- ghazi (5/5): إهرب عن فندق ذا فنيو جده - اطلالة الغرفه 516 رائعه على البحر ، مع ان اثاث الغرفه قديم جدا، موظفين الاستقبال متعاونين ، بوفيه الفطور ممتازه تأخير الدخول لاكثر من ساعتين في بوكنق مكتوب 2 ودخلونا 4:30 الغرفه قديمه والعوازل فيها صفر حيث ان ازعاج الغرفه المجاوره ل 516 طول الليل والتدخين واصوات الابواب لا تجعلك ان تنام ابداً ، ادارة الفندق للاسف لاتهتم بشكاوى النزيل

- Hazim (9/5): - Shout out to Ohoud!! Our group has booked multiple bridal packages with The Venue and all of them were led by Ohoud, she was nothing short of amazing. She took care of everything down to the smallest details and she ensured that the decorations and how everything looks exactly how they wanted it. Honestly one of the best guest relations staff we have ever seen, always has a smile on, and she makes sure all of your needs are met!

- ABDULAZIZ (7/5): - الإقامة كانت جيدة بشكل عام، لكن أعتقد أن أثاث الغرفة يحتاج إلى بعض التجديد ليكون بمستوى أفضل. كذلك شعرت أن قيمة الحجز كانت مرتفعة مقارنة بالخدمات المقدمة، حيث كنت أتمنى أن يكون المبلغ مقابل تجربة متكاملة تشمل موقع مميز وخدمات إضافية تعزز من جودة الإقامة. كما أن توفير قرآن وسجادة مع توضيح اتجاه القبلة داخل الغرفة سيكون إضافة جميلة ومفيدة للنزلاء. أتمنى أخذ هذه الملاحظات بعين الاعتبار لتحسين تجربة النزلاء مستقبلاً

- Noor (1/5): - No I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel and would strongly advise others to stay away. When we first entered the room, it was immediately clear that it had not been properly cleaned. There was a strong smell of mould and dust, which made the environment unbearable. I suffer from asthma and am highly sensitive to mould, and within a short time I became very sick and struggled to breathe. This was especially distressing as I was traveling with two babies. The way the hotel staff handled the situation made everything worse. Instead of addressing the issue properly, they kept moving us from one room to another for nearly three hours—yet every room we were shown had the same poor conditions. It felt like they were just trying to waste time rather than solve the problem. Initially, they refused to give us any refund at all, despite the fact that we could not stay in those conditions. Only after I insisted and warned them that I would report the matter to the authorities did they agree to refund just one night out of the two we had booked—which is completely unacceptable considering we didn’t stay at all. Even then, they delayed sending the refund until I followed up again. This experience was stressful, unhealthy, and extremely disappointing. The lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and refusal to take responsibility make this hotel one to avoid at all costs. Do not stay here.
