• William (8/5): Quick stay in Tupleo - Ease to get to and out of location from the Natchez Trace. Window dressing. Perhaps some sheers could be added in addition to the curtains. Can feel the room open up having not to close curtains and have the sheers only to cover the windows. I always like a room that has both the sheers behind the curtain.

I didn’t like that the lobby was only accessible by ringing a bell to alert attention to my checking in. I also didn’t realize access to rooms was from outside, but not that big of a deal. We did not go in the pool, we did not eat breakfast there. We had no pets. We stayed at the same hotel on the way home and the room was awful. Smelled so bad like a mixture of urine and stale smoke. If I had not been so tired I would have asked to change rooms or ask for refund. Probably won't stay again in the future if we travel. The cost and the smell of the room. First time through was okay. Second was awful and at the same hotel. Big difference

Room had a very heavy smoke odder, couch seemed to be old very old. I did not stay I let them know my concerns and I left. I stayed down the road a bit at Best Western much much nicer and only a few dollars more. I travel for work and like to try some of the smaller non chain types they normally are nice and the staff always are good and have great personalities. This place not so. Kind of felt like I should be paying by the hour.

First, we can't go inside the lobby, we have to stand at a window outside and we barely can hear them through the window. When I go on trips, I order my rooms so far ahead, so I forgot if I booked for accessible. I asked him can I get a room on the first floor because my mom can't walk up the stairs. He got an attitude and said that he would have to see what he have. I then asked if they hav elevators he said no. I became frustrated because his attitude was nasty. My cousin was standing there and told him well if he didn't have anything on the first floor we couldn't stay there. That is when he became really upset. He came back to the window and told me that he would charge me a $50 deposit and the room price. I gave him my card and told him to let me unlock it. He swiped my card and then I locked it back. I was still scrolling through my phone when he swiped it again and got upset because it declined. I hear him yell out is your card unlock because I received a $10 charge because it declined. I started yelling back and said I thought you swipe for both at one time, so when my phone said the payment came out I lock it back. I told him that customer service is everything and if he going to be at the front desk, he need to adjust his attitude. I never had any bad experience booking a room through Expedia. Then that is when he started calming down.
