Schöne Gestaltung des Hotels WLAN über Fernseher; kein Empfang für deutsche Sender; Zimmer sehr hellhörig; sehr wenig besonderes beim Frühstück. Es wird nachts an der Rezeption geklingelt obwohl niemand da ist. Die Klingel sollte woanders liegen.
- Zoe (10/5): Beautiful hotel, peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, spotlessly clean! - This is what I would call a little boutique style hotel. Interiors are beautifully done. It is immaculately clean, everywhere! The spa is absolutely beautiful, so peaceful & calming, again, the decor is spot on, has a very romantic feel to it. Very private. Attention to detail. The staff are really friendly & so helpful with anything you may need. From the outside of the hotel, you would have no idea, that it is as lovely as it is on the inside. So it was a lovely surprise. The location is only about 10 mins drive to Verona centre, and all the sightseeing spots. I would definitely recommend this hotel for solo travellers, couples or families. I will definitely be returning and really enjoyed my stay here! This isn’t about the hotel itself as I loved everything. It’s just about the local taxi services. If you don’t have a car, the only thing I would say, is that the taxi services there are awful. Uber only run a premium service in Italy and the cars are about double the price atleast, of the normal taxi price. You can use the local taxis - APPTAXI, but good luck in getting them to pick up the phone or accept your online booking. Think it’s a general problem. However, there are bus stops outside to take you everywhere and taxi stands in the centre where you can actually get a taxi immediately.)

- Aurélie (7/5): Confortable et propre, mais un peu cher pour les équipements proposés. - Le confort et la propreté de la chambre. Nous avons quasiment tout fait à pied (15-20min du centre ville historique) et il y a un arrêt de bus bien desservi à proximité. Deux choses principalement : - on nous a annoncé des frais supplémentaires pour le spa si on le "privatisait" (50€/h), mais on ne nous a prévenu qu'en arrivant que si on voulait y aller de manière "partagée", il fallait payer 30€ pour 1h. Nous avons été déçus car nous pensions pouvoir l'utiliser plus souvent. Et quand nous y sommes allés, nous avons demandé un créneau "partagé" et nous avons eu la chance d'être seuls ; cependant, ils ont alors tenté de nous le faire payer le prix du spa "privatisé". Après appel à la responsable, nous avons pu payer le prix du spa partagé. Par ailleurs, les équipements du "spa" sont très limités, juste une piscine, un sauna, une douche et deux transats. - Le restaurant était temporairement fermé et on ne nous a pas prévenu. Nous sommes arrivés le lundi de Pâques pour midi, nous pensions manger à l'hôtel car tout était fermé dehors mais nous n'avons pas pu...
- Suzanne (7/5): A nice 3 star hotel - Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean and stylish hotel. Excellent bathroom. Decent breakfast. Spa an added bonus. Location close to buses but a long walk to centre and not many good restaurants in immediate area. Supposed to be satellite TV in room but no stations of interest and couldn't even connect to BBC worldwide news. The bed was very hard! Breakfast juices not great and maybe more by way of cooked food could be available.
- Nicola (10/5): Fantastic hotel, with great facilities and really friendly, helpful staff - The location was great….. just far enough away from the centre which meant it wasn’t too noisy. It takes about 20 minutes to get into the centre. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Had a spa in the hotel which was really nice, given fresh fruit to eat whilst using the facilities which was a really personal touch. The receptionist Olga was amazing, she couldn’t do enough to help us. Staff on reception during the day which we feel is important. Verona is a beautiful city! Nothing really

- Arine (7/5): Für kurze Aufenthalte zu empfehlen - Die Zimmer sind wie auf den Bildern und waren sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Der Spa Bereich ist klein aber fein. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und die Altstadt war gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Leider war es recht laut. Die Autos waren zuhören, da unser Zimmer zur Straße war. Auch war das Personal morgens teilweise zuhören.

- Joel (10/5): Sehr sauber und gute Lage. - Die Unterkunft was sehr modern und Sauber, Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus aber nicht „offiziell“ habe es einfach für 2 Tage dort geparkt. Bis zur Arena ca 15-20 min Fussmarsch, ich und meine Frau haben sowieso immer bei Städtereisen ca 15-20k schritte gemacht somit sind die 15 Min perfekt. Sonst die im Hotel wissen wo parken in der Nähe glaube 5€ am Tag. Das zimmer 203 war ein wenig warm

L'armadio... : non c'è! :-) La soluzione dell'appendiabiti a vista è coerente con lo stile della camera e con le sue dimensioni (non proprio esagerate), tuttavia non esattamente funzionale, soprattutto per un soggiorno prolungato.
