REIKO (7/5): 温泉三昧 - 温泉もいつでも入れるし、サウナと岩盤浴もあって、のんびりするに最適だったこと。食事はビュッフェで好きなものを好きなだけ食べ、食後の運動に卓球もできたこと。建物が古いこと。特にエレベーターの扉の足元が、飲食店のように黒くなっていて、掃除されていたとしても清潔感に欠けると感じたところ。

Guest (4/5): また利用したいとは思えない。 - 朝食はまぁまぁよかった。お風呂も良かった。夕食のバイキングが全体的に味が濃かったりお寿司が乾燥していたりデザートの味が美味しくなかった。フロントの方がよくわかっていないことがあり、対応がよくなかった。朝の挨拶、帰る時の挨拶が良くなかった。部屋の便座が冷たいなど。

大浦 (8/5): よかったです。 - 食事が非常に美味しかった 3世代で2部屋予約したが、別館と本館に別れることになり不便だった。バスタオルやタオルの追加レンタルが有料だったのは残念でした。

田伏 (7/5): - スタッフにみなさん総じてテキパキといい感じでした。鍵をスペアと渡されたんですが帰り一つしか無く捜しても無く迷惑をかけてしまいました。こちらも悪いのですが、弁償してくれ一万円かかると言われ悲しい思いをしました。もう少し優しく言って欲しかった。

Keiko (7/5): まぁ、まぁかな。 - フロントの方がとても親切で、ホテルに着いた時からとても宿泊が楽しいものになりました。お風呂場の脱衣所がとっても暑くて温泉でゆっくり温まりましたが、暑すぎて汗がひけなくて困りました。
西 (10/5): - 温泉もきれいでゴールデンウィークで満室だったのに、ゆったり入る事ができました。食事もどれもおいしくゆっくりお腹いっぱい食べることができました。カラオケや卓球も楽しむ事ができよかったですフットマッサージ機があったので、使用したかったのですが、マンガを読みながらされていたので、中々空かずできなかったのが、残念でした

TANIMOTO (6/5): 悪くはないけど特にオススメはしません - 食事は全般美味しかったし種類も豊富でした。スタッフさん１人とてもスマイルで対応していただきました。バスタオルやフェイスタオルが１セットずつしかなかった。ウェルカムのお菓子がなかった。洗面台の下の扉に何故か予備のコップなどが入っててありえませんでした。不衛生です。
NAO (10/5): ゴールデンウィークのよい思い出になりました！ - スタッフの皆さん、丁寧かつ迅速、優しく対応してくださりとても心地よく過ごせました。夕食も朝食も子供達も喜んで食べ、楽しい食事ができました。うちの子供達はもうお世話にはなっておりませんが、ベビーフードも取り揃えてありとても素敵だなと思いました。家族連れにとても優しいお宿だと思いました(^^) 本当にありがとうございました！よくなかったと言うわけではないのですが、洗面台に椅子があると座ってドライヤーができるのでありがたいです。

Peter (5/5): Hotel in need of serious maintenance. - Breakfast buffet and dinners were fantastic. Staff were terrific especially in the restaurant. Bath was dirty. Stained wallpaper in room. Corridor leading to room was cold, damp and musty. Mouldy wallpaper. No view from outside onsen bath. Located too far away from Yamanaka main street with no public bus. Half hour walk with luggage from nearest bus stop.

Igarashi (7/5): 車旅の人にはいいかも - 朝食がおいしかったです　朝食会場のスタッフの方達がフレンドリーで　焼きたてクロワッサンを勧められたり　雰囲気の良い中で食事ができました　温泉もよかったです加賀温泉駅からバスに乗って宿に向かいましたが　最寄りのバス停から10分ほど歩かなくてはならず　鉄道、バス旅の私にとっては不便でした　送迎バスがあったら最高なんですが
Tsz Fung (8/5): Great price value ratio in that aera. - below 14000yen, excellent buffet dinner and breakfast, room size, onsen(hot spring), nice staff. great promenades and riverview nearby. Very high price value ratio. 10min walk from closest bus station, but good promenades. room not really clean, few insect corpse on wall (5 i found), toliet not clean. not much drink and snack to buy in shop.

Verified traveler (4/5): フロント対応が最悪 - 特に可もなく不可もなく。価格を考えればもう少しサービスがあってもいいと思うがまあ及第点。清掃も行き届いている。食事処のスタッフは皆活気があってよかった。最悪なのはフロントの受付。外面だけは丁寧だがおよそ客に対する態度では無かった。
KUMIKO (4/5): - Gの赤ちゃんがトイレに5匹、部屋に1匹いて自分でとりました。みかけたのは本当に小さい赤ちゃんのやつで良かったですが、ちょっと数が多いので部屋の消毒？した方がいいと思いました。飲食店で働いているので、Gの赤ちゃんを何匹も見かけるようになったら消毒業者にお願いしています。対策をお願いします。

Hamaguchi (5/5): もう少し安くても良いかと思う。 - フロントスタッフが1人だけどテキパキとしていて混雑してなかった。レストランスタッフは、新人さんのフォローや良く気がつく方たちでした。朝夕食付き・温泉付きスーツケース2個を1人で運んでるのを見ても、声がけも手助けもしないスタッフはそのように教育されているのでしょうか？古い施設ですが、改善できる箇所は多々あると思います。
