Falta apoio para mala no quarto.O chuveiro é ruim,o box é mínimo, a limpeza e troca de toalha não é feita regularmente. O Wi-Fi é ruim. Pouca ventilaçao no quarto que fiquei(interno). O elevador resolve mas é mínimo.

La chambre était petite et la salle de bain étroite mais très propre, nettoyée et rangée chaque jour . Équipement sommaire mais suffisant pour juste passer la nuit Le lit était petit et le matelas très inconfortable

• Alice (10/5): Worth it - Very nice location (close to the termini), staff super friendly and they offer luggage store. Nice room The AC didn’t work on the first day, but as soon as we talked to the staff it was fixed on the next day. Even though there is an elevator, it’s very slow and it takes a lot of time to get to the floor (But that didn’t turn out to be a problem because the hotel is located at the first floor of the building)

A disposition cafés, thés, tisanes, bouilloire, micro-ondes. La propreté de l’établissement et son emplacement près de la gare. Le coffre fort. Le balcon donnant sur la rue qui est très bruyante (prévoir boules quies).

Toilet seat was broken only liquid hand soap for the shower no washcloth showered head when I stay fixed in one location.

• Alejandro Pablo (10/5): Great choice for a quick stop in Rome - My wife and I were looking for a place to rest between flights. We did not need anything fancy, just something functional (and flexible - we had a cancelled flight and needed to modify our booking somewhat), well connected to the airport and inexpensive. I do not think we could have done any better than this. The rooms were comfortable enough, the place was clean, and there is a vending machine for quick snacks or a bottle of water at night at reasonable prices. Pompeo and Tomasso, who run the hotel, were extremely polite and accommodating, offering to keep our luggage for a few hours after checkout at no extra cost. Very good experience overall, and I would recommend it to anyone making a quick stop in Rome on the way to somewhere else. Zero complaints about the hotel itself – just a general warning regarding the area: while we did not witness any of the crime we were warned about around Termini, the late night tourist trap supermarkets in the vicinity of the hotel are almost a crime in themselves. Be aware, and if you arrive late craving a snack or a bit of water, get yourself something from the vending machine instead.

• Sagar (10/5): - Great location and very clean rooms. The shower temperature kept changing a lot during the shower. While a little fluctuating temperature is common, this one felt like it had a lot of fluctuation. I would have liked it if it stayed somewhat consistent.
• Bugner (9/5): Sí, recomiendo! - Recomiendo el lugar. La atención excelente. Muy buen precio. La ubicación excelente. Tal vez es importante aclarar que la cama es un poco chica, no quiero decir que haya sido incómoda. El baño es angosto, pero no esta mal. Tal vez se olvidaron de dejar jabón. Para mi gusto le falta un poco de presión al agua de la ducha, pero salía caliente y te permitía darte un buen baño.

O acesso aos quartos é difícil, o local possui um único e pequeno elevador para todo o edifício, que abriga vários "affitacamere", mais parecidos com hotéis 1 estrela no Brasil.
• Bernadett (9/5): Good location, nice place to sleep for a few days. - The location is quite good, close the the train station, but not too close.... We were walking everywhere, we took about 20 000 steps each day, we could reach almost everything by foot. We used the metro to go to Vatican, it was also quite comfortable. The host were nice. The room was a bit dark, but normally we used it only for sleeping, so it was not a problem. For that price and our purpose, it was quite a good hotel. We didn't expect more.

We arrived after 6 PM when the reception was closed, but the communication via WhatsApp was excellent. We received very detailed instructions on how to access the hotel and our room, making everything go smoothly. The room was clean, and everything was fully functional. Poor soundproofing – you can hear noise from the hallway in the rooms, which can be a bit disturbing.

• F K (8/5): Comfortable and good value - This hotel is a short walk from Termini station and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. We were given clear instructions to access the room without needing to meet anybody. The room is fine , beds were comfortable, shower was good. There’s a kettle and fridge in the room and tea and coffee available outside the room. Floors are tiled so sound carries .. footsteps outside the room , doors closing , people making 7am phonecalls in the kitchen area! It wasn’t a huge issue though.
