• Karin (6/5): Gutes Mittelklassehotel in guter Lage nähe City - Für ein paar Tage reicht die Größe der Zimmer gut aus, für einen längeren Aufenthalt wären sie uns zu klein gewesen. Was sehr beengt ist, sind die Duschen für korpulente Menschen. Da sich die Duschtür nur nach innen öffnen lässt, das sollte evtl mal abgeändert werden. Was aber sehr positiv ist, ist dass die Lobby/Bar 24/7 besetzt ist und man sich schon beim reinkommen wohl fühlt. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist richtig schmackhaft, für einen guten Preis und das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Von daher für einen Kurzaufenthalt immer wieder gerne, da auch der Weg in die City zu Fuß in Kürze erreichbar ist.

• Sunghwan (8/5): - We really appreciated that the receptionist allowed us to check-in early! We were coming from a long flight, and when we arrived in the hotel, it was noon. We were so tired from the flight that we needed to take shower and rest. Although check-in time is 3 pm, the receptionist used her discretion and let us check in early. Definitely would like to come back next time.

Die schoben sich ständig auseinander. Auf die Betten lagen lose draufgelegte Matratzen. Diese rutschen ebenso. Sonst gibt es wohl nur französische Größe Für große Menschen schlecht. Gut ist es als Mitglied 15% zu erhalten. Bei der Parkplatzsuche Gabe es keine ordentliche Beschreibung. Frühstück mittelmäßig

• Rainer (4/5): - Stickig im Zimmer - Klimaanlage defekt, das wird ephemistisch mit "Vermeidung eines ökologischen Fußabdruckes" beschrieben. Also Fenster geöffnet, der Lärm von draußen unerträglich. Folge: fehlender Schlaf und daher deswegen keine Empfehlung, zumindest in den Sommermonaten. Positiv: der 24/7-Service und die guten Cocktails.
• Selma (8/5): - Das Hotel ist super gelegen, zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber. Die Zimmer könnten mit ein wenig Farbe zusätzlich noch freundlich aussehen - ist aber nur ein subjektiver Vorschlag, vielleicht gefällt es manchen auch so?!? Leider mussten innerhalb von zwei Tagen unsere Zimmerkarten zweimal neu kodiert werden, da sich die Tür nicht mehr öffnen ließ. Hier hätte ich mir vom Personal am Empfang ein wenig mehr freundliches Entgegenkommen erwartet und keine genervten Verbesserungsvorschläge wie "haben Sie die Karte auch richtig eingesteckt?" (wie sind wir denn wohl vorher rein gekommen???). Insgesamt ein Hotel, das ich wieder wählen und auch weiterempfehlen würde. Ein paar Tupfer Farbe und ein wenig mehr Freundlichkeit beim Personal würde jedoch nicht schaden.
• Michael (10/5): Arcaden next hotel makes a great location - Within 5 - 10 minutes walk to train station. Across the street from hotel is a very nice mall (Arcaden). Between Arcaden and next to and above train tracks is a walk way to bahnhof. Arcaden and the area have some good shops and restaurants. Very good breakfast. Great bed.

• Stefan (4/5): - Wir schliefen in der Nacht vom 5. August auf den 6. August im Hotel. Leider hatten wir bei der Buchung einen Fehler gemacht und hatten das Zimmer vom 4. auf den 5. August reserviert. Ich erwarte bei einem eigenen Fehler kein Entgegenkommen des Hotels, aber ein Wort des Mitgefühls hilft einem in dieser Situation. Beim Rezeptionisten vermisste man aber komplett das Thema "Gastgeber". Es gab auch keine Frage, ob wir frühstücken wollen, oder eine Erklärung, wo sich das Zimmer befindet. Das Zimmer selbst war sauber, aber es gab kein Handtuch für die Hände und die Bettmatratze lag abschüssig. Fehlende Ablagemöglichkeiten in der Dusche und der komplett fehlende Wasserdruck rundeten das Bild ab.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - Habe bei der Online-Buchung ein falsches Datum angegeben. Laut AGBs ist hier keine stornierung mehr möglich. Nach Rückfrage war es aber jedoch auch nicht mehr möglich dafür einen Gutschein auszustellen oder das Datum zu ändern. Musste somit den vollen Preis zahlen ohne dort gewesen zu sein - Schade!

• Gaston (4/5): Baja calidad y falta de preocupación - Lo único bueno es su ubicación, cerca de la estación de tren, lo cual es un atractivo para quienes se movilizan por esa forma. La habitación es pequeña, con evidente falta de limpieza especialmente en la alfombra en los bordes con la muralla, muy mal aspiradas. El desayuno muy poco abastecido y como había muchos huéspedes los dos días que estuvimos, sufrimos el problema de falta de rapidez en reponer las cosas para el desayuno. No se apreciaba interés por parte del personal en reponer pan, queso, jamón, masa dulces, etc ya que saben que igual tendrán alta ocupación por su ubicación. El personal que efectuaba la reposición del desayuno no usaba uniforme, solo ropa de calle lo cual no es muy higiénico. No regresaremos a este hotel y probaremos otra alternativa.

• michael (8/5): One Night in Regensburg - All the staff members were friendly and very helpful. We were in town to join a cruise sailing and needed to reach the cruise line. A front desk male staff tried to help by calling around...even though he did not reach the cruise director - the fact is he was willing to try. All went well for our one night stay.

• Maria (6/5): Renovation - We stayed in the IBIS for 3 nights while in Regensburg. The staff were very nice and helpful. We were given additional towels instantly when we asked. Our room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. Our only issue was that we weren't informed when booking that the hotel would be under renovation. The entire outside was covered in scaffolding and netting, which made our room quite dark and we were unable to open the window. However I am sure it will be lovely when the renovations are over.
• pete (6/5): Hotel near station - Under reconstruction but was not made clear when I booked. Bizarre room - one double bed and two singles squashed in, when I booked for 1 person. Room was dirty with a hole in bathroom door.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Comfortable hotel, a healthy walk from main sights - Comfortable hotel with air conditioning (rare in this part of the world) and a reasonable breakfast buffet. Location is convenient to the train station and its shopping mall, but on the far side of the station from the historic heart of the city (about a 20 minute walk away).
