• Roberto (10/5): Good Hotel that delivers what it offers and provided a smooth stay - Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The rooms are as shown in the photos (consider some natural wear and tear from use over time). The Wi-Fi, air conditioner, toilet, and shower worked very well all the time. The Hotel is honest and informs on its website that express trains pass near the building, and considering we can see/double check it on Google Maps/Street View, there should be no surprise on this subject. And I understand that this isn't a problem that the Hotel is and/or should be accountable for. Anyway, the trains do make considerable noise late into the night and may affect your sleep and rest. Hopefully, I read another review of the hotel that pointed that out, and I brought earplugs/ear protectors. They saved my sleep time.

Muy mala experiencia, nos tuvimos que ir antes de nuestra fecha de check-out ya que los ruidos eran muy fuertes durante la noche por parte de personas ajenas que eran invitadas por otros huéspedes. Muy difícil también para poder hablar con alguien del personal, ponen que hay recepción durante unas horas pero no había prácticamente nadie nunca.

• Steven (6/5): Sketchy & noisy area, you get what you paid for... - Only thing is this was cheap considering it was in Manhatten, however there is a reason why... Did not clean daily as specified, said leave used towels on floor for replacement but that was never done unless we complained. Office opening hours was bad only 10am-6pm, though it had good location transportation wise the area was rough (near the bronx). So there were shady people around the area e.g. crazy people or drug dealers. Hotel was right near some subway, so you can hear the trains loudly at night (as they appear to run 24/7). You can also hear cars beep at night, no soundproof at all from the windows. You really do get what you paid for... Do not expect any sort of luxury.

The rooms were small and comfy and came with a coffee pot, t.v., microwave, and mini fridge with freezer. It was perfect for my party of two! Will definitely book again. Close to stores and restaurants. Nothing really everything was great

• Carolina (6/5): Aceptable si son pocos días y tú presupuesto es ajustado - Hay dos paradas de metro relativamente cerca del hotel. La habitación en nuestro caso estaba limpia. Tiene un microondas , una nevera y utensilios de cocina , esto se agradece bastante. Se echa de menos un armario pero te puedes apañar. El ambiente de la estación de metro 125 st puede resultar incómodo hay gente drogada y con problemas de salud mental, en ningún momento me sentí en peligro pero si creo que no es una zona para por ejemplo ir con niños o gente susceptible ( un día vimos a una mujer prácticamente desnuda cambiándose en la calle....). Respecto al ruido externo para mí no supuso un problema si bien es verdad que fuimos en invierno y no había mucho ruido en la calle, pero respecto al ruido interno... La insonorización es nula... Hubo una pareja que tuvo una pelea importante y después unas chicas que hicieron fiesta... Imposible descansar. Al ser el horario de recepción de 11am a 18pm si pasas el día fuera no tienes a quien reclamar porque no les ves , hay un teléfono sin WhatsApp y hablan inglés por lo cual te ves un poco vendido si te toca gente conflictiva.... Conclusión es tu lugar si viajas con presupuesto ajustado y son pocos días , si no es tu caso y te lo puedes permitir te aconsejaría otro lugar.

Las empleadas de limpieza fueron muy cordiales con nosotros & estaban pendientes de si nos faltaba algo por realizar en la habitación. También tiene buena ubicación pues, la estación del metro estaba a unos minutos del lugar & tiene varios restaurantes & tiendas cerca. En lo único que no me sentí cómoda fue por la privacidad. Se pueden escuchar los pasos del apartamento del segundo piso & escuchas a las personas del cuarto de al lado. Fue lo único que no me gustó del alojamiento. Todo lo demás estuvo muy bien.

• Rudy (7/5): Decent enough for the price you pay and location - Clean and air conditionned. Comfortable beds and private bathrooms. 150 dollars per night which is good price for accomodation in NYC. VERY THIN WALLS that let you hear other guests yelling early in the morning. This woke me up. Also when I arrived at the building at 4:45pm, reception was unresponsive for several minutes depiste me ringing the bell many times. When I checked out there was no one at the reception desk either.

L'emplacement était très bien, pas trop loin des stations de métro. quelques petites attention comme du café soluble et savon miniature. Pas de bouilloire, que l'accueil m'a fourni une fois demandé. La chambre semblait plus petite que sur les photos. Le frigo était bruyant, trop bruyant à mon goût, lors des phases de refroidissement. • Chandler (7/5): Not bad for price - I loved how private it was. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was easy to check in/check out. The train nearby was actually very soothing. We felt safe and secure in our room. The bed was not comfortable, the springs were too hard. The pillows were mostly flat. It was always super hot in the building. I knew about the stairs going into it, but they were much steeper than I thought so that was very hard to do after a day of walking throughout NYC. I wish the subway was a little closer but it wasn't a terrible walk.

Localização perto do metrô. é básico, mas é ótimo. não ter elevador. Não que seja um problema, mas se você for ficar, por exemplo no 3° andar, saiba que você subirá lances de escada.

• SM734 (8/5): Good value -- no frills, but clean and convenient - This is a great option for a budget conscience traveler. The room is barebones, which you would expect at the price point, but it's clean and comfortable and has everything you need. The location is pretty good -- in a residential section of Harlem with the bars and restaurants are a couple blocks away. If you're arriving after 6 pm, they give you instructions to get your key from a lockbox. The process was smooth. Obviously, this is a budget hotel, so you have to go in with that expectation. Would definitely stay here again.

• AURELIE (6/5): Hôtel à Harlem cher et bruyant - La literie est vraiment bien, très confortable ! De plus, l’emplacement est pratique avec le métro tout près, ce qui facilite les déplacements. Très cher pour ce que c’est. La réception n’est pas ouverte avant 10h ni après 18h, ce qui complique l’arrivée et le départ. Cela rend aussi la gestion des bagages assez stressante.
