Hadrafi (6/5): Pengalaman menginap yang buruk. - Saya suka likasi nya yang tengah kota 1. Fasilitas sepeti ketersediaan tissu di wastafel kamar mandi dan tissu makan disetiap meja makan di restoran tidak ada sama sekali. Tidak bisa menyimpan air dingin dan buah karna tidak ada kulkas. Kettle rusak. Di meja bar hanya menyediakan teh, tidak ada kopi dan creamer. AC tidak dingin, kami tidur dengan keringat di badan. 2. Pelayanan kurang memuaskan, saat saya datang mengambil kunci, reseptionist tidak berada di t4. Tidak ada bell boy yang bisa dimintai pertolongan untuk membawa barang bawaan ke kamar, begitupun saat akan turun check out. 3. Menu sarapan nya membosankan. Tidak mencerminkan menu hotel *3. Nasi kuning entah nasi goreng terlalu kering, berderai dan agak keras. Membuat nafsu makan hilang. 4. Tidak ada hiasan ato bunga yang mempercantik ruangan. Apalagi lorong terlihat menyeramkan saat malam hari.

Mohd Syahrin Afzan (9/5): Okay. - Semua okay. Kami pilih hotel bersama breakfast tapi tiada dalam sistem. So, every time nak breakfast, staff akan mention yang booking tanpa breakfast. Then, bila kami explain, dia akan call receiptionist. Baru laa kami boleh masuk. Every time nak breakfast, the same thing happens. Till the last day.

The hotel has a good spread of buffet breakfast. Often the electric went off for a few minutes especially at night time. It can be scary if you are in the bath suddenly the light goes off.

No varities in tv channel, and there is no refrigerator also. I bought oleh oleh from Insyirah but couldn't keep it cool and rosak sebab semut dan serangga hurung.

ashariyantip (6/5): Nice but need improvement.. - Its a hotel with strategic location, syariah concept (they provide mukena n sajadah in the room), valuable money for 3 star hotel with swimpool. And im so thankful they gave us an early check in before 1200PM. The room itself clean n tidy, good wifi network, standart size room n toiletries and the shower worked well. Could be better if they gave more attention to the towels they provide (they're torn), the cleanliness in lobby/recepcionist area (the covid partition needs to be cleaned), the night receptionist could be more friendly when guest need help to unlock the lift key. Overall nice place to stay.
stephanylim2508 (6/5): A hotel with great potential, just needs a bit of work! - I loved the view. My room was at the 10th floor and I could pretty much see everything. The room was neat and tidy, the front office was nice. However, for this to be an honest review, I can't really say that it's the best. First, the parking lot is a lot to deal with - it's so small and there's not a lot of space (the basement wasn't available at that moment). Then, there are these cracks on the walls of the room, which for some reasons bothered me more than it should've. Lastly, I would love for the hotel to have more facilities, such as a gym (they only have a swimming pool at the moment), and for the staffs to always have their masks on (mine didn't). Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

And the most I love from this hotel , is when im comming to the hotel ,I get the friendly staff and warm greating from the receptionitst. Recomend for stay in the pekanbaru.

Jeffrey (10/5): Surprise! One of my best hotel experiences ever - Surprisingly good. Clean, safe, comfortable, quiet, one of the best breakfast buffets ever, a good restaurant for other meals, and the staff were the best. Seriously! For example, when I checked in, the English speaking staff, especially Deddy and Arika, greeted me so warmly and chatted with me for a while, that I felt like an honored guest instead of just another customer. Then later, when I asked to borrow a screwdriver to try to fix a broken handle on my carry-on bag, Deddy and three other people kindly took on the challenge of seeing if they could fix it. Ten minutes later, they brought my repaired bag to my room. I thought I would have to throw it away (and had already bought a backpack to prepare for that), but thanks to them, the handle that wouldn't go down anymore now does, and they showed me what to do if it happens again. Amazing service! They even have a comfortable , safe shuttle van to take you to the nearby airport (small fee: 50k rupiah, a little less than $4). The breakfast was such a pleasant surprise. So many fun specialties of Indonesia along with a few other things. Big selection. At night, I had dinner there in their restaurant as well. At first I was nervous because I seemed to be the only one there at the time, but I gave it a try, and how pleased I was. More expensive than what you can get in a foodcourt or on the street, of course, but still reasonable. And genuinely delicious. The traditional oxtail soup was perfect. Gurame fish also. Yum.
