- Waewwan (8/5): Nice and peaceful - The location is good, staff are friendly and helpful, room is nice and clean. I appreciate it I opened the window to get some fresh air but all I got was the smell of cigarette smoke.
- Alin (1/5): - The room was claustrophobic, There is no "bathroom": Toilet is on a claustrophobic space by itself, the shower is just a cabin and the shower head was really bad to use (fixed on the top and it had no water in the middle); the sink was outside the shower cabin. There is not even a small wardrobe for cloths. Only few hangers.

- Jacob (3/5): Helpful and friendly staff but poor and uncomfortable facilities. Even for the low cost. - The lady at the desk was very helpful and kind. No issues with the staff at all. Not enough sockets in the room. Could not open the window fully making the room far too warm. Bathroom door didn’t shut properly. Parking is not clear on arrival (not sign posted). Beds very uncomfortable and duvet too short. Only came with one pillow (I did receive another once I had asked).

- Beatrice (4/5): Cheap and cheerful - beware of very small loo and shower units - Very close to the Fratton Park ground as I was there for a football game. Friendly staff. Cheap. Strange toilet, very very small. The shower was clean but it's a tiny pod in the main room and wasn't very easy to navigate. Fine for one night on my own.

- CRISTINA DANIELA (6/5): - The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable! It was a really bad smell in the bathroom, even if it was clean, it was the sewer. When we checked in, there was a lovely and helpful receptionist, we payed extra for the breakfast, as normal. In the morning, in front of other guest, the day receptionist shouted at us that we didn't pay for the breakfast. My husband tried to explain that we did that when we checked in, but the lady was really rude and told us to " chill". I think that a different approach was appropriate. After we had breakfast, I spoke with another receptionist and he checked and everything was exactly we said it. I know there is a budget hotel, but we still need to be respectful. Thank you!

- Amandine (9/5): Reception staff attitude and conduct is exceptional - fantastic team of people. - The reception staff were incredible - so helpful and friendly. They really went out of their way to help and sort anything out. Fantastic team of people on all shifts - you'd think you were in a 5-star the way they treat you! The room was clean and well presented, liked the different lighting options on the control panel over the bed. The bed itself was SOOOOO comfortable! - Firm and supportive - excellent for my back! One of the best hotel beds I've slept on! Did not provide 3 towels and there were 3 people in our room - only had 1 towel provided each day, which was a bit frustrating. A few more places to hang coats/clothes would be good - only 1 short wall rack for the 3 of us, so most things ended up staying in our bags and there wasn't really anywhere (no pegs) to hang our coats on. Also could have provided a bit more toilet roll, but I've found this to be common in many hotels, so usually pack/buy extra. Lastly, breakfast could have hot cooked sausage, bacon and fried eggs at least to make it a bit more standard. All items were cold other than if you toasted your bread.

- Neil (7/5): - The Ibis Budget was clean and comfortable. No thrills just somewhere to rest your head. Parking wasn't the best! Not many spaces, but you can use the retail park opposite if you can't get a space.
