• Lorenzo (8/5): Discreto - Posizione perfetta, staff cordiale e professionale. La camera era spaziosa e dotata di finestra. Il bagno grande e la doccia calda e' stata rigenerante. Non era presente il Phon per sciugare i capelli in camera e quando ho chiesto in reception purtoppo era gia in uso da un altro cliente dell hotel.... In piu vicino al letto non ci sono le prese per caricare il telefono.

Die Zimmer waren nicht wirklich sauber… auf dem Etagenbett waren jede Menge Frauenhaare und am Boden neben dem Doppelbett lag eine gebrauchte zerrissene Socke… 😩 Das Bett hat bei jeder Bewegung gequietscht und leider unbequem, auch das Kissen ..

• Pilu16 (7/5): - Lage des Hotels ideal, man konnte mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel die Innenstadt leicht erreichen. Frühstück reichhaltig und frisch, Personal sehr zuvorkommend! Leider war das Hotel an einer stark befahrenen Strasse. Man konnte unmöglich bei offenem Fenster schlafen, der Lärmpegel war zu hoch. Im ganzen Hotel funktionierte weder die Heizung noch die Klimaanlage. Ich war alleine im Zimmer und musste in der Nacht das Fenster öffnen, da es zu warm im Zimmer war. Nicht vorstellbar, wenn wir zu dritt im Zimmer wären. Da wäre eine Nacht mit geschlossenem Fenster unmöglich gewesen.
