Calvin (6/5): Fair and pleasant stay despite AC issue. Affordable price and great location. - The location is very good. Staff were friendly and quick in responding to the room issues. Check in and out process were fast and smooth. Even provide bathroom slippers, disposable slippers and bathroom ammenity kits. The hotel was abit dated as the AC in the room that we checked in was not cold despite setting in cool mode and 16 degrees Celcius, full blast, but was still warm. The reception arranged to change another room for us and the other room AC though was cold but was making loud noises from the AC. Overall room maintenance could be improved.

The staff need to be more friendly but they were gud and helpful. Plz included Malay Chinese and indian channels. Be more multi racial.Keep up the gud work.thanks Hope the hotel have more tv channels in all languages specially in basic 3 ..my bathroom water flow was a bit bad bcz the water drainage was bad flowed slowly wen showering flood a bit.

If parking is provide it will appreciate because we visit occasionally we can't download each state apps for one or two days stay.kindly look into this area.
