• aragrawal (4/5): Decent property. Good breakfast. Vile and bigoted reception staff. - I stayed here for 3 nights vacationing with my family. The Hotel is very close to Patong beach. I had booked for a room with twin beds. The Hotel upgraded me to a premium room with a King size bed and an extra bed at no cost. The rooms are decent, nothing extraordinary. However, the walls are too thin. I had to call reception every night to get the person next door to cut down the noise. The breakfast spread is quite good. Those complaining about limited Indian menu items are wrong. The menu is decent and one must remember that he/she is not in India. Now the part that made me rate so poorly. While checking out, the receptionist "Fan" accused us stealing a high ball glass which was probably not worth even $2. I told her that it was in the bathroom. When they still couldn't find it, they then accused me of breaking it. I offered to check my luggage and even offered to pay for it. They wouldn't listen. All the while, the vile bigoted staff did not even have the courtesy to apologise for their nasty racist behavior even when they couldn't prove anything. My last 10 minutes in this place completely spoilt my Phuket experience. I am sure regular Thai folks are much better.

• BRD_Bharat (2/5): More Focus on Charges Than Guest Experience - I had a very disappointing experience at Ramada by Wyndham Phuket. From the moment I arrived, it felt like the staff were more concerned about collecting payments than actually providing any level of hospitality. They focused on charging for everything rather than providing basic hospitality. Even simple requests like sending empty plates or cutlery to the room came with an extra charge (100 bhat), which felt unreasonable and unprofessional. Late check-out was also strictly charged, even though we checked in at 3 am instead of the standard 3 pm, and even though we had booked three rooms, they still insisted on charging for just keeping one room for a bit longer (Instead of 12 pm, we had to check out at 4:30 pm). They asked for 1700 Bhat just for 4 hours. It honestly felt like every interaction was about money, not service, making the entire stay frustrating and far from what you’d expect from a hotel of this standard. Overall, the service fell far below expectations. The lack of attentiveness and genuine care made the entire stay frustrating rather than relaxing. It’s disappointing when a hotel prioritises transactions over guest experience, and unfortunately, that was exactly the case here. I would not recommend staying here if you value good service and a customer-focused approach.

The pool area is stunning, the breakfast is delicious, and the service is exceptionally warm. It’s the perfect peaceful retreat close to all the action. Highly recommended!

• John Bouzzo (1/5): - Nothing I stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Phuket Deevana Patong expecting a relaxing experience at a reputed 4-star property, but my time by the pool was ruined by extremely rude behavior from the pool staff. While lounging at the pool, I simply asked for a few ice cubes to cool my drink of water Instead of assisting politely, the staff refused outright and accusing me of bringing drink from outside the hotel, the staff got verbally abusive, and demanded 60 baht for just 6 ice cubes! This felt incredibly petty and unprofessional. I immediately complained to the on-site manager about the incident, hoping for some resolution or at least an apology. Unfortunately, she showed no interest in listening to my concerns and brushed it off completely and left with no ice. For a hotel branding itself as 4-star with modern comfort and warm hospitality, this level of service is unacceptable. Small gestures like providing ice should be basic courtesy for guests, especially at the pool area. This experience left a sour taste and overshadowed the rest of my stay. I hope management addresses staff training and customer care, as it's far below the standards one expects here. Not recommended if you value respectful service.

• 506smitt (8/5): good - it’s a good experience to stay at Ramada. Room is very good and larger swimming pool area is very good. Breakfast is very normal. Not good Indian choice if you are stay for comfort and big room sites. Ramada is good but food quality is not good.

No wonder it has so many good reviews. They took great care of us and arranged a wonderful room for our special occasion. I will definitely be back. It was great.

• Companion45166838651 (10/5): Perfect - I recently stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a truly pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the front desk team made me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed — including fast Wi-Fi, a comfy bed, and a modern bathroom. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet — a wide variety of dishes, both local and international, all fresh and delicious. The restaurant staff were attentive and very polite. The location is perfect too — close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to explore the Patong city.
• mansir58 (2/5): Rude and Impolite Staff - Our experience at the hotel was not great. The issues started from the time of check-in and continued throughout our stay. The most disappointing part was that, on several occasions, I noticed the staff speaking in Thai and laughing, which felt as though they were judging us. On a few occasions, this was quite evident. Such behavior, whether during check-in or at breakfast, made us feel very uncomfortable and should not be acceptable, especially when hosting international guests.

Beach is walking distance from the hotel. Cleaniness, especially the washroom. We had to call room service to clean the washroom as the staff missed to clean the washrooms!

• billsmillie (10/5): Vacation time - We love coming back to this hotel, the staff are excellent and go above and beyond to make your stay great. The check in was fast, and all our luggage transferred to our room straight away. After a whole day travelling, we decided to have room service, the menu was great and a good selection, and before we knew it, our food arrived. The best thing about it was the staff remembered us from last visit, and we found that special. Breakfast next day was an awesome buffet, great selection and plenty to fill you up for the day.

The Bathroom was very small and room also was bit small. The water wasn’t draining very well during shower. Needed to wait for water to drain. Also Ac was making a bit of noise.

• Vasudha (6/5): Not recommended - The rooms are good and clean The staff is unfriendly, not very welcoming. We had to go to the Similan islands and it was 6.20am, the breakfast is suppose to start at 6.30am, we requested for a cappuccino and the machine was also on but they straightaway refused although we had breakfast included in our package. We were not going to have breakfast that day as we were going to the islands but still they denied a cup of coffee. It was bad. The location is also not very great.

So good location not far to the patong beach and Walking Street bangla road,shopping mall you can walk about 15minute.
