- Alex (6/5): It was good place and good staff just acouple over things to improve it - I liked everything about it the price and location and facilities Could have had some more utensils as I needed a fork and there was no window to air the place out and need to make it more clear about the parking as it was a bit confusing and could have a better type of tv so I could watch kayo on it for the football

No issues with teh room Reception was still taking credit card details and putting it in a platform of some sort - I don't like that in terms of security. They don't have a scanner to scan your card? Very strange.

Staff i restaurant just need to double check that customer has everything they ordered, and take away the cutomer no on a stick...as is done in some cafes etc.

- William (9/5): - One of evening male staff - fake greeting and didn't accommodate my booking for twin bed. Maybe it was after 6 p.m and house keeping we're off duty? Anyway I checked in and converted the double/queen bed myself for my friend and I. Otherwise rooms general services and amenities were excellent. Will definitely stay there this again in future.

- Wendy (8/5): Great location in the heart of Brisbane! - Good central location in the heart of Brisbane, close to restaurants and offices. Room was very big and spacious with quite a modern bathroom fitout. Staff were friendly upon check-in and check-out. While the room was quite large, there was a noticeable absence of furniture. The building itself does feel a bit dated, but the location makes up for it.

The blackout curtains were excellent, probably the darkest hotel room I've ever slept in. 11am checkout was also really handy and they were flexible about the check in time which was appreciated. Everything was good however our door lock needed a battery change. Having no designated parking for guest was a bit inconvenient but there was public parking nearby which was handy.

All the comfort of home away from home. Location is very central to the CBD, parking nearby in Uptown and walking distance to all necessities.

- Leonie (6/5): Room good but possibly wouldn’t return - Room was clean with a nice view The Happy Hour that was advertised was very ordinary. The staff member didn’t have the ingredients for some cocktails and there was no red wine at all and very little choice of other wines or beers. If you are going to advertise a happy hour you should have at least a good selection. The staff member was alone to deal with quite a number of guests, he also had to deliver meals in between trying to make cocktails. I ordered a cocktail which was undrinkable and complained and was made to pay for another one as he told me he didn’t have the ingredients for the original one I ordered so just made me one that he had the ingredients for. Breakfast was very expensive and then told cappuccinos were not included, wouldn’t eat or drink there again.

I also don’t understand why I was requested to check-in online if I still had to stay in queue to get the access to the room.
