Von Samstag auf Sonntag um 22.40 Uhr sehr laut durch andere Gäste und niemand vom Personal hat für Ruhe gesorgt, Lautstarke Diskusionen und Gelächter im Gang vor unserer Tür nach Intervention meinerseits nicht besser aber noch dumme Sprüche dazu. Und das ca 15minuten lang, geht für uns gar nicht.

Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung und es hat genügend Parkplätze inklusiv Der Zimmerschlüssel hat den Dienst verweigert, auch die Rezeption konnte erst mit grösseren Schwierigkeiten die Türe öffnen. Es geht sehr lange bis warmes Wasser im Badzimmer läuft.

• Martin (5/5): - Gute Lage direkt an der Hauptachse Bern - Neuchâtel. Ausreichende Anzahl Parkplätze. Schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Es ist für mich schwer nachvollziehbar, weshalb der Preis in dieser Region locker 20 bis 30% höher liegt als in anderen vergleichbaren Lagen im Schweizer Mittelland. Vermutlich ein ungünstiges Verhältnis zwischen Angebot und Nachfrage. Da wäre es höchste Zeit, dass neue Hotels entstehen. Die gute Lage direkt an der Hauptachse kommt gepaart mit einem hohen Lärmpegel.
