Guest Reviews
- ADRIAN (6/5): - Good clean accommodation peaceful
- Sheema (6/5): - Tiny room no space to open suitcase. Toilet was behind a very thin door. A large person would not be able to close the door as not enough space. Shower in the bedroom with frosted glass. Poor water stream. Sink/basin also on the bedroom
A dorm room at best
- Loc (10/5): - Can’t beat the convenience of being near the airport… room is small but layout was ok for 1 person. No hand towels, handsoap or hairdryer.
- Jonathan (10/5): - Good
- Lesley (8/5): - Its an ok hotel, in an industrial area but great for the airport, rooms are compact but perfectly adequate and clean for an overnight stay wether leaving early morning or ariving late at night.breakfast was great plenty of choice
- Ana Maria (4/5): - The main advantage of this hotel is its convenient location, within walking distance of the airport terminal. However, even a budget option should meet a basic standard of comfort and service — and this one falls short.
The rooms are in need of refurbishment and feel quite worn. The towels are extremely thin, and there isn’t even a bath mat provided. That said, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which is worth noting.
- Stephen (8/5): Budget hotel was basic but satisfactory - This hotel was basic, as advertised. The room was small but adequate. If you want an inexpensive room for a quick stop to or from the Toulouse airport, this fits well. If you want a step up, the hotel line has a regular level hotel (as opposed to "budget"), which might be worth the extra expense.
- Patrick (2/5): - Hôtel page on hotels.com says there is air conditioning. There is not. No vents in the room, no control panel, no ac full stop. The temperature reached 29.8 degrees in my room the night I stayed. I had no sleep. Maybe French people can sleep in such heat but I certainly can’t. If you can’t either, do not stay here in summer, you have been warned.
- David (10/5): - I only needed an overnight stay as I got in late at night and was catching an early flight. Price was cheap so expectations weren't high. I was pleasantly surprized with the room. It was in excellent condition and had everything I needed. Very efficient use of space; modern layout and use of materials! I highly recommend.
Ottimo buffet breakfast incluso. La pulizia camere va richiesta richiesta.
- Paolo Alessandro (8/5): - I put the sticker "change towels" on the door but they did not.
- Mike (10/5): - Does what it says on the tin, good value and 10mins walk to airport
- Shuwei (6/5): - The staff were not very friendly.
Gate was closed when I arrived (late arrival) but wasn’t obvious how to get in.
merci
- Philip (8/5): - Overall good , basic and cheap.
Breakfast had a good choice of pastries, jams and cold cuts.
Was disappointed by the shower in room 204, black marks old soap. Would need a good scrub.
- celestin (8/5): - Close to Aitport
- Hervé (4/5): Sejour 14 mars 1 nuit - Arrivee tard 22h45 difficile d acces a pied reception moche a REFAIRE personnel night audit tres sympa ! Heureusement sinon télévision de quelle date ? Chambre BOF. Rapport prix oui .
- ADRIAN (6/5): - Party in room next door until 4am not getting any sleep front desk not interested
- Eleanor (10/5): - Basic but clean, comfy and friendly place to stay within walking distance of the airport
- ian (10/5): - The hotel was quiet, good vending machine in the reception area. Comfortable bed. Good for a budget hotel. I can't think of anything I didn't like.
- Sebastian (4/5): Not worth it - This is basically a hostel. The people were very nice when I arrived, but the room is a jail cell. No A/C. Had to sleep with window open to avoid sweat-melting into the mattress. I was therefore attacked by mosquitoes incessantly until I finally decided to wake up at 3:30am and go to the airport rather than sleep in fear of moving one step closer to malaria. I will never stay at this "hotel" again.
- louise (10/5): Value for money - reception staff excellent, arrived later than expected road from airport to hotel closed at night. Staff member gave info about next visit and understood our concern about road. Quiet room, perfect for late arrival. Suggest bathmat for shower as floor is slippery when stepping out.
- Philippe (10/5): - A , strongly recommended for a night before your flight. You can easily walk to the terminal for plane departure.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The staff was very nice and when i mentioned a problem i was given another room without an issue.
- Chris (8/5): - Does what it’s supposec to do. Close to the airport ie walking distance.
- Cassiane (8/5): - Short and easy walk to the airport. More than adequate room if you’re not staying long. Cute restaurants in the area if you’re willing to walk a little bit.
- Zahra (10/5): Comfy 1night stay on travelling from Spain - Comfortable basic stay
- Mike (8/5): - Clean, affordable, quiet and walking distance to the airport
- D (10/5): -
- Paul (10/5): - Cheap and cheerful with very friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. Super convenient for the airport. BTW… the bar/restaurant in the hotel opposite is superb!!
- Lee (6/5): - I would have given the hotel a higher mark, but my arrival wasn't satisfactory. I arrived late and the gates were locked, and the intercom to reception not working. Fortunately, I managed to attract the attention of some people smoking outside, who notified reception. Unfortunately, it was raining and my clothes got very wt,
- John (8/5): - Lift not available after 22.00 and very noisy outside with people talking till 02.00 in the morning when having to have window open as very hot in room
- sam (8/5): - Walking distance to the airport.
- Kassandra (6/5): - Your basic airport hotel; very, very tiny but clean. Less than a 15 minute walk from the airport even with luggage. Shower and sink are in the actual bedroom which was weird but doable for a night.
- Carla (8/5): - The only complaints I have are...as a foreign traveler, coffee in the rooms is such a gift. This would be an awesome addition to make this place stand out, the bed was too firm for my liking and the pillows too small and lumpy. Otherwise the hotel was fantastic.
- GARY DAVID (8/5): Would use again - Walking distance to airport . Clean and tidy room , shower , toilet , towels and soap . Did the job
- Lance (10/5): - Certainly ok
- T (4/5): Awful place to stay - Awful hotel, used to be ok, now just grubby. The bedsheets are plastic lined, so cheap and nasty. Pay a little more to stay somewhere else. We stayed here early November and had also booked a non-refundable room on our return, we decided to stay somewhere else the second occasion as we couldn't bare staying here again.
- Michael Andrew (8/5): - It is very convenient to the Airport, our flight was delayed by nearly 3 hrs but the check in was quick and friendly. We also made use of your Sister Hotel just up the road.
- Leon (10/5): Simple and good stay - Simple and efficient stay. Clean room and friendly staff.
- Maël (2/5): - I was billed twice for my stay. The person that checked me in assured me that I hadn't payed yet. I was tired and confused and followed his instructions. Another employee was helpful the next morning and confirmed that I had been charged twice, but wasn't able to refund me. The refund process seems absolutely disorganized and is very long. One week later, still don't have any news.
- Richard (8/5): - Basic hotel close to the airport
- louise (10/5): Recommended would use again - So close to airport, has aircon which is great as weather very warm. Maybe hand towels and bath mat would be good
- Katia (8/5): - Reception staff was really helpful since I arrive.
Thank your help.
- ian (10/5): - friendly helpful staff, conveniently located near to the tram stop and had a nice 15% off a meal at the sister hotel across the road.
- Jez (6/5): Compact and Bijou - Typical Airport Hotel with a very small room. Lack of power points.
- Wendy (8/5): - It was adequate for the price paid. The bed could have been more comfortable.
- Eric (8/5): - exellent location to catch a flight..
- Philippe (10/5): - Bon rapport qualité/prix
- Paul (8/5): one night stay - clean and tidy did the job for one night.
- Gloria (8/5): Ibis airport - Convenient to avoid traffic - Hotel is located close to the airport (15 min walk if you do not have many things to carry). Otherwise, you still need Uber or taxi to drive you to the airport which cost 15 Euro.
I noticed a space for parking and the hotel gives you a code to open the gate. There are no phones or tea kettle or coffee maker. Reception is very responsive and friendly.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great, clean, nice staff and perfectly located for flying
- Verified traveler (2/5): - This was the Budget Ibis in Toulouse near the airport. The beds were hard like boards. The way the small rooms were arranged made me feel as if I were a prisoner in Guantanamo Bay. There was no space at all. It was cold so I asked the hotel clerk where to turn on the heat. He said there was none in the room. ( January in Toulouse?) After I told him that was impossible, he grudgingly brought out a space heater for me to use. Another traveler, a businessman, then came to the desk and complained that he still didn’t have Internet. The clerk told him that he had checked the Internet in the travelers room with his phone and it worked fine and maybe it was the traveler’s computer that didn’t work. The traveler said that was not case- he used his computer regularly at other hotels and had service. The hotel clerk shrugged andddid nothing. In short the hotel clerk was arrogant big time. Do an Airbnb instead while in Toulouse.
- Peter (8/5): Very good - Well located, and great place for a stop after a late flight.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Location to airport is useful as we do not arrive until late, clean and tidy, friendly staff
- Elaine (8/5): - The drain in the shower was clogged
- Paul (10/5): Excellent - .
- Sarah (8/5): pick up one daughter drop the other one off - Perfect for overnight before/ after a flight. 10 mins walk to/ from airport not a super smooth easy route if burderned with many heavy cases. Missed breakfast but there is a vending machine for hot and cold drinks in the lobby. Sister restaurant across at the other Ibis (5 min walk) lovely food, good selection of drink and food. Reasonably priced. Rooms are small if you wanted to spend a lot of time in there. One stool to sit at. Shower is visible from the bedroom so need to know who you’re staying with! Or have no worries about nudity. Toilet small but closed off from the room. Towels small and only one each. Toiletries include bar of soap and multi liquid in the shower. Would definitely stay again. Easy parking. Gate closed at night accessible with keyCard or calling reception
- PUSIK (8/5): Good Cost-Performance - Business trip for a short days
Three days free ticket and close to the Airport.
Finally, very economical trip.
I'm satisfied with cost-performance.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Beds are ridiculously small. No way to regulate heat in room other than opening the window which given right next to airport runway not very relaxing
- Chanakya Kumar (6/5): Okay - Cheap and clean. Bathroom is a bit too small. But you get what you pay for. Receptionist was friendly.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Like it very much: convenience, simplicity, makes lots of common sense
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only I was missing on the hot summer day was A/C. Overall good budget hotel.
- Edwin (10/5): Clean and comfortable. - Very nice hotel. Don't be put off by Budget in name as room spacious clean and comfortable. Brilliant location for early departure from the Airport. Would use again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Good stay approx 10 minute walk from Toulouse Blagnac airport.
Arrived pretty late at 10.30pm, check in was easy.
Room's are very basic but clean and adequate for getting our head down over night.
Good warm working shower.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Perfect for an overnight stay on arriving at Toulouse airport
- Jan Roger (4/5): Payment not good - We had paid in advance via hotels.com, but hotel had not received payment so we had to pay one more time
- zehar (2/5): - we had a room for three people, and the shower room was transparent !
and the toilet door does not have a lock
- Eugenie (10/5): Pleasant stay ! - Very convenient location & comfy accommodation :)
- Nigel (8/5): Night stop hotel. - This is a very good night stop hotel. Very clean and comfortable. I didn’t but you can get breakfast. Very close to the airport.
- Sue (8/5): My Stay - As it says, budget hotel but close to the airport and clean.
- Ian (8/5): Absolutely fine - Pretty basic, but clean and comfortable. 10 minute walk to the airport, decent price - does the job!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Very small room as expected, but very clean and close to airport. The toilet room was even smaller than the one in the Ibis Budget we just left in Edinburgh. We received email the day before our arrival saying the desk was not open 24 hours but giving us an access code. The email did not give the open hours but it was open when we arrived around 10pm. Free parking was available.
- Colin (8/5): - Handy location (for airport and A62) and great WiFi/Internet speeds. I would definitely stay there again.
- Barb (10/5): - Very clean. Convenient to airport. Room not large but to be expected at the cost
- Verified traveler (6/5): - is small but cover the basic and close to the airport
- Rachael (6/5): Reasonable budget hotel. - No frills experience as expected, although travelling with an under two year old and no response to my request for a cot on the initial booking or follow up. Breakfast decent value. Walkable just about from airport.
- Ellen (4/5): Disappointing - Room was very small. No place to store personal belongings. Only one electric outlet. Shower was open area and very small. Two small bath towels only no hand towel or floor tile. Could not open window because of the window shade. No chair or table and had to go lobby to find a confortable sitting area.
- Yoz (8/5): Convenient for the Airport and nearby offices - Recommended only for a short stay. Clearly, you get a budget sized room for a budget sized price. No room for a desk to sit at or anywhere to put your clothes other than a few hangers on a rail. Toilet is compact. Good shower. Staff very friendly. Uncooked breakfast available. Evening meal in restaurant within short walking distance 5 minutes.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Staff very helpful. We needed to print a boarding pass and had to have change for the team. The staff at reception were very accommodating. Great option for brief stopover when using airport.
- Jo (4/5): Hotel close to the airport - It wasn't a particularly pleasant experience - we didn't have high expectations (airport hotel and all that...), but the room hadn't even been swept and we had to make up the bed!
- Verified traveler (6/5): 10 min walk from Airport - For the money and the fact that you'll just be using it as a bed, this was an ok hotel. It's not an obvious walk so you will need a map app to help you get to and from the airport as there are no signs and its quite confusing in the early morning! Breakfast Buffet available from 5AM was welcome for my early morning flight and was available on time.
- Alan (10/5): Ibis Toulouse and Carcassonne stays - The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Very happy to come back
- Mark (6/5): Day in Toulouse - Needed a hotel for one night in Toulouse and wanted to be as close to the airport as possible. I try to use Ibis budget where I can but this one is a little shabby. Ideal for a one night stay with friends but would not go with family. Ten minute walk from airport but has electric gates and you have to use your room key to get in to the lift so that shows what kind of area the place is in.
Having said that, the price was good, it was exactly what I wanted, the staff were very good and the buffet breakfast was good value at around 6 euros.
Not the best Ibis budget I've been in but I found it good value and fitting what I wanted exactly.
- Lee (8/5): Perfectly adequate - Perfectly adequate hotel for a one-night stopover. It wasn't luxurious but it was clean, quiet, and comfortable enough. Check-in was easy and quick. We were able to walk to/from the airport in less than 15 minutes. There seemed to be very few food and drink options in the area so do keep that in mind when booking.
- Muralidhara Karthikeyan (8/5): - Convenient location with easy access to airport, Airbus museum etc.
- Margaret (6/5): Ideal for overnight stay - A quick taxi drive from the airport. After a long flight I needed a good sleep before catching a train next day. Arrived in my room which was opposite the lift with a voice announcing the floor. I asked at reception and she kindly changed my room straight away. The shower was a bit shabby. I was a bit cold and the quilt was more like a summer one. I did use the quilt from
The bunk bed which was much warmer. Breakfast is excellent, very good choice, fresh, well presented. The coffee is excellent. Really good value for money. Will come again
- Verified traveler (6/5): Close to Toulouse Airport - Although close to airport, difficult to find and ended up having to take a taxi.
Breakfast OK but no evening restaurant.
Room very tiny, but adequate for one night stay
