MASAKAZU (6/5): - リーニューある語ということで館内が明るくきれいなのはよかったが部屋のドアがスムーズに開閉できず鍵も使いにくかったのが不便だった。スタッフの皆さんの対応はフロントやレストラン（洗い場の方を含め）明るく親切でよかった。肝心の温泉については源泉かけ流しでないのは仕方がないとしても朝方の風呂で湯船に湯が流れていない？（夜中にたまったまま状態？）なのは寂しい気がしてとても残念に感じた。

Jun (6/5): サービスは良いがハードウエアが。。。 - 従業員の方のサービスは非常に良かったです。バイキングも値段を考えれば種類も多く、地域の郷土料理に近いものはおいしかったです。本館に泊まりましたが、設備が古く機能はしていても、扉の軋みや重みが激しかったり、隣の部屋の声がまる聞こえだったり、空調の強弱がコントロールしにくかったり、相当ストレスを感じました。また、何の臭いかはわかりませんが、部屋は独特の臭いがしました。交通手段は湯快リゾートの無料送迎バスに限られ、レンタカーが無いと行動は制限されます。特に、チェックアウトの日は乗りたかった送迎バスが満席で、タクシーも捕まらず、相当早く駅に到着する路線バスで移動せざるを得ず、また、路線バスも一番近いバス停の路線は本数が少なく、大人だけならまだしも、子供連れには絶望的な立地です。行った日はお湯も温度が低く、入っている人のマナーも、騒いだり、ある場所を占領したり、余り良くなかったです。従業員の方のサービスは非常に良いだけにこのハードウエアのマイナスは相当残念です。

Keijiro (8/5): - プレミアムタイプになってからどう変わったのか気になり宿泊食事に関してはお寿司と自分の席での焼肉にプラスしてバイキングが付いてくるすたみな太郎みたいな感じでしたお寿司はシャリに赤酢を使用しておりネタもよくはないですが以前の湯快リゾートに比べたら良くはなってます焼肉のお肉に関しては正直あまりよくはなく油だらけだったり、固くて噛みきれなかったりと残念でしたお寿司と焼肉をメインに謳っているからか他のバイキングのメニュー数が少ないのも残念でしたプレミアムタイプでも値段が1番安いところのレベルは前の湯快リゾートとそんなに変わっていないのであまり期待するのは禁物です食事以外の温泉だったり施設に関しては年季は感じますが綺麗にされていてとてもよかったですスタッフの方の対応もとてもよかったです次は同じ湯快リゾートの山中温泉でも少し値段が高いよしのやさんのほうへ泊まってみて同じプレミアムタイプでもどう違うのか体験してみたいと思います

Verified traveler (6/5): - 入浴も食事も三部制でした。お風呂は広いので、ゆったりとできました。食事はバイキングで、決められた時間より少し遅れて入ったほうが、並ばずに食べ物をとれます（食事の席数は多く、食べ物の補充も十分です）。今回は子供の希望が「バイキング」だったので、初めから旅館でのサービス等を求めていなかったので、全体的には満足です。
