- masaaki (8/5): 規模とサービスは良いですが、設備劣化が目立つ - 能登地方で行われたオートバイのツーリングイベントに参加する際にお世話になりました。 非常に大きな施設で部屋もたくさん。お気に入りは入浴施設。 洗い場も浴槽も広く、七尾湾を眼下に観れる露天風呂は良かったですね。 あと夕食はバイキング形式で好きなものを食べれるスタイルも家族連れには良いかと思います。 少し残念なのは、設備が劣化したままの物が目立つ事ですね。
- Hsiang-Ju (8/5): 有點歷史也還可以的溫泉飯店 - 與家人同行，三人一晚的住宿(一泊二食)台幣不到9000元，飯店有點歷史了，但是房間清潔尚可(可以接受的程度，只是地毯有些污漬)。房間可以容下三個大行李打開，溫泉浴場算乾淨，飯店晚上外面沒什麼人但是滿安靜的，停車場好停車，以這個價錢來說是可以接受了。

- Michael (6/5): - It was nice for the price, but the room was bunk beds with no bathroom. Also you have to sign up to use the onsen, 30 minute time slots so get there early to have better choices. And lastly be careful, they tried to sign me up for breakfast that was like 150 dollars.
- AKIRA (8/5): 温泉が良かったです。 - 初めて宿泊しましたが、ちょうど夏休み中で家族連れが多く、賑やかでした。リーズナブルな価格なので、設備やサービスに期待はできませんが、必要な範囲では問題はありません。何といってもここは露天風呂が最高です。一点改善して欲しい点は、朝食バイキングで洋食系のメニューが少ないのでもう少し充実させて欲しいです。

- Verified traveler (8/5): オーシャンビューのお部屋と露天風呂 - お部屋はオーシャンビューでゆっくり海を眺めながら過ごせました。 露天風呂が岩ぶろとインフィニティの２つあり、それぞれ楽しめます。インフィニティに日の出の時間帯に入浴する海と能登半島と能登島が綺麗に浮かび上がってきて赴きがあります。 宿にはレンタサイクルがあり、お祭り会館や足湯、七福神巡りにとても便利でした。 コロナ対策で夕食、朝食会場は密にならないよう配慮され、ゆっくり食事が出来ました。

- NAOAKI (10/5): また宿泊したいです。 - チェッツクインはとてもスムーズで親切でした。浴衣は、自分の好みに合わせてロビーで選んで部屋へ持参します。ロビーからの海の景色は、何とも言えないくらいきれいです。部屋はリクエスト通りの景色の良い静かな高層階でした。ただ昔の建物なので造りは古く感じられますが、掃除は行き届いていて安心です。露天風呂からの景色は、湯船が海につながているような作りで解放感いっぱいです。夕食・朝食はバイキングですが、コロナウイルス対応がされていてビニール手袋を各自がつけてトングを使うため安心できました。また種類も豊富でいおしかったです。

- よしひろ (6/5): - 自室の洗面施設の排水口などの 老朽化が気なりました。 建物きしみ音や上の階の足音や きしみの音がかなりしており 老朽化が気になりなりました。 温泉施設については非常に気持ち良く 使うこどができました。 接客サービスの対応には 気持ち良く感じましたが 省人化からのセルフ対応で こんな感じかなと 納得すべきところは時代として いた仕方ないとおもいました。

- MASAKAZU (10/5): コスパ最高の宿 - 〈とても良かった点〉 ・チェックイン時に好きなサイズや柄の浴衣が選べる ・卓球、ビリヤードが無料 ・漫画コーナーやテレビゲームコーナーがあり楽しめる ・夕食バイキングはすき焼きしゃぶしゃぶもあり種類も多い ・お風呂は海と一体化していて爽快 ・大浴場脱衣所に結構高級なマッサージチェアがあり、しかも無料 〈もう少しと思った点〉 ・治部煮はあったができれば郷土料理がもう少しあるとよいと思う ・フルーツが少ない ・送迎が8人乗りのミニバンなので混雑時には早めの予約が必要 〈総合的には〉 チェックイン時に部屋までの案内なし、布団は始めから部屋に敷いてある、チェックアウトは機械で精算など旅館的なサービスはないが、その分価格を抑えていることを考えるととても良い方式だと思います。 全国に湯快リゾートがあるので機会があればまた泊まりたいと思います。

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Tolle Lange direkt am Wasser, ein schöner Onsen mit außenbereich und Großem Buffet. Leider ist die Sauberkeit im kompletten Hotel eine Katastrophe. Es könnte so schön sein wenn mal einer den Staub und Schmutz beseitigen würde und die Hausmeister notwendige Reparaturen durchführen würden. Das gilt leider auch für den Essensbereich. In den Zimmern im siebten Stock für die ich mal sprechen will sind hölzernen Einrichtungen Stark angeschlagen, nicht gepflegt und die Nikotinreste der letzten 10 Jahre kleben auf den Fenstergriffen. Der Staub hängt von der Decke und an den Tapeten, Sitzmöglichkeit haben Schmutzflecken, Brandstellen und sind nicht in guter Verfassung. Die Nasszellen haben nichts mit den Fotos auf der Webseite zu tun. Sie sehen aus wie aus den 70er Jahren, sind Schmuddelig und sollte dringend ausgewechselt werden. Bei unserem Bad wurde vor einiger Zeit die Wandlampe und der Wasserhahn ausgewechselt und die Staub- bzw. die Kalkränder der Alten Dinge wurde nicht einmal ansatzweise entfernt. Sehr schade im ganzen.
- Jack (8/5): Nice chain hotel for the price - Check in was quick and easy, there was construction in the front of the hotel and it seemed many of the construction workers took most of the parking near the front of the hotel. You probably need a car to get to this hotel, but check it out before you book. The hotel is a large hotel that is a typical "bubble boom" hotel that had probably been bought out by this chain hotel company. With that, you can expect somewhat dated facilities. But, in my opinion, it is good for the price we paid here. The other hotels nearby are newer, and thus the price is higher. The room we stayed in was a family style room originally booked as a smoking room, but the front desk was able to make the change to a non-smoking room. Room was clean, new tatami mats, but dated. English is not widely spoken here as you are off the normal path, but the staff try. The half board includes both dinner and breakfast buffet, and offers western dishes, as well as traditional Japanese food. One word about the rotenburo (outside bath), the guest room balconies are at such an angle that it might be viewed from certain guest rooms. We just stuck with the regular onsen and didn't go back to the rotenburo after I noticed this. Checkout is via Kiosk, so quick and easy.

- Verified traveler (6/5): 海が一望できるお風呂（温泉）のホテル - そこそこ快適に過ごせました。 露天風呂と大浴場が別の場所にあって、同じ場所ならもっとよいと感じました。
- Margaret (8/5): - The hotel location and meals it offered are excellent. The rooms are very spacious and facing the ocean .However the premises , furnishing are really worn out and dated. The rooms are quite dirty in Japanese standard. Still worth while with the rate it charged. The front desk staff are extremely helpful and friendly.
- Hirokazu (4/5): 残念 - 出迎えの従業員がいないため、車をどこに停めたらよいのかわからなかった。 食事は、海の幸を期待していたが、どこでも食べられるレベル。非常にがっかりした。 部屋、特にユニットバスはパッキンやカーテンがカビだらけ。 カラオケルームが無料（昼間）なのはうれしいが、ソファーがボロボロだった。 全体的に１～１０評価で３程度（同レベルのホテル旅館と比較して）

- Jessica (10/5): Beautiful, relaxing experience - This hotel was overall a pleasant experience. Food options were plentiful for both dinner and breakfast. The room offered a beautiful view of the ocean, and the facilities were well-functional, and clean. I wanted to book a non-smoking room but they were all taken, so I went with the smoking room. The staff was so accommodating and deodorized the room so well I could not tell it had ever been a smoking room.
