• Sheryl (8/5): Loved the place- the accessibility to all the attractions- and the fact that we had a place to rest comfortably after wa - The hotel is really accessible to all the points- be it the airport or the various attractions- the metro will take you everywhere. To top it you have convenience stores as well as a variety of restaurant options - so we didn’t starve! The hotel room was clean, very comfortable- the housekeeping staff did a great job in maintaining the cleanliness- thank you. The room itself had everything- right from the bed to the bathroom- no hassles encountered with anything and to top it all the view was good too! So this could be us overthinking but we did notice that the socket near the tv(to the left to be precise) has a lens like thing in it - it looked odd. Like we said it could be us overthinking - hence we didn’t reach out to the hotel staff or create an inconvenience, but it should be checked, just incase. Nothing else that displeased us.

Essendo vicina alla metro si sentono i treni passare, anche se le camere sono ben isolate ( richiedere la camera non sulla ferrovia). Ottimo il market affianco all'Hotel dove preparano frullati, panini e possibilità di effettuare la colazione. Direi un buon punto d'appoggio per un viaggio a New York Nulla
• Hazel (5/5): - It’s near in train station My flight got delayed when I called the staff I talked to last April 3, 2026 is rude and did not answering my questions right, I’m in the middle of disappointment of my delayed flight and the hotel staff that I talked to is not helping and for the heater and AC they did not tell us that there is a switch off and on so we stayed for 4 days feeling cold.

• Julianis (9/5): Estadía cómoda y bien ubicada. - La ubicación es excelente, muy conveniente para moverse y con todo cerca. La habitación estaba limpia, bien organizada y con un ambiente moderno. La cama era súper cómoda y espaciosa; éramos 4 adultos y dormimos sin problema. Perfecta para descansar después de un día largo. Además, tenía una hermosa vista, acceso seguro por el ascensor (requiere tarjeta) y el personal fue muy amable. Hudson Market justo al lado, un Starbucks en el lobby, fácil acceso al metro y cerca de la parada del autobús, con farmacias también muy cercanas. El ruido del tren al abrir la ventana era bastante fuerte, incluso ensordecedor, lo que puede afectar el descanso si eres sensible al ruido o prefieres dormir con la ventana abierta. Además, el incidental fee $60 no fue mencionado claramente en el booking ni en las políticas, lo cual fue una sorpresa al momento del check-in. aunque la devolución se realizó después del check-out.

The lady that checked me in was very friendly but the lady who checked me out seemed annoyed. I didn’t realize how loud the trains were. I didn’t think about the sound assuming there would be soundproofing but all I could hear all night was the trains.

• Natalia (9/5): Good value for money - The stay was very pleasant from the checkin to checkout. Pinkie (at the reception) was very accommodating to our needs and very pleasant. The room (and hotel) were clean and everyday cleaning was at high standard. We had all that we needed in the room - including an iron and coffee/tea making sections. The bed (as always in Marriott) was very comfortable and the shower was exceptionally good (which doesn’t happen often). The only small things that were a bit odd with the rest of the standard were plastic/paper cups for coffee/tea/water and the fact that the quilt was not inside the quilt cover but covered with two sheets and the quilt was falling out from between them. And yes, you can hear the trains (the higher you stay the less you hear then) and the A/C in our room was not always super responsive and was loud at the higher settings. Other that that we were happy during our 7 day stay. Would stay there again.

The room was a good size, clean, and had a very nice view, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The bed was comfortable, allowing us to relax well after a long day. After check-out, we were able to store our luggages, which was very convenient since our flight was in the evening. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, and we had a very enjoyable stay. During check-in, there were two staff members. One was not very friendly didn’t catch her name), although she did arrange a higher-floor room for us when we asked. The other staff member, Pinki, was very kind and friendly.

Excellent deli next door, coffee shops and restaurants all around, subway across the street gets you to midtown in 2 stops. hotel is clean, quiet and has a very helpful staff. Good gym. Room was on the small side, but stayed for 6 nights and will book here again next time.

From the moment we arrived, everything felt well organized and welcoming, and the stay matched the expectations we had for a New York visit. The location was convenient and made exploring New York easy. Whether we were heading out for sightseeing or returning for downtime, getting around felt simple and efficient. The property itself was well-maintained and felt comfortable from start to finish. A special highlight was the front end, especially Diana. Diana and the team were amazing and very attentive, consistently checking in and making sure everything was handled smoothly. Their professionalism and responsiveness made a noticeable difference throughout our stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Rooms and common areas were maintained to a high standard, which made the entire experience feel fresh, comfortable, and reassuring. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and the attentive staff—particularly Diana at the front end made our stay genuinely enjoyable.

I would like to specifically call out Renee and Coreen for all of their help and going above and beyond every time I am in town. They both make each stay memorable and are always a bright spot when I am arriving late in the evening or being up at the crack of dawn. Thank you guys.

• M883HJjeffm (10/5): Nice hotel with a great team! - I get the chance to stay at the Courtyard Long Island City / New York Manhattan View several days a month, and I must say I enjoy it every time. The rooms are clean and functional, the gym is above average for a hotel, and you are surrounded by a ton of walkable delicious places to eat and drink in Long Island City. You're also close to multiple train stations and for those that are adventurous - you're only a couple mile walk/jog/bike ride from the entrance to Central park over the Queensboro Bridge. They have a nice bar area which includes a couple unique beers on tap. But what I enjoy most about my trips to this hotel are the friendly smiles I see every time I go. Lisa, Mohamed, Pinky, Jaz, and everyone else is so kind, helpful, and thoughtful. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

The team of Dianna, Mohammed, and Pinki were very welcoming and made sure we got the most out of our stay in Queens with good recommendations and seamless accommodations. I’m thrilled that over the years they’ve managed to keep some of the same team. When I check in, I am greeted by Renee who always makes me feel welcomed as I am coming back home. And when I come back from a hard day at work, being greeted by Lisa and her smile makes everything ok! The customer service at this location is generally exceptional from the entire team but Lisa and Renee make the experience extra special.

• César (10/5): Volviendo a NY después de 10 años. - Todo estuvo impecable y el alojamiento cumplió con todas las expectativas que teníamos previamente a llegar. Con los precios que se manejan en NY nos pareció una oferta muy razonable a solo dos paradas de Manhattan. EL barrio es típico de NY con mucho movimiento y comercios en la vuelta. Nos alojamos sin derecho a desayuno pero frente al hotel, junto a la entrada de metro "queens plaza" encontramos un carrito atendido por latinos muy amables donde les comprábamos café y donas todos los días a muy buen precio. Si llegan por la Guardia no es imposible llegar en transporte publico combinando el bus de aeropuerto y metro con sus paradas accesibles con ascensor. No hay nada que nos haya desagradado y pasamos una excelente estadía.

• rahulsV7280JZ (10/5): Prime example a professionalism in hospitality - The entire staff at the Courtyard Marriott at 29-15 Queens Plaza N in Long Island City, NY, was by far one of the top hospitable, kind, genuine, caring, and welcoming teams I have encountered. I travel roughly 8-9 months a year, and I am absolutely blown away by my experience during my stay. I would be remiss if I didn’t name a few of the employees there was the first gentleman I encountered at the front desk his name is Moe absolute professional, very courteous, and truly cares about his guests. The team at the front desk, which included Donia, Lisa, Pinki, and Dianna. Had been some of the most genuine professional in accommodating guest services personnel that I have dealt with in a very long time they truly made a great impression on me and I can’t thank them enough for their amazing service. This hotel also has a small breakfast and evening bar. Alyssa, the bartender there is absolutely phenomenal. Her vibrant energy and welcoming smile and amazing service. Will definitely finish your evening off properly before you retire to your room. If you are ever in Long Island city do yourself a favor and go stay at the Marriott on Queens Plaza North you will not be disappointed..

• MassTalS (10/5): Great hotel!! - Great modern hotel just minutes from Midtown Manhattan. I’ve been staying here for the past few years on my weekly trips to the city. Lisa at the front desk is wonderful—always welcoming guests with a big smile and impressive efficiency. She somehow manages to have your room keys ready within a minute and really makes you feel at home. She never forgets to offer late checkout and bottled water for Bonvoy members, which is always appreciated after a long day. They also often have a small bowl of candy or cookies near the front desk, which is a nice little touch. Mohammad and others on the team are also consistently friendly and helpful, and they add to the welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and modern (with excellent showers!!). I can leave the hotel at 7:00 a.m. and be at my desk in Midtown by 7:15 via the subway. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and several supermarkets within easy walking distance. If you arrive by car, there’s a connected parking lot, which makes things very easy. I always look forward to staying here!!

The shower doors are too short, and water gets all over the bathroom. The gym was still missing the 10 pound weights, which were missing during my last stay more than a year ago. The washing machines and dryers really need cleaning. I also had to go out and buy laundry detergent as the hotel had none to provide.
• Whitnva123 (10/5): Great Birthday Weekend in LIC - Just getting back home from my long weekend stay at Courtyard LIC. There’s so many great things I could say about this hotel. First, we arrived on Saturday around 11am. Our room was ready for an early check in which is always nice so you’re able to drop luggage and chill or go explore. I wish I would’ve gotten the name of the lady at the front desk. She was the sweetest. We told her we were there for my boyfriend’s birthday and today when we checked out, she made sure to ask if he enjoyed his birthday. The king room was spacious enough for my boyfriend and I. The closest/armoire has ample storage for us to put all of our clothes and we just sat our suitcases to the side. The room has a mini fridge and a Keurig. Desk space and a small bench with shoe storage underneath. The bathroom is small but the water pressure and ability to see the temp of the water is an underrated first world amenity. It really loved it lol. I did grab a couple of drinks from the bar. Not a ton of options but you can get the basics. I didn’t have any food so I can’t speak on that. Next door is a market that is open 24/7 which is convenient. The have a lot of food options… we grabbed breakfast from there one of the days and it was great. Subway is walkable along with a lot of other places. Would definitely stay here again.

The ladies behind the desk are great energy I believe the woman named Diana is not only beautiful , she’s also been a great host. Will definitely be staying here again

Lisa always has a smile on a her face and is able to address any situation in an efficient manner. Our stays at the hotel start and end with Lisa and she always makes our stay fantastic.

• Soo (5/5): Great location, a bit expensive for what you get. - The location is great and the staff are friendly. I feel like for the price point I would have expected a bit more amenities. The walls are thin and you can hear other guest who are drunk. Also the bathroom shower did not drain properly.

• Boeing767 (8/5): Still my NYC go-to hotel. - This hotel never disappoints. Despite the Queens address, it is quite close to the Upper East Side (we WALKED to Bloomingdales in 40 minutes), there are shops and restaurants nearby. The subway is across the street and ... most importantly ... they are friendly and professional. Doesn't matter where I need to be in The City, I choose this hotel. It's priced like Queens, with Manhattan access. It seems that they have recently changed GMs, and the new one seems to be every bit as proactive as the former manager. Try it ... you'll like it.

• Laura (8/5): Im Großen und Ganzen hat alles gepasst! - Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es wurde in der Früh, wenn man nicht mehr im Zimmer war, die Betten gemacht und man bekam auch frische Handtücher. Das Personal ist ebenso sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels als Tourist war ein großer Pluspunkt. Die Gegend ist sicher und die Subwaysstationen sind buchstäblich vor der Haustür. Auch das 24/7 Geschäft neben dem Hotel ist sehr praktisch. Die Fenster sind leider etwas undicht. Man hört dadurch auch den ganzen Verkehr und auch die Bahn recht laut. Es kommt stets etwas kalte Luft rein. Die Betten sind etwas schmal. Leider gab es bei uns einen Feueralarm um 3 Uhr morgens, jedoch war es ein Fehlalarm und der Auslöser waren Wartungsarbeiten (vermeidbar).
