• Devin (4/5): Very hot stay no AC and no fans and window barely opens. - Great location and quiet with the airport being a 5 min tram ride away. They don’t turn on the AC unless the outside temperature is above 24°C which is ridiculous. I paid for an air conditioned room just for us to not even be able to use it. The window barely tilted open due to “safety reasons” so it didn’t cool the room down whatsoever. I wasn’t even covered up in bed and I had dripping in sweat. No fan nothing to help cool. The window being open also made it to where the airplanes were so loud you couldn’t even sleep.

• Betsy (4/5): Uncomfortable sleeping in a hot room. - Convenient location Climate control was terrible. Room was very warm and stuffy when we arrived. The AC does not turn on unless the outdoor temperature is above 24C. The instructions were to open a window, but it only opened a small bit—not enough to air out the room. The circulating fan did not work at all. We took the duvet cover off the duvet and used that as a light sheet There was no complimentary anything. As an airport hotel, I would hope at the very least some coffee would be available for those of us getting the 4:45 am shuttle for an early flight.

Odada priz sayısı yetersiz. Prizlerin konumlarıda acayip yerlerde. Üst kat ranzanın orada priz olmaması saçma olmuş. Tuvalet kapısında hiçbir şekilde kilit olmaması en büyük acayiplikti.

Staff don't care except to take your money.

• Beatrice (8/5): - Es fand eine polizeiliche Aktion statt im geschäftshaus gegenüber unseres Zimmers. Es war sehr laut bis morgens um 03.00 Uhr, um 04.00 Uhr mussten wir aufstehen zu unserem Flug.
