- Désirée (8/5): Perfect hotel in the nowhere of Mataram - I liked this hotel a lot, the pool is amazing and all people very friendly. The best bed I had in the last months. The cleaning was always on point, I never had an issue in this hotel and enhanced my stay for another week. The gym was kind of small for a longer stay and the hotel is Not located near other amenities like good restaurants or shops. But by Grab it’s easily accessible.

The food from the restaurant was absolutely disgusting and extremely over priced. It also took them over half an hour to serve us and when we were served the staff were very miserable and not happy. The food came out cold and looking like a microwaveable meal.

- Mick (10/5): Fijn hotel, fijn personeel. - Goed ontbijt, goed personeel en een mooie plek om tot rust te komen, het was niet de bedoeling om in Mataram te verblijven, maar door ongelukkig ziekenhuis bezoek was dit een goede plek om te herstellen. Personeel was heel behulpzaam en de manager stond altijd voor ons klaar! Ik denk niet dat er een beter hotel is in Mataram -

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the hotel manager was exceptionally helpful, assisting us with everything, including arranging transport and even helping when we needed to visit a hospital with our granddaughter. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of Asian and Western options, and everything was perfectly organized. A well-deserved 10/10 for this hotel! Highly recommended. Nothing

Breakfast buffet is amazing, many local food (Good for foreigner).. I don't know if this because I check-in a little bit late.. Le personnel est super tous le monde et le manager parle français ce qui est un vrai plus très pratique la nourriture en chambre est super bonne la chambre est très propre avec plein d'accessoires (gel douches, shampooing, savon pour les mains, brosse a dent, chausson, 2 bouteilles d'eau, nespresso, thé, bouilloir) nous sommes restés que une nuit on a pas pu tester le spa et la piscine nous reviendrons inchAllah Le room service a oublié notre commande j'ai du les apeler 3× nous avons attendu 1h le repas en chambre quand les plats sont arrivés il manquait les jus de fruit il est reparti les chercher . De plus on a voulu nous facturer 2× les frais de room service le faite qu'il soit revenu pour les jus je lui ai dit non car la commande a été passé il y a 1h et vous avez oublié le serveur a tout de suite compris et ne nous a pas facturer en double. Dommage nous étions vraiment fatigué cela ne nous a pas facilité.

De sportschool rook heel muf en was heel benauwd vanwege al het raamwerk. De locatie is niet heel dichtbij het centrum. Het bed kraakte nogal. Het hotel lijkt zich meer te richten op zakenlieden dan op toeristen. Niet dat dat een probleem is.

- AYMERIC (9/5): Très bon séjour. Pleins de souvenirs dans ce pays que je ne connaissais pas. - Personnels gentils, accueillants, accessibles. Hôtel propre et bien localisé. Choix pour petit déjeuner. Belle piscine.

- Marie Denise (10/5): Elegant and comfortable with great views. - It is a beautifully designed hotel where you can see they have thought of every detail making it a top of the list hotel for Mataram. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the hotel , its rooms and facilities are designed to make you feel 5 stars. The food is good , we only had breakfast which was included with our room but is mainly catered for the Indonesian market. We did enjoy it anyways , specially the herbal teas , the healthy drinks and fruits. Fro is the location was perfect as we needed to run some errands right around the corner. Next day we took a taxi to the airport which was 45 minutes away approximately.

- Asih (10/5): Fav Hotel di Lombok 👍 - Breakfast nya banyak variasi dan enak-enak, saya n suami sampe nambah bbrp kali. Staff nya ramah2 & helpfull. Kamarnya gede, kasurnya empuk. Interiornya semua estetik.. Cakep banget deh 👍 Makasih ya Gak adaaa.. Semuaa okeee..
