Guest Reviews
- Stephanie (10/5): - Walkable area even in the evening. Had a free parking space. It’s slightly complicated to park there, but they gave us decent instructions to help with that. Has close access to the downtown street car system in Toronto. We didn’t need it since most things we were going to were walkable but it’s nice to have as an option. There’s a small playground outside the building if you have kids. Good restaurants relatively close by. We definitely felt safe there. Enjoyed our stay & it was a good price compared to the hotels in the area.
- HERNAN (6/5): - Was good
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Excellent location with great view of the CN Tower. Owner was very communicative and responsive and property was well maintained.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - I felt as a single woman very unsafe
There was no deadbolt on the front door of the actual condo
The sliding door didn’t lock
The parking garage I felt unsafe.
The gentleman from property management was amazing. He reacted to my texts so quickly and was so helpful.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The property is an illegal short-term rental as indicated by the sign in the elevators. When I got uncomfortable with the owner texting me multiple times with photos and videos of instructions including the fact that I had to meet someone in the street to get the keys because there was no lobby, I tried to cancel with Expedia, but they couldn't get ahold of the owner and refused to cancel my booking. With no other choice I reluctantly stayed there only to encounter the "Short-term rentals are illegal in this building" sign in the elevator. But the apartment is nice.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Clean nice comfortable place. I would recommend it.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Cozy modern feel and everything I needed. Simple and easy check in with parking.
- Patrick (10/5): First Time Toronto experience - We really enjoyed our stay at this condo that is located right downtown in Toronto. It was within walking distance to restaurants, stores, and BMO field which we were there for the MLS cup. It was a perfect size for the 2 of us especially since we didn't stay there that long.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great location in Queen West / Trinity Bellwoods area. Walking distance of transit and plenty of dining and late-night options. Really nice modern room with separate bedroom and a pullout couch.
- Jaz (8/5): Apartment - This is not a hotel but an apartements building. It is well located, just a corner from The Drake Hotel that offers a king of rooftop bar/restaurant and a nightclub. There's Queen street a hundred feet from the building, which is nice too because of the variety of boutiques, restaurants and other business offered.
The apartment was nice, even for a group of 4 people (2 couples). It was a little bit strange to go get the keys at the coffee shop in front of the building but Aaron was really present and helpfull for all the questions that we had.
- Ronald (6/5): Room was OK at best. No suite as advertised. - Upon arrival the room keys were not available. Had to drive in circles until the maid ran the keys down to us. The room wasn't ready, the bed wasn't made, only one coffee pod was found and there was only a half a roll of TP !
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great location and nice view! - Very comfortable mini appartment with great view. Very close to downtown, and in a fun neighborhood. Perfect spot for Toronto!
- Randy (10/5): Great location in a trendy location - Excellent location near to the a vibrant dynamic arts community. This would be my go to location for TO going forward. I walked with both kids downtown each day (40 minutes walk to watch the jays). The Drake and Gladstone hotel and myriads of places to eat and drink all just minutes from your door. The suite was clean and pleasant in a quiet end suite. I did not hear anyone around me. Kitchen and bedroom were functional and the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable.
Any issues were addressed via text, more for clarification for me. The more i travel and stay in downtown TO, the more i realize that locations like this just outside are way more fun and chilled.
- Laura (10/5): - The room was lovely! Aaron and Alexandra were friendly and helpful. We had a great stay.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great place! - Great place! Cozy condo, all the comforts of home with city view

- David (8/5): - Nice place, good value. Parking max height at 6'2 so could not accommodate a larger vehicle. Would stay again.
- Jose (10/5): Convenient hotel - We stayed for a Family night out in the city. The view was nice and the location was excellent! The host had phenomenal communication. I would stay again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great Condo Suite - Aaron, the owner I believe (not sure) was extremely helpful! The instructions given were very detailed and well put together. Extremely clean. Beautiful view. Everything you would need for your stay is accessible to you in the suite. The parking garage came as great help. I will stay here everytime I visit Toronto. Excellent set up AOCS.
- Thomas (10/5): Awesome Condo, Great View - Awesome Service, easy check-in and out.
