- Christine (10/5): - Séjour de 2 nuits, chambre correcte, salle de bain un peu petite mais fonctionnelle. Petit déjeuner varié. Nous avons eu un problème de lampe qui s’est décrochée du plafond, personnel réactif, le réceptionniste nous a proposé un changement de chambre, nous a offert des bouteilles d’eau et nous avons eu une remise sur le tarif du séjour. Merci au réceptionniste .

- Jorge (4/5): - The mattress and pillows reflect the low quality of the room's furniture. Despite possessing the required conveniences, the room is not notably different from the other low-cost rooms in the complex. The room's lack of cleanliness is a significant concern. I am still waiting for communication from the director. Apart from one receptionist who was able to communicate effectively in Spanish instead of French, which I greatly appreciate, the rest of the communication was quite inadequate. The staff shows a certain disrespect for people who do not speak French as their first language.

- SALIMA (10/5): Très bien - Parking sur place payant à 6€ et petit sympa avec madeleines toutes chaudes le matin. La chambre est sympa et propre. Seul bémol, un ivrogne qui braillait à 2h du mat. (Côte cours donne sur des immeubles). Hôtel à proximité du centre et des restaurants. Tout est accessible à pied. Le personnel est top et très sympathique

Accueil très sympathique et souriant, chambres vraiment très bien tant d'un point de vue esthétique que de la propreté. Idéalement situé à proximité du centre ville historique accessible à pied en quelques minutes. Je sais où je m'arrêterai à mon prochain passage dans le secteur.

- Christine (10/5): Exceptionnel - Un hôtel chaleureux avec un personnel au petit soin. Exceptionnel, du jamais vu ! En plus très bien situé car pas un bruit bien que l'on soit en pleine ville. Le centre est à quelques mètres, très pratique pour une balade, découvrir ou aller au resto. La chambre était très agréable, spacieuse et très propre, le lit très confortable.

- Sonia (6/5): Moyen - Chambre pas assez spacieuse, petit pseudo placard, pas de coin café dans chambre rien d’offert, salle d’eau cabine caravane! Papier wc 1 feuille épaisseur et pas de brosse, pas de serviette pour main. La salle petit déjeuner pas chaleureuse spartiate ne m’a pas donné envie de prendre le petit déjeuner pour 10€. Bref beaucoup de chose à améliorer.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Bien dans l'ensemble. - Juste de passage pour une nuit l'ensemble est suffisant. Propre et confortable. Le petit déjeuner est varié. Les chambres reste correct également même si je trouve que l'ajout de la salle d'eau telle que c'est fait depuis quelques temps chez ibis, fait pièces rapporter de piètre qualité. Mais cela reste fonctionnel et c'est le principale.

- Marion (8/5): - Stayed here because it was close to the old city and had parking. The mattress was not a real mattress, but was not uncomfortable. The hotel clean and had all the necessities, but bare-boned, Was very inexpensive.
- Charles (4/5): Regular hotel with bad services staff - Arrived at hotel 22:00 after Long flight journey. Counter act very rude saying there is no services at that time and ask me to go outside. I insisted and asked for a banana fruit in the lobby, he said no, only for breakfast. The worst experience just came one day after in my check out. I asked to give me information to travel from Albi to Toulouse airport. They didn't have any idea. I searched for train station adress and phone number, and asked counter please call train station to confirm seats availability, due my poor French. She asked to walk till there. Well, after 15 min walk, boommm, train station is closed, there is no way to reach Toulouse airport on time. Meantime, being positive we always get there. I saw An hotel in front of train station Grand Hotel D'Orleans. A lovely lady help me to find a taxi (she called and arrange everything) and also offer an amazing lunch at hotel Restaurant. If you want go Albi Highly recommend Grand Hotel D'Orleans.

- mikebass2 (10/5): Outstanding value - We stayed here for two nights in September and had a very pleasant time. Car parking was easy and free, the welcome warm and helpful, the room comfortable and the breakfasts excellent (though not cheap at 9.90€). The walk into town, past ornamental fountains and illuminated water displays, was short, and the hotel quiet even though central (and the road and pavement outside was being completely remade!)
- Ian (8/5): Near Centre of Town - Found the hotel OK, car parking around the back but easy access to rooms etc. Easy access to the central part of town (about 10 mins walk) and all its facilities. Hotel does not have a restaurant, but does provide the usual French breakfast (which means no bacon & eggs!) our room was next to the lift well, so we experienced some intrusive noise from that.
- Family (10/5): Overnight stop - couldn't have been better value - An overnight stop- we arrived late with bikes- staff helpful and although midnight accommodated bikes in hotel. Underground parking full but they found another space for us. Room immaculately clean and bathroom spotless- much appreciated as some toilet hugging happened as one of party ill. Also allowed us a 1 o'clock checkout to help with this. So thank you Ibis Albi
- John (8/5): A good clean hotel close to the town centre. - The hotel was easy to find, with a small underground car park. The room was clean, but somewhat cramped. The walk-in shower in the en-suite appeared to be a recent installation, but we could not understand why there was a step up from the overall room level into the en-suite itself. We felt this was a safety hazard if one had to get up during the night in the dark.
- Bunny (8/5): Hotel with parking - If you are staying in old cities and travelling by car it is always difficult to find a hotel at a reasonable price with reliable parking. This was the best I could find in Albi and it was exactly as I expected. The hotel is typically Ibis, so don't expect anything more, but it was clean and the staff pleasant and helpful. The position is excellent, 10 minutes walk and you are in the heart of the old city of Albi, but road access is through the new part of town so you don't have to negotiate any narrow or cobbled streets. Parking is through a doorway only accessed by intercom with reception.

- Liz (10/5): Great base for exploring Albi. - Excellent location and helpful, friendly staff make this a great base for exploring Albi. Carpark is secured and costs €5 per day. Breakfast is plentiful and good quality, rooms comfortable and everything was working. Wifi is complimentary, and there is a computer with printer in the lobby. Elevators available for lugging heavy bags, and just down the road are a plethora of great restaurants, cafes and a nice park. Highly recommended.

- Jennifer (10/5): Made to feel at home - Wonderful, helpful staff and owners. We found a terrific restaurant:, St. Cecile, to the left of the same named Catherdrale. On street parking easy. Drove to 2 nearby towns recommended by owners of hotel and went to see singing monks recommended by Fodors.
