- Lucio (6/5): - Struttura moderna ed accogliente. Già conosciuto il limite della mancanza di ascensore. Questa volta tuttavia il termo di camera non funzionava, due luci (una in bagno e una in camera) non funzionanti, il letto troppo spostato sul lato basso della mansarda (uno degli ospiti ci batteva la testa al risveglio).

- F (8/5): Tutto bene - Tutto bene , ovviamente, apparte un tot di scale, la comodita che chi stava al piano di sotto chiudeva a chiave la porta d’ingresso costringendomi a risalire in camera a prendere le chiavi per uscire in ultimo ma non di minore importanza la colazione molto standard. Comunque tutto molto bene e ci tornerei.
- DARIO (10/5): che sorpresa !!! - un B&B di alto livello: un appartamento molto carino e moderno dislocato su due piani nel Centro Storico di Campobasso ! Cortesia e disponibilità del gestore, che dire .... Fantastico !!!
- Verified traveler (2/5): Certainly not a 4* htl as mentionned on Hotel.com! - This is NOT a hotel. There is no reception, no elevator (3rd floor!), no parking. It is a private apartement. No housekeeping. Breakfast "included" is cookies and Nutella. There were mouse droppings in the kitchen. Pedestrian street VERY noisy at night. Owner barely speaks English. He helped us with our suitcases.
- Laura (10/5): Davvero un'ottima sistemazione! - Esperienza assolutamente positiva, sono stata benissimo. La sistemazione è al di sopra delle aspettative, molto ariosa, comoda, grande, dotata veramente di tutto. L'unico "neo" è il rumore la sera per la movida nei locali, data la posizione centrale. Si trova veramente vicino alla stazione, comoda a negozi e ristoranti, a dieci minuti dal Museo ( da vedere). Il gestore è davvero molto gentile e disponibile. Bisogna tornare.

La jacuzzi non è il solo punto di forza, è tutto molto spazioso e confortevole, l’appartamento è enorme e la terrazza molto fresca soprattutto la sera! Torneremo ancora sicuramente! Consigliatissimo! - Silvia (8/5): Geräumige Wohnung im Zentrum der Stadt - Die Wohnungsübergabe gestaltete sich ein wenig schwierig. Bei unserer Ankunft war zunächst niemand vor Ort. Nach einem kurzen Telefonat wurden uns ca. fünf Minuten später die Schlüssel für die Wohnung übergeben. Die Wohnung ist über zwei Etagen und sehr schön. Nach nur wenigen Schritten ist man direkt im Zentrum von Campobasso.

- Mario (10/5): nice bed and breakfast tucked away downtown - hotels in italy can be a bit touch and go, and very pricey. Giovanni runs a very clean and nice bed and breakfast with all the amenities you would expect from a nice hotel. The unit is far from street on 3rd floor and very secure entry etc. The room was clean and comfortable and they even cleaned it for us each day. The air conditioning worked very well and there was lots of storage space etc. Wifi worked well and I loved that the fridge in the breakfast room was always well stocked with cold water etc. I was slightly concerned about via ferrari being loud at night (it's where all the young kids go to dance at night) Though the music was loud downstairs it never seamed to bother us upstairs in the room. Also, we never felt bad coming home at 2am since there were always lots of people outside. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to returning next year. - michelle (2/5): Couldn't get in upon arrival- no one there - While this was a beautiful room, Hotels.com really let us down by not explaining how to gain access upon arrival. We arrived in a city where NO ONE speaks English and no one was there to let us in to the B&B. This was a country where we had no phone or Internet service to contact the owners.Everywhere else we stayed in Italy or France (through Air B&B) provided contact with the landlord as soon as you booked, preventing this kind of catastrophe. We had to drag our luggage through the city to find a restaurant that had WiFi to email the owner to come and let us in?!? Not a good experience after a long day of train travel.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - This B&B is not for the feint of heart. There are 83 stone steps to reach the apartment. NO ELEVATOR. A fact not well established at booking. The unit has a full kitchen - but had to ask for pots and pans for cooking.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Mysterious location for young adventurers. - Campobasso is a mountain village in Molise. It has a castle Monteforte. This hotel/b&b is run by a wonderful gentleman and his wife. They are very nice people who will help you with anything you need. There is a great restaurant Monticello a few blocks from this hotel/b&b that has wonderful servers and friendly people. The cuisine was the best we had in Italy with souffle's and fresh black truffles. There are mysterious bars that open late on the street. Best for very young people on an adventure. There are a lot of stairs so might not be good for older people.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Lovely Stay at La Terrezza - Had a lovely stay at La Terrazza! The apartment is very spacious and comfortable and the roof terrace has stunning views! I would definitely stay again! However it was quiet loud at night as there are many bars in the area. And the breakfast could have been a lot better! But overall really nice stay.
