Guest Reviews
- U7671EWangelad (6/5): ✅ - Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope you are doing well.
I will be staying at your hotel soon and I would like to ask if you provide an iron for guests to use. If an iron is available, could you please let me know whether there is an additional charge for using it? If there is a fee, I would appreciate it if you could inform me about the price and the payment method.
Thank you very much for your assistance.
Kind regards
- FaizelFaker (6/5): Good weekend or Stade France hotel - 15-20min walk from the state de france. Area looks a run down but we didnt feel unsafe. Plenty of food and restaurants and halal options.
Parking is fine. But get in early cause it fills up. There are other parking options outside.
Breakfast was ok. Variety and good croissants and pastries.
Room was clean. Public area toilets were filthy.
- Perry (6/5): - Ok
- Sayed (10/5): - It was good hotel deals
- Frederik (6/5): Udemærket, men…
- Gary (6/5): - Staff a bit rude when I arrived but fine when I left. Property was basic but clean
- Aimee566 (8/5): Stayed for Stade De France Concert - Around 20 min walk to Stade De France - we walked down the canal really simple.
Hotel is no frills, had originally booked 1 room for 3 adults but we changed to a room each as very small.
Hotel is very basic however did the job for us!
- Verified traveler (4/5): Would not pick again - Disappointed with the quality of the room and breakfast for the price of the hotel.
Room had less amenities than advertised, no safety latches on windows. Some staff not particularly polite. No bin or coat hooks in room.
Breakfast was very limited range and not great quality. Rooms are not soundproof as advertised. Area also pretty noisy all the time, you can hear everyone on the streets in the night with the window shut and we were on the top floor.
- Ijaz (2/5): I Ahmed - Hotel has been in such a poor state, poor lift and low grade breakfast, cleaning also staff.
I was charged again some hidden taxes when I booked for my breakfast and paid €20 cash. When askedI was told some more taxes of approx €9
Its not an international standard service.
- nathalie (10/5): Convenable - Confortable
- Rubina (2/5): Very bad customer service - Don’t book this hotel. Some of the staff were very unhelpful. After a long journey, we checked into our room, freshened up, and then went downstairs to report to the receptionist that the room was very dirty. The floors hadn’t been cleaned, the room had a strange smell which forced us to keep the windows open, and the toilet had a bad odour. We asked if we could change our room. At the desk was a man who I believe was security, and his behaviour was surprising—dismissive and unprofessional. The receptionist sent him upstairs to check the room, and instead of listening, he started raising his voice in his own language because he didn’t understand English. We simply pointed out that the room was dirty, with hair on the bed and dust everywhere, but he continued speaking loudly.
Thankfully, another security staff member came and politely explained the situation—that because we had already used the room, they couldn’t give us a new one, as it could no longer be resold. We were not aware of this policy, as in other hotels we’ve stayed at, even after using a room, issues like this would still be resolved with a change. That explanation was acceptable, but the way the first man treated us was disappointing. He could have calmly explained the policy instead of raising his voice and closing the door on us.
This experience has left a very negative impression. Customer service is what guests remember most, and here it was completely lacking. I will not be booking with Ibis again.
- Maia (10/5): - For given class and budget the hotel is perfect. Linens and towels could be better (it's washed but not always white), reception desk works 24/7. Iron, hair drier etc are on request. Rooms are small and there is no drawer except hangers. Some rooms have sockets near the bed, some others - not. What was different from other ibis budget hotels - they have twin beds in triple rooms and there is no sink in a room. In the lobby there are lots of vending machines with convenient prices. Also in the next building large supermarket. Metro 5-6 min walking distance. Also laundry next to the hotel.
Hotel has mini breakfast (coffee + croissant for 3.5 EUR) and full breakfast for 9.90 EUR. Don't expect toiletries in the room.
- matthew (10/5): - It was great
- Philippe (6/5): - Parking was secure.
Air conditioning in room was inadequate
- Jocelyne (8/5): - Overall it was an okay experience. Before hand I wish I knew I couldn’t have access to a kettle then I would rethink my stay. It’s a place for a 1 night and go the next morning not a place to stay for 2 nights plus especially if you need basic things like a kettle at your disposal. There were many food restaurants around and a supermarket near by which was convenient. Getting an Uber from there is very efficient. The staff I got upon arrival was welcoming and patient.
- Samantha (10/5): - Room was extremely clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. Would love to stay again.
Gutes Personal.
- Sandra (2/5): - El servicio es pésimo
No lo recomiendo
- Giuly (8/5): - .
- Paul (8/5): - It was very basic, room access was wierd using 6 digit pin but it was ok for 2 night visit to Paris
- sarahkQ9115CR (6/5): Ok as long as you don’t have arthritis….. - We stayed here 20th - 22nd June. The hotel was generally fine but what was a HUGE problem for me was that the hotel only had one pillow per person, and pretty rubbish pillows at that. I suffer from arthritis and went down to ask reception on no fewer than 3 occasions, begging them for an extra pillow or 2. The first 2 times I was told one would be sent up and so I sat there waiting hopefully. The 3rd time I asked I was finally told that there were non available……I was told that as the hotel was full there was only one per person available. My hips/bag haven’t quite recovered….. Also, only one very thin/small bath towel per person was supplied (ie no hand towels!?) which wasn’t great but not as problematic for me as the pillow. Otherwise the hotel is fine, what one would expect for the price. So, great for those with good spines, not so great for the rest of us.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Get what you pay for - Cheap is as cheap gets. You get what you paid for. Only thing that made me upset, I asked for more towels (the towels they give are rough and small) lady said I have to go down to reception and pay 5€. No thanks.
- Claudio (8/5): - Hotel tranquilo, seguro e com facilidades próximas
- JOSE RODRIGUES (6/5): A depender da finalidade, vale a pena - Bom custo benefício
- Rosiledi (8/5): - Otima
- MD (6/5): - The surrounding place is very dangerous specially at night
- Z854JJjayc (2/5): A Thoroughly Unpleasant Stay – For Those Who Enjoy Being Treated with Contempt - A Thoroughly Unpleasant Stay – For Those Who Enjoy Being Treated with Contempt
Where to even begin?
We arrived—me, my one-year-old son fast asleep in my arms, and my fiancée, who lives with a chronic illness requiring timely medication—only to be greeted by a queue that could have doubled as a Victorian breadline. Fine, we thought, these things happen.
I nipped out to the shop next door to grab some essentials while my fiancée sorted the check-in. My card had a momentary wobble (as these things occasionally do), but I was back within the minute—literally one minute.
Now, you’d think after standing in line for twenty minutes already, a receptionist might show a modicum of patience. Not so. In that fleeting minute, he’d decided to send my fiancée and our now-stirring baby to the back of another long queue. And, rather extraordinarily, refused to return our passports, which had been handed over to complete the booking. I hadn’t realised we’d checked into Hotel California—or some autocratic regime where documents are seized on entry.
My son, predictably, woke up grumpy, and my fiancée—who needed a private space to take her medication—was left standing there, visibly unwell, without a room. All this because someone couldn’t wait sixty seconds.
Eventually, I paid and asked about the travel cot I had requested weeks earlier—specifically the reason I chose this hotel in the first place. I was told I’d have to wait while he served others, as if the request were some ludicrous last-minute whim rather than a clearly noted part of the booking. Apparently, once you hand over your money, you cease to exist as a person of concern.
We finally reached the room. It was a furnace. We showered, only to dry ourselves on towels that looked—and felt—like they hadn’t seen bleach since the last ice age. Dingy grey, threadbare, and distinctly unpleasant.
Back downstairs I went to retrieve the travel cot, which took the receptionist all of ten seconds to fetch from an office behind the desk. Why that couldn’t have been done earlier, when it was actually needed, I’ve no idea. It’s not as though I’d asked him to assemble a grand piano.
Now here’s where it gets dangerous: while putting the cot up, I noticed the base wouldn’t stay down. The hinge was broken. And when I say broken, I mean the kind of broken where, had I placed my son inside, the metal mechanism could’ve either whacked him in the head or skewered him mid-sleep. Honestly, I stood there thinking, “This isn’t just bad service—this is bordering on negligence.”
So, back downstairs I went, cot in arms, and waited while the receptionist finished a casual chat about football scores with the security guard. Because clearly, that was the priority.
When I explained the situation—fairly calmly, I might add—he said there wasn’t another cot available. When I asked how my child was expected to sleep, he shrugged. No concern. No apology. Just blank indifference. At that point, I was genuinely speechless.
Back to the room, still hot, still uncomfortable. Had we had the means to transfer to another hotel, we would’ve been out of there immediately. But we didn’t, so we stayed.
The next morning, both my son and I woke up covered in red spots and rashes. I’ll let that speak for itself. My fiancée, having barely touched the bed, was spared—likely the only blessing in the whole sorry ordeal.
We asked twice—once in the morning, once in the afternoon—to speak with a manager. Apparently, this place suffers from the opposite of most public services: far too many workers, none of whom seem capable of actual management. “There’s no manager available,” we were told, both at 9 a.m. and again at 10 p.m.
We left. We didn’t look back.
So, if you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience, sleeping in a sauna, drying off with old rags, and placing your child in what can only be described as a medieval baby trap, then by all means—book here.
If not, avoid this hotel like the plague.
Price is no excuse for filth, danger, or staff who act like basic courtesy is above their pay grade. Every hotel, no matter the cost, should be clean, safe, and respectful. This place failed on all counts.
I’ve since raised a complaint with Booking.com, who, to their credit, have been excellent so far. I’m currently pursuing a full refund—and I believe it’s well deserved.
- ZACHI (10/5): - Metro juste a cote
- Mark (8/5): - An ideal location to sight see. An easy Metro ride into the centre of Paris. Local area was a bit rundown but what you expect for the price.
- Michael (10/5): - Very helpful staff
- Elias (8/5): - Precisa colocar geladeira
- Manuel de Jesus (6/5): - Hotel are ok but are not on good confition the ac on rooms not work so need open the windows. Rooms are not cleaned evey day my stay was 3 days and not cleaned so its ok only for price and location
Rooms dont cle
- Sameer (4/5): - No air conditioning was a strange experience in a hotel. I was told flat out by the staff multiple times and it gets cooking up on the 7th floor, and they were quite forceful about giving them good reviews after that.
- Gracia (10/5): - Nice place
- Adewale (6/5): - There’s nothing that I like about the hotel. The reception area was very poor and throughout my stay my room was not cleaned even for once
- Well (6/5): - Room could be bigger for a family visitor and JAHANGIR BROTHER was very helpful & supportive.
- Sylvia (6/5): - Veel straatvuil rond hotel.
- hameed (4/5): - They promised me to provide me with a tv remote control, but did not bring anything to my room!
- Serena (2/5): - Room window was opened when we stepped in. There were black hairs on all the bedsheets on the top bunk, without a fitted sheet (just a plastic mattress). Soap dispenser in the washroom had not been replenished. Overall had poor cleanliness.
- G (4/5): Bad Service - We had to wait at least one hour for the check-in and breakfast not organised well ( again at least 30 mnt queue for the breakfast ).
- Belle (4/5): - Not very clean, hairs at bathroom, clogged shower drain, bathroom door rotten at bottom
- Essam (8/5): - Good stuff and clean room
- Katia (10/5): - Centrica
- Rohan (4/5): - The stay was pleasant but the staff was rude when i asked for some printouts as if i was not paying for it. But the rooms were hygienic
- Avelina (10/5): Lift issue - Overall were happy staying here, except the lift only one working, we need to squished in, one time to use the stair even were carrying our luggage from 5th floor to go down. I hope you can sort it out this issue.
- Arlan (10/5): - Very convenient
- matthew (4/5): - The area is not too bad but duvet/linen has got blood stains in it. The bed was not made up although they've left some covers for us to do it. There were no disposable cups either and the check in was so delayed as the queu was so long.
- Alan (8/5): Clean, cheap hotel with easy access to city - Hotel was better than expected. Nice clean, quiet hotel and rooms. Large secure underground car park (€10/night), entrance very narrow. Breakfast was ok but if you venture out to the local shops there is a nice bakery that also sells coffee and freshly made sandwiches (lovely). Hotel nextdoor to a supermarket and a few minutes walk from metro (line 12).
- dörte (8/5): - Tolles Hotel
- Daniel (8/5): - C’est correct pour le prix
- Fiaz (6/5): - What i booked the room they didn’t give us and the property didn’t have storage only they have a locker but you have a pay and no have a kettle any room
- mette (10/5): Et dejlig hotel - Nem ind check.
- W5675PF_ (6/5): Basic. - We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. It is very close to the metro stop Aubervillie.green line n12.the area isn't the best you can find in Paris. The room is small with no closet or fridge or hairdryer. The breakfast is basic with limited options but enough to get you going for a full day in Paris. The employees are kind and helpful.
It is a very basic hotel on an affordable price.
- sage (10/5): - the staff was really nice and even spoke german
- Zsolt (10/5): - Clean rooms, good public transport in the area. Basic breakfast bit good for the purpose.
- Naomi Guadalupe Godoy (2/5): - Really old
- Fiaz (10/5): - Good
- Liliana (4/5): - No me gustó nada

- Lucas (10/5): - Very good hotel for the price, could have been a 3 stars hotel instead of 2 stars.
