- Verified traveler (6/5): Paying for location rather than quality - Excellent location, literally seconds from the heart of Temple Bar. Place itself was fairly basic - missing light fittings in a couple of rooms and mould in the shower, but did a job for a weekend away.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice location, room, BYO:Everything - Very nice place and very quite for the location. Though some tenants were partying pretty hard in the other rooms...it didn't bother me. The lack of luggage storage at check in or check out is a miss and the late check in left me a bit stranded on my first day...4:00PM is quite late for a 6:00AM arrival by plane. Ideally, I would take a later flight to avoid this in the future. The location of the office is the same so I thought I could store luggage but the management is completely different. All in all, I would stay again but would recommend a late arrival for anyone. Also bring your own: coffee, tea, laundry soap...nothing is provided.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - This is a great property, but I wouldn't want to stay here with more than two people. The bedroom and bed are quite comfortable, but the second bed is a very uncomfortable sofa bed. The sofa bed is in a room with a large window through which a bright light shines all night, and no curtains. The location is wonderful for a visit to temple bar. Guests have to pick up and drop off keys from an alternate location, which is mildly inconvenient if you are traveling with much luggage. Expect some noise if you stay here - crowds coming home from a night out in temple bar will generate some noise!
- Suzanne (8/5): Nice! - Read some awful reviews the day before we arrived so I was panicking! but it turned out I had nothing to worry about. the apartment was nice, few issues like peeling wall paper but the string smell of bleach just made me feel like it was definitely clean. No real complaint. Excellent location

- AnnMarie (2/5): Don't ever rent from them. - The Temple Bar Apartments did not have anyone on the property. You had to pick up the key in a different location. You only received 1 key. The bathroom light went out and there was no window. We called and they said they could stop in the next day to fix it. We had no light for the bathroom. We had to use our phone light to take a shower. They were rude and inconsiderate.
- Tony (4/5): Great Location.....That’s it! - Negative: First thing we saw was mould on the tiles in bathroom, the furniture was cheap & uncomfortable, no tea towels, flooring needs replacing & the shower rose kept falling down & water goes onto the floor which you could slip on getting out of the bath, pillows hard & flat, tv didn’t work first night but was fixed once we emailed next day, having 3 remotes was confusing! Positive: Great location, walking distance to so much. For the amount we paid we expected better so you are paying for being central it is definitely not what we would consider 4star. If it was possible to get a refund we would have left after first night. :(

- Verified traveler (8/5): - The location was good and the space was good for our group. The property was quite worn, nicked, scuffed walls and baseboards. The sofa was worn/ripped. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Nice to have a clothes washer/dryer. We were denied more than on e key so it made it quite challenging for four adults to access the apartment.

- Jim (6/5): Dublin - This is on the 3rd floor of a building with no AC. Normally in Dublin that is probably fine but we were there in June and it was uncomfortably hot. We had only 1 key set, a key to enter the building and a key into the apartment. With 4 adults who may not always come and go together, that does not work. If we don't have the key, we have to hope the person with the key is still there, call them to walk down 3 flights of stairs to let us in and back up 3 flights of stairs. There is no lift. This was advertised as including a coffee maker but none was there. No french press either.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - This apartment exceeded my expectations in every way but one. Location is great. 5 minutes from Grafton street. Surrounded by pubs and restaurants. The price is fantastic. The apartment is very well equipped and had everything for a stay of a few weeks. The only problem is the noise at night. There is a pub on the opposite side of the street where you have a hundred people singing and yelling until 2:30 in the morning. On Friday and Saturday nights, we slept in the back room of the apartment on the sofa bed and closed the doors. That got rid of most of the noise.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - - property staff emailed one night before, asking for our credit card details via email or phone to process a 200 euros deposit. The email was via a gmail account instead of an official email account, thus we preferred to provide the details upon check in. However the staff insisted we provide the details via the 2 communication channels as there is no check in counter, and said our booking would be cancelled if the details were not provided by 2pm (it was past 12 noon when we were communicating, and we were due to check in at 4pm). We did not appreciate the attitude, and were left with no choice but to take the risk. Upon check it, it appears there is a waiting area and an office, so we cannot really comprehend why it was stated that there's no reception area for us to provide our credit card details face to face. - the apartment was stated to be suitable for 4 to sleep (which may be true given the sofa bed), however our group of 3 barely had the space to open our luggages without jumping over them in the apartment. - 3 heaters are present in the room, but 2 were not working. The apartment is generally dated and smells stale. Even the wall clock was not working. - the location is great as it's close to many attractions. However it is in a very lively area being temple bar and the rooms are not sound proofed, so be prepared for disturbed sleep if you're a light sleeper. I will not reccomend living in the area or renting with this company. Note there are no lifts as well.

My flight came in super early and I would have attempted to arrange an earlier check in. Also, if you don't like stairs, you might ask for a lower unit...I am sure they have one.

When booking did not realize that check in area is so far from actual apartment. That should be made clearer in the booking process

- David (6/5): Right in the heart of the bars - The accommodation was set right in the heart of the pubs and bars of the Temple Bar precinct. Our apartment offered a bit of a sanctuary while also allowing us to experience the precinct to its fullest. It was in reasonable walking distance to everything we needed.

When we finally got into a room. - After dragging our luggage almost 1km from their parking garage to their office & then dragging it back almost the whole distance to be delivered to an apartment with a jammed/broken balcony door, bedroom window & kitchen table on the hottest day in Ireland in decades, the host saw that these things were broken, gave us a small fan & said goodbye. We couldn't get any fresh air & the unit was stifling. I phoned the desk within 10mins. No answer. I phoned again. They said they were busy & would phone me back. I phoned again 10mins later. They said they were still busy and someone would be there in another 10. 20mins later, I phoned again & asked for a Manager. I was told there wasn't one & that someone was coming to fix the room. I explained it couldn't be fixed & asked for another room, even a smaller one. I was told very clearly No, there weren't any & I just needed to wait. 50mins after my initial call someone arrived, looked at all the broken things & agreed we needed to be moved. She said... "you can't stay here." Her shirt was damp with sweat. She phoned the lobby in front of us & explained things. She left, to walk back to the office & returned with keys to 2 different rooms within another 20mins. She relocated us to a lovely apartment in the same building with doors, windows, tables that weren't broken and even opened them all for us before we viewed the room. She and worked hard to fix things. It took over 1hr and 20mins & no formal apology from management.

- chanti (4/5): Just a mission - Have to park 10 min walk away from check in, walk through the city (they said to leave suitcases in the car) had to go in a group with other people to the apartment then back to get suitcases. Check out same story. Staff by happy to help not very friendly and offices smell like Old smoke! For luxury apartments the bed is awful, lights shine into the room at night feels like daylight, no plug to have a bath and the apartment smelt a bit old and stuffy.

- Percival (6/5): Apartment is far from the office. - The apartment was far from the office. We had to drag our luggages to the apartment and back to the office at the end of our stay. Be aware that the office address is not where the apartments are located... they are actually far from the office.
- Jackie (8/5): Downtown Dublin - The apartment was very nice and we had enough room for the four of us (all adults). If you are booking here, just a little note that there is one bedroom with a large bed and a pull out couch that will sleep two. It worked for us as we have two adult daughters that didn't mind sharing the couch. Might not be so great for those that need their own space. Everything was very clear. It was a different experience than what I am used to in that we arrived to check in and were walked to the apartment - luggage in tow - which was several blocks away. My husband had to go to a parking garage that was even farther away and we had to try to find each other. It was a bit stressful - we haven't had this type of experience before. But in the end, it all worked out - it's not sketchy as we first started to think and we had a wonderful time. Great staff, perfect location, and we felt safe - which was very important.

Good to check upon booking;the location of the lodging and the listed address are not the same, but was in the general area. a bit inconvenient with luggage, but the staff was helpful with it. This area is inherently loud all night- no matter where you stay.
- XY (2/5): Terrible experience. Not recommending to anyone. - Overall satisfied with the location and cleanliness but the apartment wasn't well-maintained and the service was terrible. Communication of the house rule is confusing and not communicated clearly. They asked us to read and sign on the house rule sheet, didn't care to go through with us verbally. There are 2 different house rule sheets in the apartment which says different thing i.e. One says Room service every 3 days and one with room service every 7 days. We cannot remember all the house rules we read on the first day. When we ran out of toilet papers and called on the 4th night stay the front desk asked me to pick up the toilet paper on the front desk myself. It was 10pm and a 10 minutes walk so I did not go and requested for the toilet papers to be sent in the next day. However it wasn't done the next day so I had to call again and this time the front desk asked the security to send over. This was the second case. The first case was when we requested for an additional fan and they forgot to send over the next day, therefore we reminded the front desk on the third day again. The experience was bad. The management wasn't thoughtful and didn't communicate well with customers. I wouldn't recommend this accommodation to anyone.
