• Yi Hsuan (10/5): - Got an upgrade to a 3-bed room with Booking.com Genius. The hotel is located right in the center of downtown. There are supermarkets next door and across the road. Folks are very willing to help, and helped us call a free pickup for dinner. Quite a few restaurants nearby and are walking reachable. The wifi in the room was not promising, but the lobby one is quite stable and fast.

• Gabriel (9/5): - The hotel is very well located in the center of Koror, close to restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. Breakfast is simple, but they change it every day. Without a doubt, the best thing about the hotel is its staff! A special mention for Eleen and Joy, who helped me book all my excursions and were always smiling and willing to help with anything I needed. This hotel is a great option if you want to be centrally located and use it as a base for different excursions or for diving trips.

• Andrei (7/5): - Staff is amazing, really helpful. Location is excellent. Room was clean. The hotel seems a bit old, breakfast is basic without many options . Bathroom was smelling, the smell going inside the room as well. Too expensive for what it offers .
• Selim (1/5): Dirty Sheets and Towles, Bad Breakfast, Great Staff - Very friendly and helpful staff. I had a room on the top floor and payed about 150USD. No view. A luggage carrying service is offered. I liked the free postcard service. That is a great idea! Palau is a very pricy destination. I was in a 3 bed room, all three beed sheets and the towels were dirty. So it is a pity that the breakfast is not good (I was in 3 Hotels on Palau) but there is room for improvement especially if you pay higher rates, funny enough everything is very available and compared to Switzerland not that much more expensive. I dont understand why they do not manage to set up a good breakfast. Less is more, keep it simple: check how long your guests stay on average, then have two options per day and repeat. Stop giving the guest the impression you are stingy.

• Shonan 1 (8/5): Best reception staff members! - レセプションのスタッフがどの日のメンバーでも非常に対応が良かった。嫌な顔一つせずに色々と旅行の相談にのってくれ、手配もしてくれた。 とても便利なロケーションにあり、向かいはスーパーもあるショッピングセンター。歩いていける範囲に多くのレストランがある。 清潔には保たれているものの、設備は古い。またエレベーターが無い。（大きな荷物はスタッフが運んではくれるが。。）
• Yoshiyuki (8/5): - ダウンダウンの中心部にあって、目の前にショッピングセンターがあり、レストランもたくさんあるので、特に一人旅の私にとってはとても便利です。部屋も広く清潔感もあります。シャワーもお湯がしっかり出るのもありがたい。 良く冷える冷蔵庫も備え付けられています。 少し朝食はしょぼいかなと思いますが、あまり量を食べない私としては特に問題はありませんでした。リゾートなので二人以上で泊まればさほど感じないかと思いますが、円安と相まって一人旅には少し割高です。

• Evi (9/5): Heel fijn - Goede ligging in het centrum vlakbij allerlei supermarkten en restaurants. Kamers zijn mooi ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Erg vriendelijk personeel en kan alles voor je regelen. Ontbijt zou iets beter kunnen worden bijgevuld na 9 uur. Ik snap dat ze niet te veel willen weggooien om 9.30 uur, maar nu waren sommige dingen (zo goed als) op.
• Ivan (8/5): Great stay - We had a great stay overall. The staff were very kind and accommodating. The room was clean, the shower pressure was great, there was also a Dyson hairdryer (my wife was over the moon). AC and small fridge working well. The location is perfect in downtown Koror, with a great (probably the best) coffee shop - RUR cafe just next door. Rent a car company across the road, bus stop 50m up the road. Convenience store and ATM also across the road. The hotel has its own parking, so that was convenient as well. Bubble tea shop around the corner. The hotel can organise all tours for you with pick up and drop off from the lobby. The buffet breakfast options were a bit disappointing, despite the amazing muffins! Overall the hotel left a bit worn and in need of refreshment, but seems like that is common in Palau.

Nicely remodeled property n yummy breakfast that was different for the 4 nights we stayed. Special thanks to the ladies at front desk: Yssa, Joy, Eleen, Marielle and Genny; they went above and beyond with their smiles and hospitality very helpful with tips on stores n restaurants nearby. They were all very patient with all the guests all around .. so pleasant to see and speak with them. kudos to the hard working cleaning staff too... whom we didn't see much but noticed they did a great job. Hotel offered pick up and drop off from/to airport and car rentals at very reasonable pricing. everything was excellent.

Very clean, very friendly and kind staff - they even helped me book a tour very last minute, great breakfast, everything is provided - toothpaste, slippers, showergel, water machine per floor, coffee/tea and beach towels. Great view and nice balcony Wifi was alittle slow but better then I expected. The fridge in my room was filled with mold but I didn’t use it so it was fine

• Sina (3/5): Nicht zu empfehlen - Zentrale Lage und sehr freundliches Personal Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, die Dusche war stark verschmutzt und die Duschmatte voller Schimmel. Zudem roch es im gesamten Zimmer sehr modrig. Im Kühlschrank fanden wir sogar noch Essensreste vom vorherigen Gast. Auch das Frühstück war eine absolute Katastrophe. Insgesamt können wir dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen und es hat definitiv keine 4 * verdient!

• Maria (9/5): All went well, would recommend it. - Staff was very accommodating and helpful. They had water bottle filling stations and the amenities in the room made were quite nice. Location is excellent as you are just across one of the main supermarkets. They also have some souvenirs at the lobby if you're in need. The bathroom's shower and the breakfast weren't my favourite but they worked and were sufficient.

• Olivia Simeon (9/5): Convention locations, free breakfast, bad parking - I love this hotel especially that it's in the heart of Koror next to the Surangel shopping center, the Best Coffee at Rur Cafe below, The Penthouse for local/Filipino food and a nail and barber shop in one. A massage below, Bobba tea café, and a Car rental across the street. They also have a massage center next door. I enjoyed the free breakfast and customer service! I didn't like the parking space. If you rent a vehicle, you can't park in the front. You may park just to unload your suitcases, but you must move your vehicle to the back of the building and climb a steep flight of stairs. Thankful you can ask staff to help you carry your luggage as your rooms are either on the 2nd or 3rd floor. There are no elevators!

• Avinash (7/5): All in all a good stay with the exception of the above especially the evening internet. - The staff are always superfriendly and attentive. The wifi in the evening gets pretty slow and for me needing to attend video calls was practically impossible. During the day it was OK. This was my second visit in two years. I have to say the exterior of the hotel looked more neglected. Inside and in the rooms everything is perfect, clean, modern. I just wished it wouldn't look so run-down from the outside. A bit of paint would be nice.

• Nadine (7/5): Defintiely to best balance of clean/reliable and location/affordability. - The staff are super friendly and extremely helpful at helping vavigate the ilands (where to eat, drive, see things, shop, etc), The place is seiouisly date but not unlike the rest of Palau unless you wish to pay $500USD+ a night! Breakfast is very much Asian oriented so be prepared for something a little out of the ordinary for "wetern" tastes. Think cut up hotdogs, stirfy noddles, cabbage and spring rolls. one int he week we were their they had fried eggs! it was a treat.

• Bonnie (10/5): Nice hotel - Lovely hotel, lovely staff. The room was very comfortable, it’s in downtown Koror and easy to walk to most sites in town. They arranged both a snorkeling trip and rental car for me at more reasonable prices than I found online and made me very comfortable.

• Yasuko (10/5): - All staff members are really friendly, caring and helpful. Facility is clean, and the wifi connection seem to have improved a lot I had no trouble attending some teams meetings. The room I stayed was a twin room and was spacious with good amenities. The hair dryer, particularly is the best one I’ve used in hotels in Palau. Downside is, if I have to point out, there’s no elevator so you’ll have to walk up and down, but it was a good exercise for me. There are many shops and restaurants around so good for solo divers as well.

Clearness in room is not very good, the first day they haven’t finished making the bed but allowing us to check in . The third day house keeper forgot to put toilet paper in the restroom.

They arranged for transport to the airport, which was on time and efficient. The buffet breakfast was not great. During our stay the week before we had an a la carte menu. The hotel allows smokers just outside the entrance, so it is impossible to not breathe second hand smoke whilst entering the hotel.

Breakfast was simple but hot and nourishing; free flowing black filter coffee all day. Staff organise tours for you, and provide free beach towels. Free parking at the back. Wifi is very weak, but there is strong free wifi available at nearby Coffee Berry Cafe and at the Super Center in Airai. Alternatively, 4G/LTE SIM cards are available for $10 from the nearby Globus store.
• Michael (10/5): - The staff were excellent. Always helpful and cheerful. Hotel is centrally located and easy to access. Stairs are the only access to the upper levels of rooms. The hotel is clean and a good choice for people not wanting the “resort” experience. The rate is moderate. Breakfast was included in our rate. The food is locally inspired and included noodle dishes, various proteins in sauces, rice, fresh fruit, muffins, toast, fruit juice, coffee or tea.
