Geraint (6/5): - Stayed in a double room with basin. 5th floor with excellent view. Towel and soap supplied. Bed comfortable. Showers and toilets were outside the room,shared. Room itself was clean and comfortable, cleaned daily. Only a single hanger for clothes, which was far from adequate. Cleanliness of toilets and showers very variable, which of course depends on other guests' behaviour. No hook for clothes inside toilets, so awkward if visiting shower and toilet one after the other, with nowhere to leave towel. Relatively inexpensive for Paris, and stayed here due to limited budget, but extortionate price for what was supplied if it was elsewhere. Acceptable for a 2 night stay.

Incredible working with me with my accessibility needs and my wheelchair and even upgrdafaded me due to a misunderstanding on my own part about the bathroom/bed combo options. Guzel (4/5): - This hotelF1 property is a Dormitory - long corridors, many students and feels like a Univercity building. Clean, shared accommodation style where multiple travelers sleep in the same room, and are found in guesthouses, hostels, and casual hotels around the world. Their greatest appeal is the low price of multiple beds in one room. Coffee machine will charge you only coins it likes, so be prepared to look for the coins. Staff refused to refund me and I stayed my time there. I think teenagers will like it, also young kids will enjoy loud environment. You will enjoy the stay if you miss your old university days.

Nikita (2/5): - I would only stay here again if I was desperate and it's my only choice. The room is extremely small, you can barely open a suitcase. The bathroom is the size of an airplane bathroom. You'd be more comfortable laying on a matchbox than the mattress, that's how thin it is. The sheets and towels are like paper, which applies to the walls as well. It gives storage vibes rather than hotel.

Staff was super friendly and spoke english very well, shared showers were cleaned every morning at 0900 during our stay. Still, a shared shower. Only about a 15 minute walk to the metro or bus. Lucy (8/5): A good basic budget-friendly place to stay - This is a basic accommodation with shared bathroom, but I was impressed that there were 2 multi-stall bathrooms on the floor as well as a washing machine and dryer. We never had to wait for a toilet or a shower to be available. The rooms are a good size but there wasn't any air conditioning. A couple of us moved our mattresses to the floor so we could sleep close to the window. Breakfast was basic and good...and they had the best orange juice we had on our whole trip! Check in and check out was quick and easy. We appreciated the free secured baggage storage in the lobby. We also appreciated that there was a grocery store and some simple eateries just down the street. Also a bus stop really close and the metro was a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again.

Mark (6/5): Good transport options - The location and the price suited us for our overnight stay in Paris. Checkin was fast however I found being questioned why I had booked a triple for 2 people a bit odd, the truth was a twin wasn’t available at the time but I’ve paid for a triple so what does it matter how many people sleep in the room?. The communal bathrooms could probably do with a more frequent clean considering how many guests are using them and the timer on the shower barely makes 2min (though you just press it again). The soundproofing in the room worked well blocking most of the traffic noise from the outside world.

Would recommend.

Marie (10/5): 2 night family stay - The Hotel was spotless and very well decorated. Easy access to public transport, and we walked to the Catacombs. The staff were very friendly and spoke English which was helpful. The bathrooms were very clean and we never had to wait to use a shower etc. It felt safe for my children too. There is a coffee machine, vending machines with snacks and some microwave 'meals', 2 microwaves. We didn’t choose to have breakfast, so i can't say what that was like. The beds were comfortable enough, but I was a little achy as a middle aged person with a bad back. Alsp would have been nice to have a tea option woth hot drinks! As long as you realise it is more like a well kept private room hostel with no kitchen, than a hotel, then it is a great place to stay. We would book again.

Room basic but as expected for price. Clean and comfortable. Had issue with broken door handle to bathroom. Fixed next day after reporting late at night. Bathroom VERY small but everything you needed. Beds very comfortable. Decoration quirky, which added character. Hotel close to transport links and shops/ restaurants within short walk. Perfect base to explore Paris.
Lindsey (2/5): - The hotel fails to mention about SHARED bathrooms when booking one of their horrible rooms that dont even have mirrors on the walls. Main desk were rude and not dismissive.
Allan (8/5): OK - The hotels location was fine staff friendly rooms are on the very small side and if you a little on the large side the showers are very restrictive.
Cavan (2/5): Would not recommend - The only positive about this hotel was its location. The main issue: my luggage was stolen despite being stored in their so-called “secure” luggage room with CCTV. When I returned, staff didn’t check cloakroom tickets properly, allowing guests to enter unattended and take belongings. After reporting it, I was told to wait until the next day for CCTV review, leaving me distressed without clothes or toiletries. The next day, staff claimed they couldn’t help and told me to go to the police. Later, they miraculously “found” my luggage but my pyjamas were missing, and I had the handbag of the thief instead. I returned it, and my missing items were eventually given back, though my Dr. Martens boots were unlaced—clearly tampered with. Staff were unhelpful, dishonest, and uncaring. The hotel was filthy, with SMELLY corridors and dirty shared showers. To top it off, our room overlooked a graveyard with active digging. Absolutely would not recommend—avoid at all costs.
Miranda (6/5): - The place itself made me feel like I was in a mental hospital. Very bare rooms, plastic wrapped matress, tiny showers and you had to repeatedly press a button to keep the water on. The toilets were gross and if you had to pee at midnight, the lights in the stalls would turn off when the door closed so you were in the dark. Also I am disabled and was never able to access the disabled restroom. The staff was friendly enough but I would not stay there again...

Please understand that you have to be okay with a truly European vacation, because the rooms in Europe are small, and so are the bathrooms don’t expect any bigger unless you want to pay thousands!! I feel like a lot of people have very American expectations and way of thinking when staying in hotels on this continent and that’s wrong and doesn’t allow you to enjoy because you want a bigger bed. ANYWAY another plus is it’s near (4-6min walk) an area with restaurants and bakeries in the same area as the tram and a metro station. Good for a quick trip to Paris, and the staff was friendly and to the point. The breakfast was very much worth the €6 I paid for me an my niece, simple but delicious, so very French (the croissants, pain au chocolats and baguettes served were delicious) All in all a very good experience.

ishu (8/5): - We stayed for 3 nights in cabrio room and it was decent. There is a walk of 11 minutes to the closest station which makes it inconvenient in night. Bathroom is very very small so dont except much. Housekeeping is there which is a positive.
Rex (4/5): - We can hear the people walking and talking from the outside of our room. The bed was uncomfortable and our room and washroom are both tiny.

James (4/5): - More accurately would be described as a basic hostel rather than a hotel. Deserving of its one star status. One shared bathroom for a large floor. Bathrooms smelled. Offered the bare minimum and nothing more.

Luísa (8/5): - I went to the olympics and it was a very good experience. The bedroom was tidy and clean and so was the bathroom. The location was good and it was easy to got the metro. I think the breakfast could have more options
Kameron (8/5): - The rooms were small and clean, but the pillows were flat and the beds were a bit hard and really close to the ground. Our bathroom was down the hall. It was mostly clean. The only problem we had was the lights kept shutting off on us in the toilet and the shower. It worked for us and we would stay again for a short stay.
Verified traveler (4/5): Excellent staff, but noisy place - Staff and installations are amazing, but there is a lot of noise coming from outside and from the halls, be careful booking because the room offered here doesn’t have a private bathroom and have to pay extra to get a room with private bathroom. Also there was a fire on the roof in the middle of the night and we were evacuated.
BRIAN (2/5): - There was a fire shortly after my arrival. A lot of smoke in rooms and corridors. I was moved to another room but it was effected by smoke. I would like a refund.
Regina (6/5): - The stay we had was okay! The bathroom is way too small and could not even fit one person properly. The beds were uncomfortable and the towels were way too thin. Breakfast was honestly not that great either. Staff was friendly and helped when needed, but I don’t think we would come back to the hotel

Shelby (8/5): - The hotel room was good, but MAKE SURE you know it is a shared bathroom here. It is not super easy to tell when booking the room. The bathrooms are pretty clean, but typically it is pretty busy.

Location is good. - The fact that the bathroom is shared with a large group was not clear when booking, so I had to pay extra to get a private restroom which was smaller than the lavatories on an airplane. The location is good if you are comfortable navigating and riding 30 min on the train to the city centre.

Elizabeth (8/5): Great Spot for Solo Traveling (And Solo Ghosts) - Clean comfortable stay. The bed was pretty hard, but that was great for my back, so a plus for me, otherwise do with this info what you will. The location is a bit tricky - a bit of a walk from main transport, but you get to experience walking about the city which is nice. Great neighbourhood. My window view was a massive graveyard which was, admittedly, very spooky so keep that in mind if you're a scaredy cat like me lolol

Matthew (8/5): - Clean place, metro is <10min walk away. Shared bathroom was not an issue for me, the only thing to note is that the hotel is beside a busy highway so do not expect total serenity. Breakfast is all carbs (bread, cereal, coffee, juice)
Petr (4/5): - What this hotel doesn't say, it's a hostel style. You have barely any room to move. Nowhere to hang your clothes. You can even clean your teeth while sat on the toilet it's that small. The beds are extremely hard and the sheets barley fit the bed. Every time you move it's moves with you. We also had the cleaner knocking on the door the day we were leaving telling us to get out before the checkout time. Also we wasn't informed that there was building work being done on the hotel. We was woke up one morning with a builder at the window banging.
