• Trinh (5/5): War ganz in Ordnung. - Das Frühstück war super. Hatte alles und die Rühreier wurden immer aufgefüllt. Schön, dass kein Essen verschwendet wird. War alles vorhanden, was mach braucht, aber nicht übertrieben und somit keine Verschwendung. Die Zimmer waren viel zu kalt. Wir hatten leider gefroren tagsüber und in der Nacht sowieso.

• Rosario (8/5): - The professionalism and support received from Patrick, staff member at reception desk and also doubling at the cafeteria/bar counter many times. Also, he prepares delicious paninis! And also impressed by hard working Telma who supervised the excellent breakfast supply, always in a great mood. The absolutely great location, bus stop 23 to the airport right outside the hotel (and coming from the airport just across the street). Also very close to Les Esserts trams stop so well connected, especially #14.

• Nooshafarin (3/5): Not good - The room was clean, and the lobby was great (has a bar, a video game machine, and foosball). Public transportation is right outside the hotel which was very convenient. This was our least-liked room during our three-week vacation throughout Switzerland. It was so incredibly warm, and the front desk said they couldn't lower the temperature on the central air conditioning. They suggested we open the window, which was laughable. It was SO LOUD with the window open. Thankfully, the window cut most of the noise, but it meant deciding between not sleeping because you're too hot or because it's too noisy. The room also smelled terrible. There seemed to be sewer gas seeping from the shower drain. We would turn on the shower regularly to make the smell go away, but it was a temporary fix. I've never commented on lighting in a room before, but the lighting was awful. The lights by the bed were blinding and unusable. There was a very small trash bin in the bathroom, but none in the room itself, so we had trash stacked in a corner.

• atahan erer (5/5): Overall, it’s okay for a short stay if you only need the essentials. - Good location. It’s easy to get to the city center, and there’s a shopping mall nearby. The hotel was generally clean. However, the toilet smelled like urine. There were no basic amenities such as a toothbrush and slippers. Also, some of the staff were not very friendly.

• Sabine (5/5): Tolle Lage,sehr kleines Zimmer, nur gut bei wenig Gepäck - Netter Empfang, es gibt eine Tiefgarage, Tram-Haltestelle direkt an der Straßenecke Das Zimmer ist extrem klein und wir mussten die Koffer immer wieder zu machen, um uns überhaupt bewegen zu können. Die eine Nacht war das erträglich, länger aber auf gar keinen Fall. Auf meinem Bett war etwas wie ein Plastiklaken, das das Bett sehr rutschig machte. Am Abend wollten wir noch etwas trinken an der Bar, aber das Angebot war sehr ausgesucht und letztendlich haben wir nur ein sehr teures Bier getrunken.
