• Kerry (7/5): - I had to book a last minute hotel after missing all the trains following a flight delay. Was easy to find and book at short notice and when I arrived staff were welcoming and helped me with things I didn't have due to an unexpected stat but needed quite desperately! It was quiet and comfortable. The hotel is classic basic green ibis and quite tired and old now, seemed pretty clean but hard to tell really. Basic facilities as you'd expect. Very cheap last minute booking so was grateful for a bed for a few hours.

• Gamble (8/5): Very good, stuff was great and room was clean - The price for 3 nights was excellent and was walking distance to the Piccadilly gardens The tv was really poor, no options to watch Netflix even tho it said Netflix on the remote and the only decent channel 5USA kept cutting out. Also no football on in the longe was disappointing

I was impressed that we could leave our laguage there for the day. All in all a very pleasent stay The shower. We had room 305 and I was expecting that the shower and toilet was seperated from the room. Well we managed anyway. The bunkbed was also a little challenging.

• Webster (7/5): Would stay again for an easy, budget and one/two nights stay - A good budget hotel, something you would use for a night or two. Provided us with the basics that we needed. Beds were comfy and rooms were clean. Wifi really good as well. No tea/coffee making facilities, toilet extremely small.

• Manjot (2/5): - The room was okay, but the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. I had severe back pain after sleeping and could not rest properly the whole night. It turned out to be one of the worst hotel stays because of the bed quality. I believe the hotel should take responsibility for this poor experience and consider offering a partial refund or compensation.

Bed was really comfy too. toilet room was a tad on the small side, very close to door when you sit on the toilet, and the over bed bunk bed is quite low, not great for tall people. my husband banged his head a couple of times.

Location: Even though it seemed very near to the Picadilly Station, it wasn't like that in the end. The walking is very challenging and exhausting between construction sites and the route is longer than expected. There is no efficient public transport. The bus stop in front of the hotel has no function, because you can not go to the city centre with the bus stopping there. Room: The room was unbelievably small. The room also lacked the furniture. We had to put our bags on the floor and open them on the floor. At the sides of the bed, there were very small shelves which were yes, literally "very small". There were no towels for drying your hand after you wash your hand or face. The window was incredibly small. There was no chair, only a footstool. Air conditioner could not be operated manually, it was stuck on automatic mode.

No kettle in room, no tea/coffee, you need to go to reception and pay £3.50, not good, should be included like every other budget hotel.

• Singh (1/5): Very poor experience - Avoid this place at all costs. 🚩 The staff are terrible and, more importantly, there is zero security. Definitely the worst and 'cheapest' hotel experience I’ve ever had. Stay safe and go elsewhere! As mentioned, the lack of security was the primary concern; e.g., anyone could walk in/doors didn't lock properly], which made me feel completely unsafe. To make matters worse, the staff were incredibly dismissive when I raised these concerns rather than trying to help. For the price paid, the total lack of basic guest protection and professional service was unacceptable
