- Malakhova (9/5): - I appreciate the hospitality and honesty of the management. My kid hid my wallet in the room and we left without it.
When I called the hotel, they went to the room immediately and found it.
- Samantha (7/5): Good -
- Darcy (8/5): Very good -
- Amritpal (8/5): Very good -
- Sean (3/5): At least we didn’t have to sleep in my truck I guess - Location is great, very handy. Person at front desk was great upon check in. Heat didn’t work so it was freezing. Beds were terrible and bedding felt dusty. Overall property exterior looked abandoned.
- Levesque (1/5): Bad -
- Aseem (1/5): Worst stay as no staff was there to support us for our stay. No person was available for phone call. - Very bad service, no staff was present at the hotel to help us.
- Mariya (7/5): Good - Coffee in the room, nice comfortable beds, Could not lock and unlock the door, the card and password did not work, had to use the door between rooms
- Jordy (2/5): Very poor - There was used soap in the shower when I walked in , the A/C didn’t work , beds felt like bricks
- Susie (4/5): As the only hotel hotel in town, there was no choice. - The carpet was nice and the beds seemed new. The TV didn't work, the phone didn't work, the swimming pool was not usable, no continental breakfast or restaurant open for breakfast, the lobby smells very musty and very bad.
- George (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rachel (1/5): This hotel is no longer using booking.com for reservations. Booking online is a scam - Do not book online this is a scam.
- Stuart (2/5): Very poor - Dirty cup on the table. Coffee pot wasn’t clean. Didn’t see it but sure there was a mouse in the room. Room wasn’t prepared when we got there. Had to wait 20 minutes at the front desk till it was ready.
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good - Short ride to RMNP. Nice comfortable room at very good price. Restaurant closed. But we were prepared for that.
- Viktoriia (8/5): Very good -
- Courtney (3/5): Decent sized rooms, quick customer service. Rooms were not clean or comfortable - Motel style doors that led right outside Not clean what so ever
- Marlene (9/5): Superb -
- Doreen (7/5): Small town family reunion - hotel was great location. I would stay there again. - Good coffee in the room, comfortable beds & pillows, bathroom shower & tub updated. Location quiet & close to reunion spot. No food services on site.
- Linda (3/5): For $100.00 a night, pretty sad. One other guest, bar empty, closed at 9:00 p.m. nofood. Mccreary - Parked at the door. Good mini fridge. No Kleenex tissues, no lotions, tiny tv monitor, Only 32” tv if that, hardly any channels, low old beds, 1 towel each and smelled awful. Hopefully sheets where washed.
- Gautam (10/5): Will came back to stay in future for sure! - I like the family room. It has 3 beds! East entrance to Riding mountain is very near. Saw many animals after taking the shortcut to Riding mountain visiting center. Amazing experience! Pool table and restaurant were closed at 7pm. Expected to open until 9pm.
- Sarah (7/5): We were able to sleep, so it was pretty decent. I really liked the option of 3 beds in one room. - No breakfast included I found the bed to be sagging in the middle.
- Gillian (8/5): Very good - Nice, clean room. No food or drinks available at hotel when we were there.
- Ma (8/5): It was so fantastic and relaxing - Staff are fantastic and location is easy to find and near the highway itself.
- Roselyn (10/5): Exceptional -
- Woody (8/5): Very good - No restaurants service. Motel was not busy. No other guests Restaurants
- Yvette (5/5): I wish the proprietors the best with their renovations. - It was close to my brother's place that I wanted to visit. The staff were helpful when I requested help with the keys. It could have been cleaner. The outdoor key did not work so had to go through my sister's room to get to my room from inside. I could hardly see outside as the windows were very dirty and one pane was cracked. It would have been nice to be asked by the staff if I needed more coffee for the room, etc. I realize that that the place is under renovations and I hope that my next experience will be better.
- Rose (6/5): The place definitely need some upgrading. Price is relative to what your getting. - The room was clean but musty smelling. Fridge worked well. The owners were friendly. No breakfast available. Coffee available but no cups to drink it in. The bed side lamp did not work (plug and cord separated when tried to unplug). The mattress was soft and leaned to the center. Windows should be cleaned.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - located along highway, access was easy, stay was quite. heating cooling system in room a bit noisy for light sleepers. staff very friendly and helpful.
- Kim (8/5): - Nice view along the highway. No one was up for breakfast when we checked out. But it was early like 7-730
- Peachpiz (2/5): not pleasing - Not comfortable at all, dirty place, linens and beddings has lots of stain. Good thing there, I only stay only for a night. It was not well maintained by the management. Not recommended
- Bonnie (2/5): Filthy Hotel Not fit for use. - We booked our room a couple of months ago to attend a family reunion and although the room looked rustic, we expected it to be clean. We arrived around 10PM and were booked into room #5. It smelt moldy and was absolutely filthy and not fit for anyone to stay in. We did stay the night, but returned the next day to request a new room. We had talked to others who were also staying there and discovered that there was a newer part of the motel. We were told that they had no other rooms available and I enquired the reason for our receiving an older room when we had booked so long ago. The motel clerk just laughed and said there was nothing he could do. At that point we decided to check out, this process took more than an hour, as he stated that we had to cancel through expedia and I could not find a phone number to call on the expedia site. Eventually, he took pity on me and gave me the number. We finally managed to cancel the reservation and he returned 2 nights accomodation. If this is the type of room we can expect it the future, we will no longer be using your site. Thanks for letting me express my anger.
- Stephanie (4/5): - Not very clean, continental breakfast very limited, service friendly but hard to understand
- Verified traveler (2/5): Run down motel - Contrary to advertising - there was no breakfast and no pool.
The motel is poorly maintained, and there's no housekeeping.
The parking lot is unlit; and some rooms have unrepaired signs of recent break-ins.
The internal hallway carpet/wallpaper are heavily stained; and some rooms smell of mold or possibly death.
The walls are paper thin, so talking from the neighbouring rooms and outside highway traffic are all audible; and the temperature at night drops quickly since there appears to be little thermal insulation as well.
The front desk is not staffed on off hours: the door to the motel lobby seems to be locked around 9pm; and the kitchen closes around 7pm. There was no-one on staff to check out at 8am on a Sunday morning.
- Jo-Anne (8/5): Great for hockey teams - Our team booked the hotel to stay at while at a provincial tournament. Rooms are outdated but clean. Service was great, staff were really accommodating for our large group.
- Douglas (2/5): Go somwhere else. - I would not stay at this hotel again. Room was very dirty. Lack of maintenece no room service on two night stay walls dirty
- Xiaolong (4/5): - Motel is quite dirty, and out of date. On the website when we booked, it said there is indoor swimming pool, spa. When we came in, the pool was closed. It provides complementary breakfast. There is a small restaurant in the motel. Food service is very slow. Since all the other hotels close to riding mountain were full, during the labour day, we had no choice. I don't want to come back this motel next time.
- Benjamin (6/5): our night at the hotel - we enjoy our stay in this hotel,it is closed to Riding Mountain National Park, and clear lake.the location is good.Hotel price is affordable and continental breakfast is good.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Nie wieder - Kopfkissenbezüge mussten gewechselt werden, waren unakzeptabel dreckig. Auf dem ganzen Teppich flecken. Roch überall nach Indischer Küche.
- David (4/5): Breakfast booked but not provided - No breakfast available, despite booking having it included. At 8.15am the breakfast area was closed and in darkness. Absolutely no facilities in the village.
