretty we were lucky enough to be there during a festival so it was very busy on Saturday night. Sunday we discovered a covered food market and then a delightful street market with an array of artisan gifts.
- mk702 (8/5): Overnight Stopover - Spent one night at the hotel en route to south of France. Small hotel but bed was so comfortable with white pristine bed linen and towels. Our room overlooked the beach with an enclosable balcony with a table & chairs. Parking available in side street was free. Found the staff friendly & even got given a room with a bigger bed when the receptionist saw I was tall. Breakfast was standard continental. Overall we thought it was excellent value.

This would be ideal if it wasn’t for the fact that the beds are hard, the breakfast frugal, the shower leaking water everywhere and being able to hear the next door neighbour and her dog (mainly her dog) crying all night long. To this add a barely existing WiFi and no air con. This would have been lovely I’m sure 30 years ago but I think customers now expect better.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Hôtel très bien situé en bord de plage. - La réception a été chaleureuse, la chambre facile d'accès. Le petit déjeuner (en chambre ou en salle) était bon.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Hotel situé près de la plage et des commerces. - la chambre est correcte en terme de propreté mais quelques défauts marquants dûs au caractère ancien de l'établissement. Exemple: toilettes très étroites sans lave-mains, pas de boîte de mouchoirs dans la chambre, 2 ampoules grillées, pas de porte-savon dans la douche qui se trouve dans une salle de bains très étriquée et la glace de la porte du placard est brisée ! Cependant la réception et les toilettes se trouvant au niveau de la réception donnent l'impression d'une prestation au-dessus de ce qui se présente dans les chambres! La télévision pose des problèmes pour capter certaines chaînes comme TF1, ce qui est curieux. En termes des couverts: il y a un seul couteau de viande, ce qui est pour le moins curieux puisque la chambre est destinée pour 4 personnes, la lumière du frigo est cassée et le frigo semble dater puisqu'il est à peine froid quand on ouvre. La chambre ne possède ni climatiseur ni ventilateur et donc un séjour au début de l'été ou en fin du printemps pourrait poser des problèmes quand il s'agit de trouver des sommeils avec une chaleur au-dessus de 25°C; Nous avons pu trouver le sommeil seulement vers 2H30-3H du matin la nuit où il faisait 25°C et où la température a du mal à baisser la nuit tombante!
- Kathleen (6/5): More hostel than hotel. - Very basic small room with mismatched coloured sanitary ware though had small porch with windows overlooking beach. No air con so essential to keep windows open then noise from passing revellers at night and beach cleaners in the morning. Had the feel of a beach hut or temporary building with tongue and groove panelling everywhere and blue and White paint. Definitely two star accommodation.
